Nice pharmacy/convenience store located at the busiest intersection in Paragould. They have everything a typical Walgreens has and they do sell beer and wine as well. The prices here are going to be more than your other stores but with the deals and coupons sometimes you can score a good deal. That when I visit otherwise I go somewhere else.

They treat me different I have nothing good to say about them their very rude and so slow. I called corporate on the one here in Paragould Also I called the DEA in Little Rock,Ar was told the reason I can't get my meds when it is time.because someone at this very pharmacy doesn't like me and wants to get rid of me and this why I'm being treated disrespectful.Their stuff has the worst attitude at this pharmacy I think that corporate needs to come in and clean house. Like these people need to be shipped out I've seen it firsthand how they treat their customers so rude and disrespectful and the fat boy always got bad attitude.please get rid of these people and get some with manners in there.. they are giving Walgreens bad name.period. everyone is strung out on pills. I'd like my medicine when you feel it please. I'm just going to get me another pharmacy out of Paragould

Absolute worst service as always in the pharmacy, unprofessional, lack of attention to what I actually need, and overall unhelpful. Got charged for medication that was supposed to be canceled over 24 hours prior to pick up and then told I had to take them because it had already been processed even though the medication was canceled.

This is BY FAR the worst pharmacy ever. Staff won't follow up with physicians when they receive orders that are confusing, they are rude and inconsiderate of your time, they somehow manage to mess up prescriptions fairly often, etc. I could go on and on. I absolutely despise that my insurance makes me use them for short term use meds. Walgreens as a company is frustratingly incompetent as is, but this particular location somehow manages to be the bottom of the barrel even for them.

If I could give negative stars I would. Call to confirm a prescription is ready, while in route. Still on the phone when I arrived 25+ minutes later, on hold, only to find the pharmacy is closed. Online states 10pm. It was 8:12pm. Do not recommend. Nothing can be done until 9am despite the hours online stating 8am. Don’t waste your time. Go someplace, anywhere, else.

This is the SLOWEST pharmacy in town. If you have a Dr's appointment late in the afternoon you can FORGET getting your prescription that day! 4 hours and they didn't have it ready. Both are pre-packed. Just throw them in a bag and let me pay for them. It happens everytime. The tech at the window even tried to say "we are closed" I was in line BEFORE 7pm. He waited on the car in front of me that arrived the same time I did with no problem. This company does care about their customers.

Very rude people at the pharmacy. Literally had medicine called in at my 830 am doctor visit and still did not have it ready at 230. I was told to wait, I did and then Lauren took over the register, by this time I had been in store over an hour. Lauren first called people in front of me and then she disappeared. When she returned she stated only 1 of my 2 was ready. I questioned as to why and she hatefully told me it takes time. I said well the gentleman was just here told me both would be ready in 20 minutes she then said she didn’t know who told me that and I said the one you took over for. She said well he’s at lunch and I asked how long does it normally take and she said 20 minutes!! I said you surely realize I’ve been waiting well over an hour? She was super rude and apparently hates her job. I’m so tired of Walgreens acting this way every time I go in. There were people lined up everywhere so why can’t they hire good help? Do not visit this store unless you have hours to kill for antibiotic!!! 95% of the time it’s this way.

Extremely disappointed, my wife and two children had a rapid covid test scheduled however we made a mistake with my daughters and scheduled it for a week before. Thee extremely unprofessional employee and the manager spent more time explaining how they do zero test outside of the scheduled time then it would have taken just to give my daughter a quick test. I would avoid this pharmacy with this type of attitude as there are just much better options all over the place.

Took 3 calls 2 faxed orders all from the doctor's office and me threatening to sit in line to get ONE prescription order. The white tech girl with glasses and brown hair is always rude but she went to far this time.

Made an appointment online to get my first Covid shot. Filled out all paperwork online too. Get there 15 minutes early like it said, there were 3 people ahead of me. 45 MINUTES LATER I'm the only one left, and there were 3 extra people that got their 2nd dose. I asked how much longer I had to wait...they had lost my check in. I left without my shot. I expected that a chain as big as Walgreens would have it together better than that. I will not be back. I'll find a local pharmacy that actually wants my business.

I have always loved Walgreens but will never be visiting this store again. I would rather drive 30 miles to visit any Walgreens store besides this particular store. The older lady who was checking me out yesterday was extremely rude and telling the customers "this was going to be a while" because I was using coupons. I cannot believe the manager did not even apologize for my distress. I told the cashier calmly to just cancel the transaction and I wanted to pay for my photos I ordered the night before and leave. The cashier yelled through the store how she needed a manager to " come and void the entire transaction," The entire time afterwards the store manager just stood there not saying a single word about the cashier's behavior! Thank you SO MUCH for the HORRIBLE service. The entire trip was a nightmare and I will be taking my business, COUPONS, and money to CVS right across the street or to an entirely different Walgreen's location. Horrible atmosphere and very rude employees. This is not the first time I felt this while visiting this store. I decided to give it a try by shopping their products but never at this store.

