Harp’s is my go-to because the harsh fluorescents in other stores trigger migraines & I love having actual cashiers- they are always so friendly at this location. And the bakery does AMAZING cakes.

I enjoy shopping here. There are larger stores in my area that I use as well, but that is mainly because they have items not carried at my local Harps.The staff is always friendly and helpful, and on the few occasions that I have had to ask for assistance, I'm treated more like an old friend, than just the next customer.Additionally, there is no self checkout. They still have cashiers, and call more associates as needed. I prefer this interaction, vs having some 20 something kid supervise me doing what should be their job.I have not had any issues with the quality of their products, and the price of groceries is as reasonable here as it is anywhere else.

Great home-town grocery store. The employees recognize us and are so helpful. They open a new line if there are just a few people waiting and I never have to check myself out. We have been getting cakes from the bakery for every occasion for years and they can't be beat (especially the strawberry cake!)

They usually have a different variety than most stores, which is great... But definitely costs more. And now you do not get any rewards points for gas you buy so it is pointless to use your card when buying any fuel from them. But overall... I will stop in a few times a month so that I can try different brands of food or different flavors usually not found anywhere else. One more thing.... I love the items from the bakery!!!! Wonderful job on that!!!!

Everyone is so nice especially the deli folks. Fried chicken is like grandma use to make. The catfish is very good. You can get in and out quick and they have a daily special. They will also custom make a sandwich that is better and cheaper than the others.

Employees are so awesome, prices are good, and always stocked!Also, they went above and beyond when it started pooring rain today and one of the employees called up some help for me. The girl she called up there stood in front of the doors with both my girls while i ran to get my car, she also helped me load my food! I love these employees so much! And their deli and bakery are so GOOD!!!

Was asked to leave Harps in Greenbrier because my service dog,a miniature dachshund barked. I understand the need for order and quiet, but the way this young man handled the situation was wrong.. For starters, all he had to do was ask me to please quiet my dog. Instead, when I reached for my service animal license,he said, and I quote "I don't care what you are gonna whip out". He was out of line and very rude. I am considering reporting the business to USA service animal and the better business bureau. My dog was Not out of control,he barked. He and the store employees need to read the laws and rules of service animals. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I really like harps. The people are very friendly and helpful. The only problem is and it's in every grocery store I think every item has gone up by a dollar your can of soup your roll of sausage your I mean it's just everything I mean wow I came out of there with what used to be 50 and now it's 80 so it's bad

Their bakery is the absolute best! I have been getting my kids birthday cakes and every other kind of cakes here for 8 years and they always are so cute and super tastey. They are truly great!

I would like to start off being positive. The store is clean and well stocked. I've never had a bad cashier experience here just had one issue with mislabeling of a price in many years of shopping. However y'all need to get control of your deli department. I went to get meat sliced yesterday stood there for a VERY long time. Both of the deli workers looked directly at me and straight ignored me.. didn't even say I'll be with you in a bit or anything...just totally ignored me. This is not the first time as last time I went there was a person in front of me in line who just got mad and left. A woman was over at the hotbox asking for fish and they said they only had two pieces left. They did not offer to even cook her anymore until she flat out asked them herself if they would cook more and then was told that it would take more than 45 minutes. I mean this was right at 6pm..I would think deli wouldn't close until 7 or 8.They kept spewing off about being shorthanded which I'm confused about as I sometimes stop in during morning rush and see two people back there getting work done. I went back over to deli to get something out of the case in front and the girl was sweeping the floor and knowing I had already settled for another brand of lunch meat then all the sudden asked me if I needed anything. It was obvious I didn't and that's exactly why she asked after directly ignoring me previously. Maybe you should get management they don't know from another Harps to come in with street clothes and see exactly how they are treating your customers because my heart dropped hearing them talking to the other woman.
