I drove out of my way to TSC because we have a corporate charge card. Your cashier was clueless on how to accept that card and I couldn't check out. Please teach your cashiers how to do their job.

I love this store!! I buy all of my chickens' needs here, plus a whole lot more. I could spend all day in there! I never have to hunt a clerk down if I have a question or need, & they are always willing to help, not just point me to a direction & leave me on my own, but actually assist me.

The kids they have working here have apparently never been taught to use simple hand tools. If you buy anything from here that was put together by the employees, take it back apart and do it the right way. Bought a garden cart and bolts were on backward, nuts were just finger tight. Had different size bolts on the same piece. What happened to a time when southern boys could use a wrench and a screwdriver.UPDATE: Went to return the item and they had to scramble for the money for the return. What kind of chain store leaves their people so unprepared. I made a comment to the manager about having a safe and she said they do but have to keep a certain amount of money in it which makes no sense. I guess they have money that they're not allowed to use for customer service.

Had a delivery there today the girl who unloaded us Ashley she was awesome. Super sweet girl who knew her job and did it well.. There also was a woman cashier that had dark hair and she also was very helpful. My husband ended up leaving his phone in the bathroom and she held it by her register until we got there. What a great experience shopping and delivering there..also store and bathroom was extremely clean and well organized

First time we've been to Tractor Supply. We went in for a specific large item, found a manager and told them what we needed and where it was. She asked if we took a picture of it so she could take the product number to the front. No. Asked if we wanted to buy it that day, and if we were sure. I'm not sure why she acted that way. She got it and we walked around about 10 minutes to give her time to get it up to the front in a virtually empty store. Went to pay and asked the aloof young man if he could ring us up. He said he didn't have the number and went back to chilling. A few minutes later the manager walked up eating candy and gave him the number. We paid for it and he asked if we needed help loading it (over 600lbs), and said he didn't know how they could load it. Didn't know how to load it with the forklift but figured it out. We will stick with Atwood's for our more regular purchases.

The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I am impressed with the variety and quality of products available. I have calculated that I am able to supply my pets with high quality food at a lower price than competators. The store is clean and well organized.

Very helpful staff. I had lots of questions about raising chickens and there was a lady working there that was so helpful. I didn't catch her name or I would recognize her by name. They carry all of the products I need for my chickens at reasonable prices

I have been searching for a belt for my lawn mower and I didn’t know what I was doing I called greenwood tractor supply. They didn’t have a change over for me and didn’t carry my part Howe’s DYLAN went above and beyond to locate a part for me and in less than five minutes. Thank you for your outstanding customer service!

Having difficulty getting information as to why I'm not getting my coupons and ads pulled up on my account. Not as knowledgeable. Lady did try her best to help me with no success. On a positive note, she did ring me up and help me bring my dog food out to the car. One thing I'm mad about is that the only place I get my dog food is from here and there's rarely any coupons for the dog food. I get Earthborn Coastal Catch. If I continue to have these issues with my account, I can always get it cheaper through Amazon prime and its shipped to my house for free. Please help me fix this and I'll update my stars. :)

Clean store,checker was polite! It wasn't his fault,a customer's debit/card wouldn't process. But he should have called for another checker. Saved a few dollars, hit the clearance section! Give the visit a four (4).

Why is it that you all only carry Blue Buffalo, large breed puppy, on occasion? Living 5 minutes from the store makes it a lot more convenient, however when you don’t carry, consistently, what is needed and force customers to go into Fort Smith, is frustrating to say the least. All I ask is that you pay attention to the inventory that is sold and restock when needed. It would be in your best interest to keep the few customers you do have.

The only place we buy our dog and cat food. Their house brand grain free is excellent. Chicken feed competitively priced. Love those sale bins.

TERRIBLE customer service. The two young guys attempted to be helpful. The blonde employee talked to my husband and I like we were children (in front of other grown adult customers) when stepping into the chick area (not one sign posted to keep out, only a sign to watch your step)She then told us (when the two young guys couldn't find a price on an item) "you're just gonna to have to look it up online because it's clearanced out" Hm, no, I dont think that's how you properly handle this situation when you work in customer service. About the same time my 3 year old son kept attempting to talk to her and show her something he had found in the store and was excited about. She was right beside him but never even acknowledged him.Maybe she was just having a terrible day.....?!

Basic farm , hobby farm and pet owner supplys . A bit high on most stuff unless it's on sale . Sales staff is either very helpful or have no clue , 50 / 50 shot . Stores are well kept and clean . If your looking at big purchases shop around . If it's not on sale your going to pay more for it than it's worth. Have learned this lesson several times the hard way with Tractor Supply.

I have a rabbit... can't beat the price of Timothy hay here. I buy the large bale, costs less than 2 bags at Walmart or other places and lasts much much longer.They are always eager to help you find things too.
