The team here helped us significantly with our hen that went lame one day. Ember was treated extremely well and thoroughly examined and taken care of. Unfortunately there didn't seem to be any discernable cause for her lameness per the X-rays and physical exam and we were given medications to help pain and inflammation. Ember did okay for a few days, but after her treatment ended she passed the next day. We appreciated everything the team here did for us to try and help our sweet little hen instead of encouraging us to cull. To us, she wasn't 'just a chicken', she was our precious baby Ember, and they never made us feel judged or like we were wasting time with treatment. We appreciated the friendliness, and the price for Ember's treatment was beyond reasonable. We will be returning with our other hens and pets in the future. Thank you so much for everything!

I took my little Chiweenie (Rosko) for a dental because he had some pain. I drove from Branson, MO and just a short drive. I pulled in to this place and it was beautiful. Felt like home to me. The staff were so friendly and I could tell they knew what they were doing. I didn’t have any worries. This will be his vet clinic from now on. Best of all…the prices!!! Thank you guys so so much!!!

I absolutely love this clinic an all of it's staff. I've used this clinic for about 20 years an there's not another clinic I would take my animals to in the world. The treatment an care my animals have received from St. Francis is in my opinion the best there is. I now live a few hours away an my 2 hour drive is well worth it. I know no matter my fur babies outcome they received the best care in the world!

I brought my little dog in to establish care with this Vet facility. He was going to get groomed and for a yearly Check up as he is 12yrs old. When I went to pick my dog up, I was rudely greeted by a vet tech in the lobby. It looked like my dog just got off the grooming table. They did not bathe him, cut his toenails, and he was bleeding on his belly from being nicked by the shears. I asked about his health, thinking I would go into a room to speak with a veterinarian, and the vet tech interrupted me in the lobby, said three comments about his health (cataracts, future dental work, and that he could possibly be deaf. Because They “didn’t have time to do the phonebook ,slammed on a desk/table, test on him”), and that he was fine and healthy.I TRUSTED THEM WITH MY BABY.When I have called up there, I get interrupted, talk down to, brushed over.With this unprofessional behavior I decided to go with a different vet. I took my dog to a New Vet hospital almost 5 months later, and my dog has been diagnosed with cancer and other health problems that could’ve been addressed 4-5 months ago, if detected sooner. 😳St Francis did not do any bloodwork for an almost 13-year-old dog. As I was clear at what I expected as I was being rudely rushed and interrupted. (Also my dog had a MoHawk. I said do not cut or shave it. The directions and his name was also written on his collar tin. Yep, she shaved it.) So I paid a huge amount ($ not an issue) for a grooming plus a fat tip and for them to tell me what I already knew about my dog. They did not do any bloodwork anything like that for a almost 13-year-old dog. And I TRUSTED them.I have called to let them know what has happened and I was treated with a rude passive ok and poor explanation with no remorse or apology for the lack of care and compassion this office has toward our fur babies and their owners. Nor has a Vet there reached out to me.My Baby has a lot of life in him. He Loves the river, kayaking, hikes, compassionate humans and all furry friends. I will be putting my best friend down sooner because of this. My HEART is broken.I DO NOT Recommend Saint Francis vet. 😭

This place is the reason my child hood best friend is going to die. If you go here, please go get a second opinion before it’s too late. This place missed multiple diagnosis of our 12 year old dog. The staff is incredibly rude, the doctor needs to be investigated. Just all around horrible, do not go here. Taking your pet here is putting them at a high risk of misdiagnosis and no treatment..

I have been taking my furbabies here for 3 years. I took my newest 4 month old in for grooming and shots. I expressed several times that I wanted her to have the schnauzer cut with the skirt also leave a hair for ponytail on top. I expressed this at least 3 times. The groomer repeated it back to me to assure me she understood. I pick my baby up completely shaved no skirt no hair for pony tail. I called ahead to ask how much I owed and was told it would be less than $100 for grooming and booster. When we picked her up I was charged $143.74. My husband was told to pay before they brought her out. When they told him the totalhe informed them that she was only getting the booster and groomig which we were told would be no more than $100. When I called she hadnt had her shots yet just groomed. I told the lady we did NOT want the rabies shots for 1 money is extremely tight and 2 she is never outside off a leash I also told her we did not need fea ad tick since it's fall and she hardly ever goes out. We have 4-way dewormer at home and don't need it. The lady said ok. So when my husband was told the total due $143.74 he said thats not right my wife called and it isnt supposed to be more than $100. We didnt nèed the flea and tick, dewormer or rabies shot. She said that is the total without it. So he said wow weĺl ok. Once he paid it she printed the receipt handed him a small bag and had our furbaby brought out. The vets are great but their office manager isnt doing a good job at all. Not sure what happened but their office personnel do not listen nor care to listen and do not communicate with the doctors. l use to trust and love this clinic but now I would recommend the humane society over them. Do not use their groomer and now I no longer trust them on when they tell me how much something will be. Very sad that now will be looking for a new vet, a new groomer and new place to board my bigger furbabies when needed which is at least twice a year. P.S. the vets are amazing I love them but their office personnel and groomers don't need to be working for them.

