So I don’t know if deli had some new hires or maybe didn’t realize they need to peel back the paper stuff off the meat before they slice it. I had gotten a pound of sliced pepperoni and luckily saw it before having some.

I only go to this store because it is 2 blocks from my house. If I am missing an ingredient that I need to finish the meal I have planned I will occasionally go there. I am actually afraid to consume some products in this store. Half of the stuff looks like it has gone bad.Update... my original review was for CV's grocery store before Harps bought it. Things are getting betterUpdate:Looking good 👍 thanks for giving us a store that we can feel better about shopping in.

This store recently changed to Harps. Much better selection. Store is clean. Produce is fresh. Staff is friendly and willingly to help. They are getting the shelves stocked as fast as they can. Looking forward to being able to shop when it is fully stocked.

They have a new market manager in the fresh meat area. He does a terrific job at making sure everything is fresh. If u need something special cut and he has the product hes willing to do it!

Not my usual shopping spot but it was close at the time. Ran in to get a few items and picked up some fresh cherries that were on sale also, along with some ice cream. When I paid, the price seemed a bit steep so I inspected my receipt. Instead of cherries being $2+ they were $7+. I had to leave ice cream in the car to go back and get it fixed. This could happen anywhere. Just remember to check your receipts after purchases.

Haven’t been thrilled since CVS became Harps. They stopped carrying a lot of items that could only be found there and had price increases on many more items.

I haven't really had a chance to "shop" here, but I stopped in yesterday (a Monday) around 7:30-8:00pm for their chicken dinner that they advertise, but apparently they stop serving it at 6. Maybe it's just cuz I'm new here, but where I'm from, 6 o'clock is dinner time, not time to pack up and go home. Guess people who work swing shifts and graveyard shifts are S.O.L. if they wanna grab a quick bite to eat. I noticed a sign on the door that said they raised the price on their chicken dinner by like 3 or 4 dollars. I'm not really complaining because at $10 and some change, it's still an affordable deal, but that just seems like kinda a steep price hike. I can't say if the food is any good or not cuz this was literally my very first time in the store.So, I stopped in again tonight (the very next night, a Tuesday) to pick up a chuck roast for dinner. As I walked in, the cashier informed me they would be closing in 2 minutes. So I went to the back of the store to the meat section which was pretty well stocked, except no chuck roast. I didn't have time to check out the poultry section of the meat department, but if it looks anything like the beef, I'm glad I didn't get that chicken dinner the night before! Beef is not supposed to be discolored like that. Not sure if I'll be back or not, I'd love to support local businesses but I work hard for my money and at the end of the day there's not a whole lot left, so I definitely don't want to waste it on rotten food. (Not saying their food is rotten, it just looked bad)

I love this place I live in Booneville, but still come to Greenwood to shop for groceries. Since Harps bought them out the prices are higher, on the other hand they have items that the supercenter doesn't carry. They will also order items for you if it's something you buy frequently. 😭 makes me miss our local grocery store even more

Good prices on the salads. I love that they still ring up your groceries, bag them, and take them to your car!! They still remember we are customers and treat us right. They don't charge for bags and still ask paper or plastic. The bathroom was clean .If you get on their rewards program you will save over the stores every time you shop. They do it right at CV's.

I typically don't do a one star review but with this store I am making an exception. The sacker had his mask around his neck while bagging up groceries and the bakery associate didn't have a mask on at while behind the counter or while walking through the store. The cashier was very friendly and nice and shook her head at the sacker.

Well. Usually love this little store...but the last few times I've gone I've gotten bread that has went moldy three or four days after I bought it, or been over charged or over rung cuz the prices weren't updated for whatever reason . But I still go in there ..and then the other night I walk in 45 minutes before closing and I was done shopping 20 minutes before closing but I could still hear the cashier griping about me and some other guy..cuz he was still shopping and apparently it looked like I had way too many groceries in my basket for coming in so close to closin!!??.. still had 20 minutes keep in mind.. But then she rang me up and it came to $43 and shes realized 6 of my items weresix packsof drinks .lol..I figured the time like this they would be happy for my business but kind of upset me for the way me and another guy was being treated for just shopping:(.I know you're ready to go girl but you know some of us have to work late or some of us just didn't get a chance to get in till when we got in at least it wasn't right at closing..iwasnice enough to think of that I thought!!??give job to someone who wants to work!!if u don't wanna be there!!!

I really like their meat and would like to shop here more. The problem they seem to have is when they put up signs with price that price isn't changed for registers so you get over charged. This has been an ongoing problem for years and frankly I don't understand. watch the prices.

Don't go to this one! The night manager had a cold and wasn't wearing a mask. The cashier boy had his mask on his neck. Waited over 20 mins to check out. They spoke kindly but dang people, open another register and mask that cold

A clean and well stocked grocery unit. It pays to look for the bargain itemsThe manager is very pleasant and a hard worker. He doesn't ask anyone to do a job that he doesn't do as well. I found this to be very commendable and was impressed
