Decent place. I personally don't like to be bothered by store associates, however, I understand that's their job. BUT WHEN I ASK for assistance, they just shrug, only the younger women. (I'm 22 yo and married, do they think I'm going to hit on them??) this has happened multiple times. Any guy will help NO MATTER WHAT, excellent service, the older ladies as well, WELL DONE. Please get kids out of retail.

Shout out to Paul!!! The sweetest man I’ve ever met! I drive all the way from Conway to come to this Walmart and he is the best cashier every time! Love this store and their employees especially my new found friend Paul!

The employees here are super courteous and helpful. This isn't my favorite Walmart. Although it is better then the other local options for certain items... They don't have everything a super center Walmart has. But you will find something to suffice . Until you can get to a larger store location...

Purchased this cantaloupe this morning July 28, it says on the package good until 8-2 however there is white powder mold spots all over the cantaloupe. It’s a good thing I looked at it before eating it bc I am pregnant and this could make me very sick.

So, this is still the nicest Walmart I've ever been too. It's consistently clean, the workers are always friendly and helpful but, like many larger retailers, their shelves are getting bare and their prices are skyrocketing. Yeah, yeah, I know, inflation, but really, it's Walmart, they wouldn't die if they kept prices down a little lower than they are.Also. . .can we get some Saltines please?

Employees are very rude every time I go in there. Then they wonder why I don’t give them a 5 star rating during checkout when I scanned and bagged all my items while they stood there watching. Can’t ever find help and if you do ask for help they will have a bad attitude.

Terrible customer service! When I was given the wrong deli item I was asked to drive 15miles back to the store to get the correct item. Was told by the young man in the phone I wouldn't be charged. I had to chase down someone to assist and the man said he answers the phone and I hadn't talked to him after he tried to make me pay again. Had to get another woman involved who was as rude as the first guy. The lady in the deli did fix the mistake graciously so only customer service sucks.

I’m honestly the last person to leave a bad review, but good grief. We have been using this Walmart since December of 2021 and it seems like at least monthly we get an expired item on accident. I make it a habit to check things like yogurt, cheese, and milk due to their quick expiration date so I haven’t had an issue with those. However, I’ve grabbed a Tostitos spinach dip only to realize it’s 4 months expired. Another instance my husband got a dip from the cold section, gets it home and opened then double checks that it’s 2 months expired. Went back a few weeks later and the same dips were still on the shelf with the same expiration date. We now consciously check nearly everything twice before even putting it in the buggy. Unfortunately, we didn’t think drinks would be expired so we didn’t check those. Got some Lipton green teas yesterday and just happened to check them today. Expired 3 months ago. Is there anybody checking this stuff? I hate to know how many others this is happening to.

My wife and I currently live overseas and we returned to the US for the holidays. We love Darigold chocolate milk and we couldn’t find it in any store. We saw online this location was the only one around where we were to have it. We drove to the store hopeful to finally find what we had been craving, but there was none in stock. Augusta, an employee at this location, saw we were looking around and asked if she could help us find anything. We told her what we were looking for and she very politely informed us they didn’t have any in stock at that time. As we left the store, a gentleman thanked us and wished us a great night. We left thinking how pleasant of a Walmart experience that was and how friendly the employees were.The following day, we saw we could order a pickup of our Darigold chocolate milk, but decided we didn’t want to order the $30 minimum or whatever it is for free pickup. So, we drove to the store again. There was ONE left in the refrigerator. We were so excited! We happened to see Augusta again and she, once again, pleasantly asked us if she could help us find anything. We explained we were only in Arkansas for a few more days and wanted to see if there were any more cartons of our beloved chocolate milk in the back. She checked her device and said there were 9 in the back and she would go check. We eagerly waited and, almost as if Kris Kringle had showed up himself, Augusta was there sliding more cartons of our Darigold to the front. We took one and she asked if we wanted more. So we took another and thanked her so much. Giddily, we headed to the self-checkout with our treasure.We bumped into Kahlen, an employee near the self-checkouts, and asked how we could show Augusta our appreciation for going completely out of her way to make our trip a success. We found ourselves in a lovely conversation with Kahlen about living overseas and how fun it is. Then, Kim, another Walmart employee, walked up and joined in on the conversation and told us about her trip to Europe (Switzerland, I believe) and we talked about the differences in Europe and the US.When my wife and I left the store, we were so grateful we made the drive and got to meet these wonderful people. Thank you Augusta, Kahlen, Kim and the nice gentleman from the first trip for making a simple Walmart trip an experience we will remember for a long time. You all deserve raises or bonuses or something, especially Augusta!