10/10 recommend St. Francis Vet in Green Forest for help with wild animals! Very nice people, super helpful, fast, affordable & efficient! My husband & I drove ‼️4 HOURS‼️ to see Dr. Ron & his Vet Tech, Jessica! They were absolutely wonderful! We will make that drive many more times as needed!

My friends dog went to this place and they did a poor job checking the dog . He ended up having 2 massive lumps in his stomach , fluid in his lungs , severe arthritis, some teeth are severely decayed , cancer has caused the dog to have seizures. Total dissatisfaction

We had to lay our fur boy to rest after 15 years of loving and loyalty. We were able to sit with him in a beautiful grassy knoll with birds and butterflies as he passed. It was the most calming and serene experience for such a sad day. The vet and staff were so loving and compassionate and provided our baby with a peaceful and dignified death. I cant thank them enough!

Best vet ever!!! Our dog got her legs ran over by a vehicle and we called everywhere around and no one would work us in. St. Francis walked us through what to do, gave us a price quote up front and really stuck to it. They worked her in there already busy schedule and took great care of her. I just can't praise this vet enough.

The Vets and Techs are wonderful but the rudeness of the front staff needs help badly. I have overseen employees and know that the first person you see sets the tone for your business. I have been in several times and given them the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe they have had a bad day or something going on but it is every time-no smile, hello or thank you and almost as if you are an irritant because you bothered them. I have only encountered one (the one with the Frenchie) that treats you like a human and she is polite. All I can figure is the others must be family to be able to keep their jobs. Again, the Vets (I have seen 4 there) are wonderful as well as techs. But if you can overlook not being treated like a human client from the front desk and just hand them your card with no thank you or acknowledged when you enter, the vets and techs are great. I thought that maybe it was because we were new to the area but we have made many trips in and it hasn’t changed. I have observed how they talk to other clients on the phone and observed as others enter and it is pretty much the same. Also have heard a couple other clients that feel the same but love the vets. I will miss Dr Brooke and Maddie especially as I have been around them the most but have decided to leave due to the way people allow others to be treated in their business.

I always ask for Dr. Anne. I can tell she truly cares for my dogs and my dogs feel very comfortable with her too. She is the real deal Veterinarian. If she ever left for another office I would follow her. She’s the best, so is her assistant. If your searching for a Veterinarian in Northwest Arkansas/Berryville, this is the place to go. Their pricing is very fair too.

The front receptionist however lack customer service skills. I stay for the vets just wish the front staff were not as rude and short with patients/customers

Our 13 year old Portuguese Water Dog wasn’t acting herself, called to see if we could get her in as we had just moved into the area. They got us in that day & checked Maggie out, bloodwork & ultrasound. Everyone was so pleasant and great with Maggie and us! Loved our experience and how they took care of Maggie. I moved to Omaha last year, and one of my greatest worries was replacing my wonderful veterinarian. I am happy to say that St Francis has served me for my dogs, cats, and twice now they have been there for emergencies with my horses. I find that they understand my need to balance good care with tight finances. I can not speak well enough of this clinic, but I can say that I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Vet hospital that loves your pets like their own.

Dr. Ron is extremely personable and compassionate concerning our Aussiedoodle Sasha. After examining our pet he spent time putting our mind at rest that a possible UTI infection was not a factor. He went into great detail to explain why, which was reassuring as we were obviously concerned. He was very patient with our timid furbaby during the examination. All in all a wonderful experience. I was very pleased with St. Francis's Vet services for my puppy. They were attentive and provided great care and freebies which is always a plus! Thank you for taking care of my Lisboa and giving her 1st shots! Also I gave them a call after hours the same day as I had a concern in my puppy's bowl movement. The vet gave me a call back within the hour and assured me that my concern was normal and nothing was wrong. I'm glad to find a vet that is affordable, provides great services and is available when emergencies strike.

We have taken our beloved friends to St. Francis Veterinary clinic for years. We have gone through good times and even the bad when it’s time to say goodbye. Every step of the way they have provided exceptional care. Everyone at St. Francis does their best. We trust the experience, advice and attention that they give our animal friends and their unspoken needs. The grooming team is wonderful too.
