Typically I have a great experience. Ordered a 6 pack from the online order yesterday. The cans were all flat and had 0 carbonation. Called to let the Walmart people know what happened to see if I could get some replacement cans on the poorly handled $11 6 pack. The lady that “helped me” said what I already knew, can’t return alcohol…then hung up on me.Moral of the story. Check your products if you do an online order. And don’t try to return defective booze.

WalMart is awesome! I use the delivery service. Order online & your things are delivered to your door. No looking for a parking place. No crowds. No standing in line. Love it!

Had no problems with the pick up on my order . The substitutions were very close to what I had asked for ( there was only 2) they was very busy the day I went , and the cashier that brought out the order apologized more than once even though it wasn't his fault. They are always very friendly and have great customer service here .* Update went to the pharmacy and the staff was friendly, and efficient. They used the good Rx to save me a lot of money that id had to of spent somewhere else. I'll definitely be going there again *

Unblock the aisles going to your registers having only one path to the exit is ridiculous I was going to get more items that I remembered I needed when I was at the checkout but there was no way for me to get out and get those items because there was people behind me wouldn't be good for an active situation where people need to exit quickly and it should not be where's Waldo to find a register that takes cash why do they all not take cash.

I like the Neighborhood Markets better than the Supercenter stores. They seem to be a lot cleaner and less busier than the larger stores. Obviously the selection won't be as varied as at the larger stores but I'm willing to bet you can still find most of your needs at the smaller ones. This particular sells beer and wine, which is a nice bonus that us in Craighead don't get to enjoy, just remember you can't buy it on Sundays. There is a fuel station at this location as well. Good store.

Much better than going to the big Walmart. Especially if you want to have a quick in and out type of visit. Not so crowded and they still have pretty much everything you'd need grocery wise.

The only bad thing I would have to say about here is the SELF CHECKOUT. I'M NOT AN EMPLOYEE SO I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO CHECK OUT MYSELF. But other than that it was a nice place to shop at being my first time shopping there. 2 or 3 of the employees were friendly and even asked if they could help us find something. I guess they could tell we were first time shoppers and didn't know where everything was located. I will not go back there unless 1 they have employees checking customers out or 2 I get an employee discount for working there. No I wouldn't recommend going there unless you like working there for free.

Just bought a small bottle of chocolate milk, was so so excited to drink it. Came home and took a large drink….immediately gagged. Looked at the bottle….EXPIRED!!! And that is not even the worse of it……tried to return, Robin informed me “that the manager was on lunch and service desk was closed…I would have to return it tomorrow”. What kind of business is that? They simply had to take the bad milk and give me a good one….but no that could not happen until tomorrow!!!

I'll never shop here again. They won't sell me a case of beer because my daughter touched the box. Literally that was their reason. I'll be happy to frequent other places that want my business and not harass me and my daughter.

Best gas prices I found in 80 mile radius. The attendee was very sweet and friendly. The store was clean, which really surprised me. WalMart convenient stores usually aren't.

It is a clean and quiet store. It usually 99% of the time has what I went in there for. The employees are usually EXTREMELY friendly. If any of them see me struggling to reach things higher than I can reach they come running and help me. Their electric carts a fantastic.

Debbie at the checkout is super friendly little lady. I recommend people go thru her line. The store is really clean and neat. Certain days they are low on the shelves, and not sure why because it is middle of the week. Milk was cheap 1.58 a gallon! Great place to get stuff quick and fuel up. Close to home, but doesn't have what I need sometimes from the Super Center. Still great place to go to avoid the crowds.

Not as big as super center,, which for me is nice. I rather like going here. Doesn’t take near as long to get my groceries and they do have the electric carts. And they’re always happy to help me get my groceries into my car. Nice friendly service.

Was great easy access to a wheelchair for Mom. All of the associates were polite and helpful. I'd recommend coming to this place. It was very clean and clear of restock materials.

Today as my family and I were checking out, the store manager Jason (cashier told me his name) started talking with my 3 year old about Christmas and how excited she is. He then gave the cashier a $20 off coupon for our entire purchase. We've never had anything like that happen to us and we are very grateful. Jason, thank you so much. I used to love coming here. Not so much now. I do not like all the self checkouts and NO CASHIERS. I would go there to buy groceries in excess of over $100. That's ALOT of groceries to scan and bag by myself. Especially having a toddler and a bad back.....

Way better than going to the big Walmart for food or pharmacy!! I have never been in and out of the big pharmacy, always at least an hour usually more, especially since they changed it around to where u have to stand in the same line to drop off and pick up. I'll never go to the big one again. The neighborhood market is awesome!!! Very fast, with a drive through!!!

I like the convenience of this Walmart. It's easy to get in and out of the store quickly and they usually have a nice selection of items that you can't always find at the other local Supercenter. The fact that they were one of the first stores in the area to offer grocery pickup made them my go-to store for many months. My one complaint about this store, a complaint which rates them a 3 rather than a 5, is the forced self-checkout. Using self-checkout should be an option, not a requirement. I know that COVID has changed how we do business in many ways, however, the changes made to this store seem to be permanent, not temporary. If I have several items, I just don't want to deal with it. I still love the grocery pickup, but going inside, not so much.

This place is nice. The isles are wide and bright. The employees are friendly and helpful. They have actually humans to check you out, should you desire. It is always a positive experience.
