Update: I am on very time sensitive meds, and they have had my scripts since last Tuesday, Oct 31st. One had to be ordered, but they didn't bother to order until I called to check the fill status on Friday. They said I could do a partial fill and lose half a month or wait until Tuesday( today). No, no, I can't lose half of a month because you didn't do your job. I still don't have my meds as they were supposed to be in today, Nov 8th. I called to check, and the pharmacy is temporarily closed due to no pharmacist coming in today but was told we might have a pharmacist tomorrow. I can't wait any longer, and because they've already filled and charged to insurance, I can't ask the dr to send them somewhere else becauseit takes insurance3 days to do a reverse. They screwed up all my meds from last month to the point that they are all filled at different days now. This is freaking absurd. Some employees in pharmacy are rude and inconsiderate as last month they shut the window whileI was waitingfor 2 hrs. I assure you I will be calling other pharmacies. I am done with Walgreens they are too unreliable.Original review: I stopped using Walgreens years ago because they never had my scripts, and customer service was horrible. Get switched with no warning due to buy-out, and they are still the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Same complaint as others. I hope to find a better pharmacy that takes my insurance soon. I've been waiting a week for my medication.

Health Depot customer that was unwillingly transfered to Walgreen thru a buy out. Got to the pharmacy at 4:50pm to pick up a prescription, with the understanding that it would be open until 7pm based off of signage the day before. Today the sign had changed to 6pm. Only one register was open for drop off/pick up. The consultation window was shuttered and the window view to the pharmacy was blocked. I had roughly 10 customers in front of me. Fairly quickly 3 people pealed off from the line and left. Down to 7. We might make it! The rest of the hour was spent watching all the time being taken up by 4 customers. Why are we doing consulting at the pick up drop off window? Why was there only one register and drive through open? This was day two of over 30 minutes of waiting to pick up a prescription. Utterly ridiculous. They should not have taken in more patients from mom and pop pharmacies they recently acquired in our area. They do not have the staff to properly service the population. Very poor management of the pharmacy side! I will not be returning for my prescription needs. I get better service at Sam's Club!

Walgreens bought Health Depot every patient has been left in the same boat. They don't answer the phone. After waiting 3 hours Friday I was told my Dr needs to call in a new prescription. Monday it was called in. I waited in line for 90 minutes. Finally was seen. I was told we will fill it but might not next month? Because I had a cocktail of meds? I take the same medication that my Dr. Prescribes for years.It was rediculi how this monopoly took my prescriptions . Now unsure they will fill them,?I'm going elsewhere. Horrible mess45 minutes later I got it, and I never want to go back. Not the staffs fault but Walgreens is awful.Be ready to stand in line for hours if you go to Walgreens

Very disappointed at how they handled the buyout of our local pharmacies with no notice to customers. We have some time sensitive prescriptions…I was able to get one finally at 5 minutes before the pharmacy closed after waiting all day. The other is needed but not urgent, and it’s been a week now and still not in stock. I left them after they shut down the pharmacy a few years ago and probably will again even if I have to go out of town. This is nothing against the employees there, but as a corporation they have lost my business.

This pharmacy is awful. When Walgreens bought out our hometown pharmacy Health Depot (a buyout which was handled SO poorly), our prescriptions were sent here and what a nightmare it has been. They are clearly understaffed (no fault of the staff who are there) and it takes an eternity to get a prescription filled. Not to mention you wait on hold for 40 minutes on the phone and give up. Cars wrapped around the building waiting in the drive thru forever, 12 people standing in line inside. If you've got a sick kid you are having to tote around waiting on their meds, avoid this place at all costs.

I freaking hate Walgreens. They bought out our pharmacy and we’ve had nothing but problems since then. They never have the prescriptions ready and when you call you have to wait on hold forever. I’m definitely switching to something else local.

This location has the rudest pharmacy staff! They are inconsiderate of their customers needs and time. I pulled up to the drop window at 1:15 and sat waiting my turn, when my turn came the rude pharmacy personnel pulled the closed shade down in my face. They only get 30 min for lunch and to bad not her problem if I was waiting. I am pulling my business from walgreens...

Such a horrible pharmacy. They bought out my pharmacy so our scripts got sent here. I sat on hold for 1 hour before giving up...And I called at 9 am when they first opened. When I went by there cars were wrapped around the building. I had to call our doctors to provide us entirely new prescriptions because I have had such a headache dealing with Walgreens that I finally just gave up. I will never buy so much as a bottle of water from here. HIRE MORE PEOPLE! Absolutely ridiculous!

I've called 4 times to check on my prescription and the phones hang up and I never get to speak with anyone. I'm getting tired of sitting in line and waiting because prescriptions aren't ready. Seems like someone should have planned ahead BEFORE the buyouts.

Beyond disappointed! The buyout of 2 local pharmacies left many including myself without medication for days. They were not properly staffed and did not extend their pharmacy hours to accommodate anyone. One of the clerks behind the counter answering questions isn't licensed. Shame,Shame on you walgreens! I will NEVER use this store again!!!