It's convenient and everyone that works there that I have come in contact with has been very nice, personable, and helpful. The one thing I wished this place would do, is light up the parking lot better when it gets dark. I could barely see what I was doing when I was loading my groceries in the car and I was very close to the front door. Also, when there is older people getting groceries, please be mindful of how heavy the bags are. Too heavy and they have a difficult time loading and unloading the bags.

Always have everything I'm looking for! This is local so it's great for me! Cashiers are always friendly. Never had a grumpy one. Bathrooms are always clean. Shelves are always stocked. Overall wonderful place to shop!

Have shopped here curbside for a year! Now that I have the hang of ordering online, have my favorites list for quick reorder, I love it. Once in awhile an item may get forgotten but one phone call and it is quickly replaced. The employees are efficient, polite and respect social distance and safety!

I did the pick up today. Not only was I missing 8 items when I called to the store the associate was extremely rude like I was a complete inconvenience to her. While I was trying to tell her what items were missing her and other co-workers were laughing and goofing off in the background. I had to repeat myself several times. She even said I can not hear you my co-workers are making me laugh. While I was on the phone the associate was very rude about when I could and could not pick up my items that I have already paid for, but did not receive. Either these associates are picking horrible substitutes, being rude, or I am always missing something. I will no longer be using this Walmart. I will drive a little further down the road to Harps. This will be the second time I am having to go back this week to pick up items that should have been in one pick up. I never received the email with survey for the pick up either which is why I am leaving a comment here. Save your time and just go to harps down the road if you are able to.

Am very pleased with this store. I have been shopping at this Walmart location for the last 2 months now and every time I have been in there, every employee and shopper, were wearing a mask. That is very important to me as this pandemic is still going on and we are into a fourth wave.

I have this a three-star rating due SOLELY to the rudeness of the staff, especially those in customer service. They rarely smile, and when asked about anything they appear miffed that they are being interrupted by a lowly customer.There is also quite the issue with this particular store being able to stay up with the demand on certain items. I buy a certain brand of dog chews and they are absolutely incapable of keeping them in stock. Organic ground beef, pre-cut celery stalks, deli chicken, hummus, spices...the list goes on and on.The store is typically quite clean. The only complaint is quite often they fail to keep the sanitary towel dispenser by the front door full. Restrooms always seem to be clean.Getting into the store parking lot is easy, but unless you go all the way to the back of the store and use the back lot entrance, getting out is a nightmare.All in all it is an okay store. It could easily become a top-notch store with some serious attitude adjustments of the staff.

I really like Greenbrier Neighborhood Market but, for the last few months I buy sweet cake snacks only for them to taste moldy. They have a long expiration date but they have that old and molded taste. But I have shopped at the other Walmarts in our are here in Faulkner county and have been disappointed with the same complaint.

The online shopping is so simple and it's Free! I've recently had a knee replacement and not having to shop the entire store is Great! Order, set up a time to pick it up, pull up and call the posted number and they bring it out, load it up and..Done! Best thing since sliced bread..

Yay for me, they actually did my shopping for me I only needed a few things but was having trouble with my leg and I asked if I could get somebody to do a little shopping for me I needed three items and they said sure and they went and got them for me while I sit there and drink a cup of coffee. So how could I not give them 5 stars some days are better than others

Other than the cashier that tried to force me to use self check I have not had any other problems here. The layout of the store is nice. I was sad to see that the square Mexican dipping cheese to make white cheesedip wasn't on the shelf tonight but I am thrilled you started carrying swerve sweetner!

Walmart Delivery in Greenbrier sent me someone else's order and tells me to contact the other person who may have mine....umm . I only ordered delivery because I didn't feel well and I'm minus 172 dollars and was told call the 3rd party which they can't give you another customers number...some management and employee training is Def needed at this one.

This walmart is literally taking food out a previous employees kids mouths they gave her a check that was over 90 days old so she can't cash it and lied to her about having a check at all. She was trying to get some very important papers filled out so she could have food for her kids and they absolutely refused to fill the papers at all. I would not recommend this walmart to anyone.
