The store in Hackett is amazing. The manager Brooke was so very helpful to me and every person who walked in. Her customer service is absolutely fantastic!! I will go out of my way to go to her store from now on!

Great store but it does put a bad taste in my mouth when I feel like I’m being watched because I assume they think I’m trying to steal. It takes a minute to read labels when comparing things and I should be able to do so without being watched like I’m trying to steal.You have cameras use them. The people watching has never been an issue until now, for me anyway.

Good place to find marked down items after the holidays. Also you can finds cards much cheaper than other stores. I usually buy a lot of cards then have them on hand whenever an occasion arises, much more convenient too.

I love it even more now that they have a good food section with fresh produce and quick frozen meals for people on the go. New manager is great as well, she's very helpful and has a good personality. I shop there almost everyday for something that I have to have!

The Employees are rude the bathroom always smells like sewer the wait at the register is ridiculously long and could be eliminated if they had employees that knew what they were doing and would shut up and not have 15 minute conversations when the line is reaching the back of the store....They need to clean house hire a manager that isn't lazy and actually hires people and TRAINS THEM. I'm sorry but this store is an embarrassment and I'm not the only person that drives the extra 20 miles to a functional dollar store or walmart. Corporate needs to crack down....

Dollar General has good merchandise and prices...however they do not cater to their disabled customers. The aisles are to narrow for motorized chairs. I haven't been in a dollar general in 5 years...I always have to send someone else

Was going to buy a movie clearly labeled $13. High for a movie I know. Once we got it paid for and was in the car I looked at the receipt and they charged me $19.95 plus tax ($21.70).i went back in the store for it to be fixed but they refused to honor the clearly labeled price. I'll not stop here again. Hackett Arkansas learn how to label prices correctly or honor the price you label.

Buy 1 get 2 free nothing was free just discounted prices of everything. Spend 123.00 still cost 59.00. had stuff done up in threes of same price. Had 3 $4.00 items should have been $4.00 for all cost $5.70.

4/25/20 who ever the man anf women working night shift closing was extremely rude and at 9 on the dot I checked out and she refusef to let me purchacr cigs along eith thr items I wad in the middle of payibg for, he reason was becauze itd already 9pm while her drawer was open as she counted back my change. Shr literally snatched something from my 10 month olf amd this is alllllll on camera!!! Who is the manager??

Always easy to find items at a low, cheap price. The store was just low on a few items, and needed the stocking items in the back until they are stocking. I understand being interrupted while stocking though.