Wonderful location! Always clean and tidy. The employees are very friendly and greet you as you arrive through the door.The calling system for the pharmacy dept. doesn’t seem in working condition but I was told that they are aware of the situation and were more than happy to page pharmacy directly and I was able to get in touch with them rather quickly that way. The pharmacy itself is always wonderful. They are busy most of the time but do not let it interfere with their customer service. If you do not have insurance they apply coupons to bring down the cost of your prescriptions without you even asking!The photo lab and cashier employees are personable going out of their way to make sure all your needs are met. Deborah and Kelsey are always helpful and provide great customer service.From personal shopping experience at this location I have seen other customers treat employees unfairly and I’m assuming they are the same ones leaving the vague harsh one star reviews.If you actually want to know how well this location really works I hope that this detailed review will give you better insight to how this location truly is, a wonderful and professional store with knowledgeable staff.

They have bought or put out of business all of the local pharmacies. Their hours are too short and don't deliver. Customer service is non-existent I'm the pharmacy. Since buy out of Health Depot lines at pharmacy are horrible.

If I need something quick, then Walgreens is usually my place to stop at. However, today was pretty sad. I stopped for 3 things, Milk, BC Powder & bread. There was no BC Powder, no milk & the bread was picked over & hard. I thought if it wasn't for bad luck, I wouldn't have any luck at all?! 🤔 Lol.. Of course, I realize this isn't anything to be mad about. Not to mention, the employees always greet me and are always pretty kind, so off to HARPS, hoping they have what I need because Walmart is..... Well, it's Walmart...

They suck every Dr sends medicine in three days early they called said it's ready then they'll say you're a crackhead and since we called you and you actually showed up we cannot see you as a patient anymore they base decisions off of third world religions and a single person's point of view and it is a covid breeding ground stay away go to Walmart or anywhere else is better and 100 percent cheaper they scam and lie and have no self conscious about anyone but there tiny paycheck cvs will shut them out

This pharmacy and store have really gone downhill. I have several prescriptions there and had to use them exclusively after Richard Park's pharmacy closed and moved customers to Walgreens. Richard was always so friendly and helpful and all about customer service. And he was fast and accurate. Walgreen's in Greenwood is none of these things. All of my family has moved their prescriptions to Health Depot and I am going to do the same. The lines are long in the afternoon. There is at least one tech in the pharmacy that isn't playing with a full deck. I am not exaggerating, the last 4 out of 5 prescription pickups I made - I went away empty handed!! Reasons? They vary from 1) prescription dosage was incorrect 2) prescription was not ready at the time promised 3) wrong prescription filled 4) didn't send refill request fax - this happens all the time even though they say they will do it! Unreal! And I have been treated so rudely on the phone on more than one occasion by techs and pharmacist. They have downsized their toy section and the last two toys I bought for my son didn't work! No stars from me. Two thumbs down.

Pharmacy staff for the most part is friendly. One lady pharmacist was beyond rude!! My Doctor whom I work for authorized a early refill (3 day's) we were standing by the nurse who called to say early refill ok per Doctor she refused even after he told her himself " Fill it!!"She said " Well you know how "those people " are. Then when I spoke up she denied saying it!! And I let her know Doctor,Nurse,and myself heard it on speaker. This was extremely unprofessional and I informed her I was transferring my prescriptions and would never be back!!! I've also passed the word on how customers are treated

Fairly new store still, opened in September of 2009. Been through a couple management changes in this timeframe, but the quality has kept consistent. Wonderful store, I shop there at least once a week.The pharmacy is slow, but they severely under-staff them so I don't put the blame on the techs or Pharmacists directly.Love the photo lab, Amanda is very knowledgeable and always helpful. Picture quality is always top notch, and the weekly coupons and discounts are awesome!

Clean store. Friendly and helpful workforce. Great products and prescriptions are of top grade, never bogus. Clean restrooms. Fast service and very accurate. They always check for interactions between other meds and ask if I have any questions. Many times they even add a coupon to save me money I didn't even know about. If they're out of something it's there by the next day. Hassle-free and no long wait.

This store is very friendly. It's also very clean neat and organized. If I can't find something the staff is easily approachable. I get my meds filled every 90 days and I've never had a problem there. The pharmacist is personable and the technicians appear to really know their job well. I would recommend you give this location a try.

HORRIBLE NEVER AGAIN!! This pharmacy is truly awful and none of the employees will help, NO correction DO THERE JOB so I can get my medication.Today wasn't my first time getting medication filled but it might has well been still I brought all my insurance info needed to get my meds filled. The staff did nothing and were no help telling me I'm in there computer but no insurance information was saved. The LADY (a walgreens employee) then said " SIR ARE YOU SURE YOU HAVE INSURANCE, IT'S PROBABLY STATE HELP!! GOVERNMENT AID" my mouth dropped because I know what kind of insurance I have/PAY for!!! WORST PHARMACY I HAVE EVER BEEN TO, not helpful not doing there job and on top of that very rude!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO BACK TO THIS WALGREENS (Greenwood Arkansas)

Don't bother with this pharmacy. Go to Walmart. They told me insurance wouldn't pay for my infant's albuterol mask and it would cost $70 out of pocket. It would be impossible to give without this mask. I called Walmart while at the drive thru window. Spoke to Ben, they had them, they transferred the prescription, and it cost $10 with insurance.