The service is terrible. Every time I go to pick up photos there, I wait at least 5 minutes for someone to come to the photo department. Today, the cashier at the front just looked at me after she finished checking out the last customer. I downloaded their app so it would be convenient to pick up photos, but after about a dozen times with the same reprehensible service it appears I will be better off to go to Walmart or some other photo retailer.They were NOT busy

I've been getting prescriptions filled at this Walgreens for well over 10 years and have been very pleased until today. As I was taking my meds this morning I saw a hair...I went to brush it off and the hair was inside the pill hanging out. I fought back the urge to vomit. I took the pill and the rest of the bottle back to the store. When I got there I showed them pill with the hair and asked them to replace what was left in the bottle. The girl waiting on me took the bottle and a few minutes later the pharmacist came to speak to me. She said they removed the eyelash that was on the pill and that they would replace that pill only. I told her it was no eyelash and it was IN the pill not on it. I told her I wanted the remaining pills replaced. She said that they watch the pills when dispensing them and I'd had the prescription for a week....like I put the hair in the pill. I only wanted the remaining pills replaced. I have to take these pills...it's not like if I were out eating and I could just go get something to eat somewhere else. It's a monthly prescription that I can't get refilled for a few more weeks. I will be transferring ALL my prescriptions to CVS this week.

I always experience great customer service and fast turnaround time when I come to pick up a prescription or photos! Alicia in the pharmacy is very knowledgeable and helpful when I have any medication questions and every staff member I have spoken to is courteous and professional!

Paragould AT 72450I would like to send this reference to a distric manager or higher for this particular store.This location had always been a clean, pleasant store to shop with ok service. I've been a customer here for 20 years.Last week, a very pleasant, well spoken young man, Austin, was very helpful. He went above and beyond to help me. While I'm not a little old lady, I am disabled enough to need help with locating then selecting my better option. Austin followed through the process with me. Far more than I asked for, yet just the right amount. He showed interest in helping me, not the usual customer service. Walgreens is lucky to have such an employee. I even asked if he was interested in coming to work for me, higher pay, a nice job. His remark that he wanted to say with Walgreens while he furthers his education in pharmaceuticals spoke to further the fact of being a good employee.The store is a good place to find those items not found in the OTHER businesses. I hope the stores continue to do well and stay in business.

I thought they were a 24 hour store nit not this location. Apparently, you can't have photos made an hour before closing. Two days later I came back to have photos made, lol. I don't recommend their photo center anymore. They can't change my phone number that someone else is using so I can upload from home. They recommend their app, since I don't get enough ads. Three weeks ago kiosk worked fine, but today I was told kiosk might be updating & didn't work well with LG phones. 😂 Walmart will be getting my photo business.

Ok so bare with me because I am literally crying as I type. Today I dropped my prescription of at Walgreens around 3:50-4pm for NORCO. They told me they was not allow to tell me how much my RX was until I picked it up because their DM Karen Hicks said they had to stop bottlenecking whatever that means. So I returned around 5-5:20pm to pick up my Rx not to realize one of these so called trained Pharmacy Tech gave me SOMEONE else RX which was FLUOXETINE (if I spelled that correctly.) Which I found out when I got home was Prozac. I broke down in tears because I’m on Wellbutrin. And both are anti depressants. So nobody address me about why I received the wrong RX none of the Pharmacist said not a word to me. They made me wait 45 minutes which I never received an explanation to why this happened to me. I will be getting a lawyer and suing Walgreens for Negligence. Not only that my insurance was charge for someone else RX and they couldn’t figure out how to fix it. So they just gave it to me for Free and 10,000 rewards points. Like what is $10 verses my life. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE

Lots of products when you are in a hurry and want to avoid WalMart. Always better to bring prescriptions inside however , because of the very long wait you can have in the drive through. Nice kittle photo area to make quick prints or gifts.

The Manager of this Walgreens Jaunita is extremely unprofessional and rude to customers. I’ve contacted Corporate and filed a complaint! If anyone has encountered her I urge you to file a complaint as well. Millions of Americans out of work during this Pandemic and this is the type of individual you choose to hire??

Rudest people I ever met , my dr gave me a prescription for this day , when I go to pharmacy they tell me they won’t fill it until tommorow , it has been 30 days since last filled , so I get told it’s pharmacist discretion as to when they fill it , well they must not need my business , I been going to a different Walgreens for last three years and thought I would try this one because it’s closer , that was a joke , I guess they don’t like pain patients , never again will I set my foot in their door after being treated like some errant child .

My dad ran out of his diabetes medication and they wouldn't fill it till the next day. Not to mention the 30 minute wait on hold to speak to someone in the pharmacy. WORST PHARMACY EVER!

I've never had such rude service as I did at this location. The assistant managers where rude and uninviting. Be warned don't expect the assistant managers to be of any good help.
