Great little mom and pop truck stop. I love having a sit down restaurant vs the big guys with fast food all the time. Great food and everyone in the restaurant was polite and friendly!! They have pizza and a smoke shop as well. Great place to stop for a rest or you need a quick fill up!!

From a female truck driver prospective...its a decent truck stop. My shower was very hot, and relatively clean minus someone's left towels..the restaurant waitress was very nice and the food was good. Please be aware that the larger free parking area has large pot holes so go slow. I would stop here again.

Stacey in the restaurant was awesome. The cooks put out some Great Catfish and the hospitality was and has Always been great. I've been going there for 40 years and never been disappointed. I can't wait to get back. Have a Merry Christmas guys.

I literally just parked my truck and already know this is my go to truck stop on 30. Nice people, big quiet parking lot,restaurant. There are potholes so go slow but hey, small price to pay for great truck stop in my opinion

I am supposing you googled this a while back while you were on the interstate. If you are a trucker, you’ll know that this will be accurate. It’s a truck stop. These folks have good service, decent food, clean and welcoming. It’s still a truck stop. If you will walk in with your high expectations left behind, you will be just fine. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed at 10 pm, and if one arrives at midnight . No meals are able. Just Cold Sammy's. Not to appealing. Truckers love Hot food. And Fresh. Maybe in the future, with all the new upgrades, this restaurant will remain open 24hours to accommodate all truckers. Staff was nice, so we're cashier's. Great place to park, shhh a gem of a place ... Photos were of meal earn last time driver was there Had the fired Okra, Chopped Steak, taterz n Onions, gravy, as well as the cornbread and rolls. Highly recommend this meal. Coffee n Water to drink...

This so called truck stop sucks!! Restaurant food is awful! Service is very lacking, server pay more attention to phone then customer. If you get late at night or early morning you forced to pay to park. Definitely not a truck friendly truck stop!!!

Absolutely love this place the food is always good and the people are very nice. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars is the huge holes in the parking lot. I don't mind a dirt lot just the big craters that a small car could disappear in lol. But at least people slow down you don't have to worry about getting run over by an idiot driver thinking he or she is in a NASCAR race

Large gravel lot (free) Paved paid parking past fuel pumps. I-30 is easy on and off. Restaurant is okay. There are HUGE pot holes at the entrance to the free parking; they will jar the teeth. Restrooms stink both ways.

This is my second time doing a 34 here. It's a nice place good food hot showers clean washer and dryers. Sure it's a dirt parking lot with holes. You know what I like it that way. At least it slow people down. It's not a race track it's a parking lot that people walk across.

Good lil old truck stop .. showers are fair good stocked shelfs food at restaurant is good. Lots of parking but needs to be gone over. Dirt parking lot just go slow.. nice friendly people thumbs up in my visit..but that's my opinion

Great little place to eat. I have ate here for several years. The waitresses and people are super friendly. This morning I wanted something different that wasn’t on the menu. My waitress Lisa took my order and gave it to Gilbert the cook Between the both of them. I ate a breakfast skillet. And it was spot on A breakfast skillet. Is like a veggie omelet. But instead of egg. It was with hash browns. 2 over eggs on top topped with white gravy. Toast and bacon on the side Thank you for such a good breakfast.

Easy to get to. Close to the expressway. Gas was a good price. A lot of room for truck and trailer.Restrauant and store.Super clean bathrooms for a truck stop.

The waitresses were too busy discussing there personal lives to acknowledge me.Once I was acknowledged she took my order but basically told me to move to the side so she could cash out other customers. And she would cash me out once my food was ready. I had no problem with that if she asked me. I am a paying customer also. It was rude in the way she said it and when I stated I was a paying customer also she got loud and said WHAT DID YOU SAY, embarrassing moment in front of the other customers in line. I politely said you heard me and I left. Never had this experience at this truck stop before.

The shop is usually pretty good but when I stopped for a break and there were no Mt Dews or regular cokes in the cooler and the worker replies to your question of do they have any with “I don’t know, I don’t work the weekends”, it is time to go somewhere else.

Nice big parking lot although it's not paved and I don't know what it's like when it rains but you can imagine and they have Hunt Brothers Pizza which in my opinion is pretty awesome

I stopped here for the first time ever on my way back from Kilgore Texas. As a CDL driver it was nice to be able to have a convenience store a fuel station and a nice little restaurant with great customer service and great food. Tons of parking as well. I will say the bathrooms probably need to be updated a little bit there's little to no privacy there. But other than that I got the sore loin steak and it was awesome.

My veggie plate was nasty the waitress was nice but all I got was a apology and charged 21 dollars the wings was good but didnt have but a drip of barbecue sauce… the parking is cheap if u ask me that’s the only good deal out of but I’ll never eat there again

Excellent mom and pop truck stop with a very good restaurant with some good home cooking. Everyone was very nice, even the busboy was outgoing and friendly. Enjoyed a tasty, quiet meal after a long day on the road. I will definitely be back!

I would like to give this place 5 stars. There is plenty of free parking in the dirt lot. Its a little rough but its free. My issue is that I am recovering from a broken leg and have a handicap placard. I parked as close to the building as i could. Right after i fell asleep i was woken up and asked to move. I asked where the handicap parking was and the man said thery dont have any and i had to go inside and pay , park in the dirt lot for free, or leave. He said its private property and they dont have to provide handicapped parking. I was so mad that i refused to spend a dime here. Probably is a decent truck stop but not for me today.

The only reason I came here last night was to get some of the good food they have, but I strongly regretted stopping here after the service I received and the rude people in front of the store, the lady that works in the deli, needs to control her daughter and put her in check out keep her at home. Never againTo respond to the owner, I arrived at your truck stop at 630 pm that night, went inside to get something to eat at 645, I saw it was kind of busy so I decided to get my food to go and it took til after 715 before my order was taken out I was even acknowledged, they served this other driver that came in there after I did and gave him his food way before I received mine. The lady in the store that was working in the deli area. She had her daughter up there with her and she was standing by the register talking to the guy that was running the register, as soon as I came by the register to get a snack for the night, her rude self made sure to bump into me and not say excuse me or anything like that. The mom told her to say excuse me and she still didn’t want to say it. If that’s the kind of people you have running your place when your not there, you may need to reevaluate your staff or replace everyone in there because next time that happens, it may not end so well for whoever is involved inside the store. You have great food but your Customer service sucks

The food is severely overcooked. No way to get in touch with management. Basically, paid $30 to get nothing!Update 10/15/2022. After 5 years I figured I'd give them another shot. Definitely a much better experience! Food was great! Staff was awesome! Will definitely be back again.

Very quiet truck stop, but beware that the lot is all dirty and your truck WILL get dirty overnight when the major traffic comes in and kick up all the dust. Definitely a quiet spot for a 10 hour break or more. Has a decent pizza place inside. I didn't get to try out the restaurant, however. But it's a standard convenience store and the staff are friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Huge parking lot for semi's, but the potholes need to be filled. Also the lot needs to be graded so water will run off and you won't be stepping out into a lake.
