I wouldn’t suggest going in with less than 10 minutes until closing time. Unbelievable that the manager was the rude one while the hourly employee was polite, helpful and respectful. His manager on the other hand was peeved that someone had the nerve to come in her store so close to closing time that right after my husband walked in, she immediately pulled several carts to block anyone else from entering, turning the open sign off 4 minutes before closing time. I guess next time we’ll go give that money to Walmart. So sorry for inconveniencing you ma’am, it won’t happen again.

Went in to get some pellets for my stove, asked the older lady If she could get me some help with loading and unloading and she acted like I asked for her arms, very rude. I'm 61 bad back, finally a young man came over and helped me, very polite and helpful, go to ACE they just do it with out asking if you want help. I would of given more stars because of the young man but that lady just ruined the whole experience for me.

Nice feed and supply store. The staff is much friendlier than the Jonesboro location. It is easy to get in and out of as well. They didn't have the self-checkout that outer TSC stores have been implementing but the cashier was quick in the checkout line. The prices seem to be on par or a little higher than competitors but sometimes it is the only store with availability of specific products that day and it isn't much more. Overall not a bad store and wouldn't hesitate to visit again.

They may have good products. But the assistant manager Jason and his boss the store manager unfortunately I didn't get her name. Are extremely rude and unprofessional. Being a decent person doesn't take much. But these two are far from decent. Won't be backFollow up. So when you leave a bad review and the manager is confronted by, I assume corporate. She will then call and complain about the driver or person to their company even tho he wasn't the one who did the review. Seriously sad that there are people like that. Retaliation at its finest. Tractor supply come on now, do better, and be better. Because she was rude and couldn't be bothered to do her job. Because her assistant committed to something and she didn't want to deal with it. The only reason I didn't do a follow-up until now is because. Seeing how petty she is/was I had to wait until said person was no longer with the company in fear, she would again try and get him fired.

This is the most disgusting and unfriendly place I have been ( Tractor supply Paragould) restroom is in a bad shape disgusting, staff really bad attitude if you ask for help feels like you bother'em.

Best dog food value. Cheaper than Chewy. Great selection. Monthly vet visits are available for routine vaccinations. Friendly and helpful staff. I love to just go look around and see what's new. Large selection of items you don't find at department or home improvement stores.

Call before you order from the app. This is twice that I’ve ordered from here and driven over because they were the only store to show a product available, only to have my order cancelled as I pulled up because they actually didn’t have it and just hadn’t updated. This time I even got the notification that it was ready before it was canceled.

I really like the store and have been out there 3 times this week. Super great people there. Today however, I had the RUDEST, MOST CONDESCENDING cashier that I have ever encountered in my life. I absolutely would not check out through her EVER again. I would first put my stuff down and walk out as soon as I asked her what time she was leaving, I would go back 5 minutes AFTER that time to make my purchases.

I like the selection of different things I can get here. From clothing, to dog food, to a new part for the tractor, to gardening and lawn care. They have a lot of home decor items and a ton of hardware items for home or farm. The only problem that I have with this store are the employees. They are not friendly unless they know you. I've seen them interact with other customers and call them by name. They have a great rapport with them. A semi regular or not a regular customer? Not so much. I don't think out of the dozens of times I have been there that an employee has asked me if I needed any help. And I have needed help a couple of times. There is one older lady in particular that is just downright rude. Needless to say my visits here have pretty much ceased.

I love the service HERE at the PARAGOULD location!!! 😊. These people are awesome, they will help you while they're helping someone else, even!!!!Every time I go there, they help me find what I'm looking for and take it to my vehicle!!!I have back problems and it's very obvious, but these employees do the same for everyone, whether they're injured or not.If you find an item online but can't find it, ask!! Sometimes the item is on sale and in a different location! This happened with me once and I got a $50 lawnmower battery for $18 because they were being closed out!!

It's a different kind of cafe. They have printed forms that you Mark the items you want. Then take to register and pay. When your order is ready they ring a bell.

I needed some chicken feed and had bought 3 50 pound bags. They noticed I had a hard time walking due to 3 back surgeries, they were good enough to load it in my truck. I appreciated their kindness!

Bought a Gerber blue index knife. They had a great selection of knives from simple folders to tactical knives. My only complaint is the price of the knife was $15 over what it retails for online but all in all great experience

Tsc has all of your DIY items, and if you watch their sale ads you can rack up some great deals. Got diesel oil for 9.99 a gal, great price and name brand as well.

I went in here looking for some brown Jersey gloves. They had some but only men's large. So I didn't get my gloves. What I did find was some of the nicest lawn ornaments. They have those giant metal 🐓 roosters and they have a smaller metal chick. Wood wheels, wind meals, some of the nicest planters for flowers I've seen in a long time. I could have stayed for hours just looking. They also have feed for several different animals. They have many seeds and plants. If you're getting ready to fix your yard up for summer,, I'd definitely recommend stopping in here and having a look around.

As strange as it may sound, coming from a female, this is my favorite store..I'm a country girl. They have great animal food and wonderful yard art and sturdy furniture that looks fantastic.

We always have a great day when we go to TSC the employees always greet you either before we go in or as we enter the store we always buy my dog food there. We use to buy all horse grain there my fiance use to rescue horse and got them all healthy and then we had to call a friend because she does the same thing so we had to give our babies up because my fiance was diganose w/stage 4 sm.cell lung cancer it broke our hearts. But when we go to TSC they always treat us like family especially Ben. Plus they have great prices and we always have to buy our granddaughter something every time we go to TSC plus it doesn't hurt to look for us. TSC thank you for coming to Paragould we are so glad w/ the store and especially w/ the employees. Thanks again Robert Stanbery and Carol Thatch.

Prices are a little high. If they would drop their prices a little they would sell 3 or 4 times as much and show more profit. I know I would buy a lot more if they were a little more competitive.
