Had an appointment on September 30 at 3 first time to make an appointment so I worked graveyard slept 4 hours got my baby there and no one was there called several times couldn’t get a hold of anyone wasted my time will not be rebooking Id rather go to Petco at least they are there and do a good job I would not have even gave them a star I had to

Butchered grooming my 11 year old Shih Tzu. I understand she has anxiety but there is no reason to have more than 6 cuts on a little dog that are taking a while to heal. Nonetheless, they didn’t even bother to inform that they had cut my dog and insisted on complaining about her nervousness. I don’t even write reviews but no one wants to see there dog suffer. Look elsewhere.
