I really like this store. My husband and I received luggage for a wedding gift from Big Lots. That was 27 years ago. We still have it. LOL Today I found a fan and lights. Oh and some strawberry cream savers.

I was in Saturday and purchased two couches based off of a floor model. They were to be the exact same couches. I went in today to pick them up and they had wrapped the floor model couch that I know has been out at least six months probably longer. and my brand new couch. I asked them why I was getting the floor model. They told me that I was made aware that I would be receiving the floor model, I was not. They proceeded to tell me to order another new couch. I would have to pay 10% down and I would lose my sale price from the weekend. Then they argued the point to me again that I was made fully aware that I would be getting the floor model and one new couch. They admitted they were not there they were just going off of what they had been told and that they had asked why would I want the floor model because they knew it didn’t make sense to Why would somebody pay the same amount for a brand new couch as they did a model that has been on the floor? Their customer service skills are lacking to say the least. I am so happy this happened. I went right down the street and bought a full living room set that I am 100% in love with and have a great warranty.

Went to pick up 2 things and left with much more. Lol. Great prices and very friendly. Amy greeted me when I came in and was so pleasant when I checked out. Owen loaded a small dresser for me and this is not the first time he has helped. Very helpful and a great asset to the store. Thank you Owen and Amy!

What's not to like about Big Lots I think that they have excellent products and I just wish that I could remember to go to them before some of the other places I choose for convenience. They offer a credit card , it has same as cash for a certain amount of months I think that's very awesome of them not like most or cards. Just make sure you pay it off by that time. they have some affordable shopping aisles which I love about them and they always have some unique things that other places don't carry. Check them out

The aisles were well organized and I usually have no trouble finding what I need when I shop here. They usually have really great pricing on home electronics/accessories like chargers, speakers, and headphones. Friendly staff and they offer a rewards program.

We went into Big Lots to look for a sofa for friends daughter who is in college.Jacob, the salesman, was exemplary in his customer service. He went the extra mile to ensure what we purchased was exactly what we wanted, made sure it wasn't damaged, and helped with the loading. Fantastic service and super nice man. We will be back! We told the manager, Josh, how great Jacob was and he was very appreciative of knowing our experience with his store.

I love this store. You can find things that you didn't even know we're out there. Plus the savings are great. I like to go every couple of weeks because they always have different items at a fraction of the prices in other store. You can get everything from furniture to groceries.

I shopped at big lots yesterday and the employees were so kind and helpful that i had to give a review i haven't had customer service like this for a long time they all made me feel very welcome and an employee named Jason even went out of his way and got me a cart because of course I had to many things in my hands the store is great but it's the employees that really make this place shine!!!! I had such a good experience there that today I am bringing my friend thank u to all the employees that made my shopping experience good cause with the times right now shopping is really stressful but at big lots it was great!!!

I had a 15 dollar coupon off of 75 and computer short me 2 dollars and the cashier fixed it for me. Very sweet. I always find good stuff at Big lots. I had a guy out on floor Warren helped me with Bluetooth speakers. I appreciate his extra help.

Love this store. If you're looking for inexpensive ways to decorate your home or buy quick groceries this is definitely the place. And everyone is always super friendly! Glad we have a big lots in town!

A recliner that we bought here broke within a week and laid there sprawled in my living room for a month before my wife finally got me to return it to the store. I was pessimistic. The people were quite willing to make it right, though. They repaired it and when I picked it up, it seemed even more solid than it was when it first came home. The employees at this particular Big Lots go the extra mile gladly. Thanks!

They have an excellent staff. Every time you go in not only is everyone friendly, but professional. The store is neat and organized. They have a well stocked Bob's Mill section at good prices.

Went and picked up some gifts today for family members and the lady at checkout didn't even ask me if I had a rewards card or anything and by the time I realized it was too late which I was really wanting the coupon for spending over 50$...I used card so I didn't wanna return everything in case I have to wait for my money to be returned or not.i just really wanted that coupon and really wasn't pleased that she didn't ask me before I put my card into the machine..

My husband and I went to big lots on October 19th 2019 because it was having a storewide 20% off sale and we wanted a new bedspread. The parking lot was full so we were expecting a long trip and long lines. As soon as my husband and I entered the store we were greeted by a very friendly associate and asked if there was anything she could do to assist. We asked for the location ofthe bedding and she showed us over and asked if we needed anything else before leaving. She was extremely friendly and helpful! When we selected a bedspread that was on the top shelf an associate was seemingly standing by to assist us with getting it down, which was greatly appreciated. Every customer we saw was either being assisted or greeted immediately. As we approached the register we saw a line and assumed the worst, however as soon as we walked up another associate, named Jason, was able to check us out immediately. Nobodyhad to wait for the checkers eventhought the store was jam packed. When we checked out Jason helped us sign up for the rewards card quickly and easily. All said and done the trip took us maybe 5 minutes with four of those being us selecting items to purchase. I have never recieved such outstanding customer service, especially not on a day that was so clearly busy.

Great place to go for bargain deals that you can't get anywhere else. Wide variety of items that change constantly. They have clothing food items furniture and a variety of other things. Prices are reasonable staff is friendly. Easy to find and plenty of parking. I shop here a lot.

Went in just looking and wife seen furniture so we browsed and sat not expecting anyone to help because you all know you can't find any help lol. As soon as we started a gentleman came up and asked if we needed any help I was in shock i told him we were from Mountain Home area and my wife likes this sectional can you see if its available in the mountain home big lot well to put a long story short he just started working there and went out of his way to help us so thanks Eli for everything and my wife and I believe you deserve a raise.

You need to shop here and really learn what happens when the items don't sell in the regular stores. This is the store that truly sells for less and saves you lots of money. We support this chain without hesitatation because they provide. Us a source we wouldn't have otherwise.
