I visited the customer service counter to add funds to a card. The process was slightly different than I was used to, I'd driven from California for days, I was tired and sweaty and repeatedly messed up the transaction on my side by making silly, annoying mistakes. (Like pressing enter when it wasn't necessary, etc.)The associate helping me, a young lady with creative hair, was nothing but sweet, understanding, patient, and helpful. If she thought I was a bother at all, I wouldn't have known.Very impressed in a time when Walmart leaves me feeling run over more often than not.

It's bad enough that if there are real humans to check someone out, their Iines are way long. I've had to visit several Walmarts this past month, and this one is by far the worst. I went to self check out and scanned 6 Rice-A-Roni boxes with the "checker" watching me. I scanned the 3rd and then just scanned it 3 more times and put the rest in my bag. The "checker" ran over and said I had put things in the bag I had not scanned. I informed her I did not want the machine to scan those as I'd already entered them was the reason. After she counted, she was inaccurate even after watching me originally. She offered no apology, just closer scrutiny. I am insulted at the implication made. Poor, poor training is all I can say, and I'll just go to Harps, where people help a person not accuse them wrongly.

OMG! Raw Sugar! New brand (to me) and I’m beyond impressed! I’ve been in the beauty industry for over 25 years and I’m telling you, this brand could easily go up against a $75 bottle of shampoo or conditioner. The leave in is FANTASTIC! I’ve got their hand soap too. Highly recommend!!

At this store, I can get many varieties of pie at any hour of the day. You cannot beat that, my friend.Try doing that anywhere else in Greenwood at midnight and I can assure that you will not go home with pie.I love pie. Thank you to Walmart for allowing me 24/7 access to pie.

This place is terrible...all the stockers are teenagers. A lot of horseplay and inappropriate discussion on the floor as you shop, not to mention shelves being empty and having to go down the isles, checking shrink-wrapped pallets, for the product you're looking for...the worst part is it's not even open til midnight, much less 24 hours. My guess is management keeps labor down by hiring strictly part-time, which would explain all the adolescents, which kind of sucks for the residents of greenwood but as long as management is hitting them labor goals does anything else really matter? Customer service, affordability, availability... If there's anything I've learned about greenwood it's that those with positions of power or authority could no doubt the easily influenced to be terrible employees but I promises of financial gain incorporations like Walmart help put that industry standard into place to begin with. This was at 8-8:30pm when we went to grab 5-6 items.

No one should be forced to do self check out.This location will have all employees just wandering around with no assistance at none of the registers and it will be nowhere near closing time... HORRIBLE

I ordered a cake for Christmas. I told her royal blue and dark purple and I showed her how I wanted it with a picture of the design and lettering and this dank did nothing I ask. She gave me a light blue frosted cake with pink smudges in a few spots. Trash! I ask her to make it starbursts of ROYAL BLUE & DARK PURPLE. IT’S ONLY JESUS’S BIRTHDAY!!! I guess that’s irrelevant to this stank and the company that employs her.

What happened to Walmart being the "low price leader"? Their prices are higher and higher every day! Not to mention, the quality of the food is horrible, and the selection is slim. The only thing nice I can say about this store is that they have a friendly staff and it's mostly clean (unless you go at night when they are restocking and then they've got the isles filled with boxes).

They messed up my return and the manager refused to fix it. Now I'm stuck with a tablet that doesn't work. The manager is lazy. I gave her the time and day and paper trail in order to fix the return they messed up. She was just to lazy to look it up in the video footage to realize she made a mistake. Is spent an hour getting everything they asked me for just for the manager to make up a lousy excuse. If you mess up learn to own up to it and fix your mistake.

Got in got out I do miss having more cashiers though! My cart was to full for self check out so I waited a bit to get my stuff up on counter, the cashier acted like he wanted to be some where else, I put my cold stuff together and when I got home cold was not with cold, he asked if he could put my body wash with my bread I said no if it comes open then iys going to be a mess and garbage. I used the Walmart app to find some things and it was on point! Employees that were in the aisle were friendly and talked to me..
