I'm rarely left impressed by the customer service around the US, but it took one pleasant female sales associate from Greenwood's Dollar General to change that. I visited the store at around 1930 on May 8th (transaction time 1953) and this lady is a walking textbook of excellent customer service. Her demeanor, poise, and sales etiquette are to the point. I sincerely hope corporate identifies her potential, and uses her to train other associates. I can't find her name on my receipt, but I sincerely hope this message is passed on 😊

Do not buy gift cards from this store.I bought a gift card for my granddaughter for Christmas. She tried to use it and it said invalid card. I talked to the store manager and the district manager about it. I am still waiting for a call back. I will never shop at that store again.

Can't get to many isles due to piles of unstocked items in boxes. The staff treat you as if you're a burden for buying from the store. This store didn't used to be like this until new management took over...the isles being completely blocked like they are is also a fire hazard.

This is my "local" store so I'm in there a lot. It is always clean, even the clearance section is usually pretty organized, and the employees are all great. It's not the biggest DG but it's definitely my favorite store. 😁😁😁

Cluttered aisles with boxes of merchandise makes it impossible to go down some aisles. The poor girl working is always by herself trying to do everything. This store didn’t use to be like this.

There is a lady with blonde hair that works there who is super rude. I will not even shop there anymore. I wish I knew her name. Have been reading other people who has posted on What's happening Greenwood and it is always the same complaint. Lady with blonde hair is super rude. If she don't like her job, maybe she should work somewhere else. Store is always a mess. Everyone else there is nice, but she seems to be there all the time. Is she management? Hope not.

The manager of the Greenwood store is the rudest customer service agent I have seen in a long time. Would rather drive futher, and spend more money going to Walmart than have some lady put me in a bad mood because of her bad attitude. If the DM could contact me that would be awesome.

The staff is friendly but the isles are crowded you have a hard time just looking at the things in the shelves without you yourself moving carts that have products on it that needs to be on the shelves. I still recommend just may have to things in crowded isles.

We had a big dance party. There were classics like, you could be dancing and staying alive. People had the big fancy hair and bell bottoms... some had roller skates.

Manager is rude and hateful. Employees don't help and are rude as well. Store is messy and hard to find items. I've heard employees cussing at each other and at customers. It's an awful store and I won't shop there again.

Greenwood Dollar general is by far so much more organized and so much easier to just simply walk around in, than the rest I've experienced in past visits.

We need to keep Isles CLEAR so that people with disabilities can ACTUALLY move around with in these stores! Every dollar general in this area has items in the isles! Its ridiculous! And I'm surprised the fire marshal or the Americans with disabilities haven't complained yet

If I could give zero stars I would, the cashier was extremely rude and seemed incredibly burnt out from me asking a simple question. I will do everything I can to avoid shopping here now.

Great place to shop for you home needs and christmas stocking stuffers and such got these cookie tins for a dollar there with cookies in them for stockings so cute
