Kiley interrupted me rudely while arguing about Western Union house payments despite us having paid our bill there last month. Admitting that you don't know how to do something isn't that hard. My recommendation is to go in during the morning shift when there are far nicer and more capable people on shift.

I like the quality of their cheesy garlic bread. And during all the moments when I go to a grocery store, I always go to the spice department to see if they have new flavors. And whether I have a home cooked meal or a restaurant meal, I always add spices to my food, because it’s my favorite part of each meal. And if grocery stores want to add new flavors to the menu, my suggestion is that the spice industry should make a blend of garlic, jalapeño and black pepper.

Went looking for Turkey legs for beans and the butcher said he'd order some of those for me and he did! He keeps them in stock for me! Sweet man always thinking of the customers needs...👌😁👍👍 🦃🦃

Descent selection of food. A little over priced but WAY better than the just shopping at Dollar General. Veggies looked fresh & fruit was nice n fresh. Update: staff have always been helpful & friendly. Bad part is the app sucks, I earned rewards thru the app, tried using them & it wouldn't work yet my rewards were taken. I contacted them thru the app & my rewards were returned. I tried using my rewards cash again today, my rewards have disappeared. Waiting on another response from customer service

Wine in a fridge!Seems like they just tossed some shelf wine in there but it shows someone is thinking about it and it's not for nothing, it should prevent further damage. If they order slightly nicer wine that comes by refrigerated truck to stock that section I'll give them a four but a five would require I actually get food there and I don't, a lot would have to change for that to shift.I do however buy a lot of Asti, the DOCG standard holds a lot of weight with me, mainly my big pet pieve is that the difference in quality between wine that has or hasn't fluctuated in temperature while in the bottle is immense. From cellar, to refrigerator truck, to refrigerator, or shelf. Every degree of temperature change is a detectable kind of damage. Sitting on a shelf for the simple fluctuations in temperature between day and night make for low quality wine. This is why quality wine is typically kept underground where it's a very constant, cool temperature.

Wouldn't recommend trying to get a job here manager very unprofessional jerks you around for months even tells u in your face 3 people left but says nothing is open to get hired very wierd guy to talk to shady and won't hire u if your male but then hires females instantly on the spot when I been trying to get hired for months finally decided to stop going in heard rumors pay is 11 dollars an hour wich is 1 dollar below average defently not worth going here for a job also something shady is going on here.

My daughter and I came into the grocery store today to pick up a few items. We wanted something from the deli so we needed assistance. The man refused to help us. Even after 2 other employees asked him to assist he would not. We have never been in this store before. I am guessing its because we came in wearing masks. I have a terminal lung disease so I have to be very cautious. Thanks for being an awful person.

I ordered my groceries to be picked up at the store but when I got there, I received a message that said I had to come in the store to get them. That is not cool, I have active Covid and that is the reason I couldn’t go in the store. I had to go in because no one answered the phone in the store. I was not happy and after 30 minutes, I finally got my groceries. The lady who shopped for me was great! The service to my car was sub par.

Just passing through. Stopped at CV's Family Foods. Upon entering the store the first thing I noticed was how open it was. The isles were clean and free of clutter. It also smelled fresh. I could tell that the staff took great care in how well the store looked.Items seemed to be reasonably priced for this size of town. The meat department was well kept and clean. This is a plus in my book. Usually if a stores meat department is unkept and smells, the rest of the store usually has issues hiding. But this store has no problems like those.A really well kept grocery store. Staff was super friendly.A nice shopping experience.Hats off to management. Good job!

Funny thing, my first roommate and best friend was Randall Harp, so who would I be to say anything bad about my buddy? I buy weird stuff sometimes but I can always count on Harp's to have it!

The people they hire are very unprofessional and badly behaved. Mgmt does not seem to care or take it seriously. Don't ask for help. You will be ignored or told 'I don't do that'. Customer service is not a priority - Profits rule. It's clear that training on how to behave is not on the list either. Too much goofing off. I had to wait at the checkout while the cashier finished messing with his phone. I have never been to a grocery store before where the customer is treated as a nuisance. I watched another cashier (#504-18) mock a woman (behind her back) while at the checkout. Got his ID number when I went through his station. Sad that the employees don't seem to understand that without the customers, they would not have a place to work.

This location is, by far, the worst in regards to freshness. Each time I have shopped here for a customer, I have been forced to cancel the produce and the meat from their orders. On three separate occasions in a two week span, the meat was gray and the produce was molded, squishy, or rotten. The associates are friendly, and that is a plus, but if you are shopping for anything fresh, go elsewhere.

Great meat deals 5 for 24.99 is great. Best to go during the week if you can as selection is better. You will spend more on some stuff compared to big box red or blue stores. ;) But a great local option for food and certain items if you can make 2 trips. Staff is helpful.

Always a good shopping trip. Kind associates. Good gas prices. Produce is usually really good. Price for produce and most items is competitive. Some canned and boxed food probably a little higher then big box stores... but Harps has a nicer small town feel. Only downside is this Harps has no bakery or fresh made food.

I'm not saying this just because they are the only grocery store in Gravette Arkansas now but the people are great they are really willing to help you out if you're looking for an item that you cannot find and the deli people are tremendously awesome

I worked here and it sucks.The store manger accused me of sexisms because I didn’t sign a written warning because it was a female giving it to me, but that wasn’t the case I just didn’t want to sign in plus the girl who gave it to me didn’t even report it as such.Then in the same conversation he accused me insubordination for not signing it even to no where in the hand book dose it say we have to.Then later he took time off what I worked so I lost money because he didn’t give me the full hours I worked.Then another co worker need more hours and they laughed in his face. Then when this was reported to HR nothing ever happened this store is ran by a man who needs his ego stroked and should of never been made a manger .

It appears to me that small changes are being made. Small as it may be, its making an impact! Thank you CVs for the new Bakery /Deli manager in Gravette. The crew is now very friendly and accommodating. More goodies are out and its nice to go there again.However, hiring only high schoolers to work the front for the majority have a day is not always in the best interest of the store. They seem to be more interested and talking and laughing with each other than paying attention to customers. But that would be my only real critique. I love the fact but this is a non alcohol selling store. Always give my business to the local store as opposed to all the big guys. They don't have the personal touch you do. thank you

Management has changed a couple of month's ago. The employees like new manager more... A lot of thing's have changed since new Manager/Management. Prices are getting higher. They are constantly changing products. Or they just take off shelf and no longer carry certain item's. People are still very nice. But, they do have stiff competition down the street. Probably why the usual time spent in store is only 15 minute's. They are "Just" picking up sale item's. Just saying.

I love this location. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Vanessa is such a sweet lady and knowledgeable about products there, Brian is a manager that goes above and beyond with his position. I would gladly recommend them.

This was first time in the Gravette Arkansas store. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The store was clean and stocked very good. I bought some bakery goods and was very pleased with the quality and price. I recommend this store and will be shoppi9ng there again.
