My cat recently had an emergency and I did not have an appointment for him. I took him as soon as the doors opened on Thursday and he was seen straight away, no questions asked. Anytime I called they gave me detailed updates. He had to stay overnight but I was very comfortable with their care. He’s now home and 100% back to normal. Without them he may have not made it.

Would never recommend bringing your pets here ! Very unprofessional and not trust worthy . They don’t check up on your pets after surgery , they don’t answer questions that’s being asked . You can never speak to the vet on duty always the receptionist. And over charging !!! BAD SERVICE !!!

Make sure the treatment plan about the appointment is reviewed first. I went in for an exam and flea/tick preventative and they started giving shots etc. My puppy needed them, so all was well. But definitely discuss it first. The issue was handled professionally and it all worked out fine. The staff are very friendly.

Best vet in NEA. They treated my mothers dog for years and was with my mom when her dog passed away so I knew who I was going to when we got our first dog. Our dog was just fixed a few weeks ago there and she recovered amazingly. The people who work here are super sweet and very professional and I would recommend them to anyone.

Best veterinarian clinic I’ve been to in Arkansas! Dr. Laws is so good to our puppies! I love how she doesn’t put them on a table to examine them. Instead, she gets down in the floor with them!

They charged me $600 and didn’t do anything for my dogs. They did not look at their paperwork from a previous clinic, therefore, they gave one of my dogs his rabies vaccination 6 months early. When I questioned this, they said they did not have that paperwork. That was untrue, since I brought in all paperwork from previous clinics to their appointment. Also, both dogs vaccination dates were on the same sheet of paper… so if they saw that one had his vaccinations already, they clearly just didn’t read the rest of the paper or they would’ve seen where the other dog had his. One of my dogs had an ear infection, they charged me $35 to look at his ear (on top of the regular exam fee) but did not clean his ears at all. They only offered to refund me $27.67 for the vaccinations that weren’t needed, but would not refund half of the yearly exam fee or the $35 ear exam fee. Then they had the nerve to send me a survey to ask how I felt their service was. Obviously I gave them a poor review since I felt their service was bad & they did not care to make the customer happy when I voiced my concerns. I already planned to never take my dogs there again, but then I got a letter in the mail saying they were refusing to see my dogs again & included their records. In reading the records, they listed both of my dogs as overweight. I don’t believe my dogs are overweight at all, since they eat the recommended amount of food & have never eaten table food in their lives, but this vet’s office NEVER mentioned anything about their weight to me. Clearly they just don’t care about animals, they only want to take the owner’s money. The entire appointment for TWO dogs lasted 31 minutes (I checked times from when their appointment started to when I called my husband and told him what happened, when I was on my way home) And they charged me $600.

The Staff and Dr. Amy are Rockstar's always there when you need them. They love and treat our animals like family. I would recommend them to everyone. I tell everyone if they want a Veterinary and staff they can trust. Go to Harrisburg Veterinary Clinic they will answer any questions you may have. Their prices are reasonable and very good with your pets and knows they are apart of the family.

My cat was abandoned when his owner's moved away and left him behind. He was in bad shape and had ulcers on his paws. I tried my best to doctor him with little success. I took him to Harrisburg Vet Clinic and they told me straight up that he had to have surgery to correct the problem. They saw him 2 days later and did the surgery. A week later and his paws are almost completely healed. They knew what he needed and did it...at a very fair and reasonable price. I am more than happy with the service that I have gotten at this Vet. They are honest and fair about what they charge for their services. I have 6 cats and have found my new Vet home. I've been looking for a while now...and I think this is it.

I would gladly recommend anyone to the the Harrisburg Veterinary Clinic. They are so friendly and always answer any questions I have. My Dog loves going there and is never fearful. Dr. Laws is very thorough and is very concerned about the health of every patient she sees. She also answers any questions and educates me on the best treatment for dog. Dr. Laws is fantastic— she and her staff work diligently to make sure your fur babies are well taken care of! Kia my German Shepherd got parvo at a year old and Dr. Laws done everything in her power to make she sure beat it and she did! It is definitely worth the drive from Trumann. She cares about her customers and her patients. She is gentle and very loving to your animals. Her staff are wonderful people. If you are looking for a reasonably priced vet go to Harrisburg Veterinary Clinic. Her prices can’t be beat!

The staff was fantastic! Dr. Laws is an amazing vet and I refuse to use anyone else. I have referred all of my family members to her. Kia had parvo and the nurse came out in the freezing weather to give her IV fluids in my vehicle so that we didn’t have to get her out. They’ve always taken very well care of my fur babies and if it wasn’t for the staff Nakia wouldn’t be with me today!You will not be disappointed! And her prices can not be beat!!!!!! Literally.
