I am happy Paragould was fortunate enough to land a Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen here. Employees are nice. Food is usually very tasty. Especially appreciative they open at 10 am because I am not a big breakfast food fan and am usually just waiting for a lunch serving restaurant to open up in the mornings. Restaurant is always kept clean.

First time here. Came for lunch. The service was fantastic and everything we ordered was equally so! Fast, hot, and delicious. However, the restaurant dining area itself was dirty- ALL tables, as well as the windows, the doors, and the floor. Rather off-putting. Hopefully they can get on top of that! Otherwise, good experience and will undoubtedly return!.Thanks!

I no longer expect much from fast food places but the truth would be nice. 20 minute wait in the drive thru when I was the only car in line. Told multiple times it would be just a few minutes. Then told they are out of dark meat, no problem give me whatever you have….after finally going inside and waiting someone STARTED my order while the snotty manger was giving dirty looks all while saying “he’s working on it.” IF you had told me up front it would be 20 minutes I would be way less frustrated than hearing multiple times just one more minute we are just boxing it up and still not getting what I ordered

Usually my dog will refuse to eat on trips.We stopped at Popeyes in Paragould, AR.Food delicious, hot, so good !! She had chicken tenders, water, and 1 treat. She then slept the remainder of the trip. Thanksto everyone who made this a great restaurant.

We decided to go to popeyes an hour after opening.. you'd figure that on a Thursday morning, there wouldn't be much business... and there wasn't. We paid and got our food in a reasonable time. We were even given fresh fries. The experience started great. Then we started to eat. Our sandwiches were immediately hard. They must have cooked them at opening. We decided to wait for fresh chicken. Our 8 min wait turned into 15. We finally got our fresh sandwiches, but the rest of the food had turned cold. We needed more napkins and discovered that no one had stocked anything in the lobby. No condiments, no napkins. (We were given 2 napkins for a tray of food (for 2 people)). So we had to ask the woman up front for some. By the time we got our food and ate, we had been there for 50 minutes. Not really "Louisiana fast".We paid $22 for our food, it definitely wasn't worth $22.

Terrible service. Ordered 3 meals from the menu. No one was in line ahead of us in the drivethru. They asked us to pull forward and they would bring our order to us when ready. Car after car behind us got their order and pulled out behind us. I went back to the window after 10 minutes. They apologized and said it would be one minute and 25 seconds. 20 minutes later I went in and demanded they credit my card. They were hesitant but finally gave me credit. Will not waste my time or money with this dysfunctional franchise again. Pitiful.

The employee working the window and taking orders was very kind and friendly. I understand that fast food is hardly anyone's ideal job, so I never hold anyone to any kind of standard. But it does make my day better when someone finds a way to rise above their job and make people's days better. I hope the franchise owner reads reviews and recognizes them, because I think they deserve it

It was slow when we arrived just after their evening rush. Young man running the register was super friendly. Went out of his way to serve and keep check on us. Kids name was James Holley. Of course i had to get his name. Good hot food.

It's one of the better places to get chicken in Paragould. The biggest issues I've had when getting food from here is cold fries and order accuracy. They were top notch when they first opened, but unfortunately they've slipped since then. It's still better than KFC though in my opinion. If you haven't tried their mac & cheese you should. It's really good.

8 times out of 10 the food is old and crusty. Tonight we thought we'd give it a try. I usually order a 4 piece meal, dark meat and spicy. They say they're out of dark/spicy so I try dark/regular, they say it'll be 12 minutes on that. I settle on white meat/regular. We pulled to the window and pay. After payment they say it'll be 4 minutes for biscuits and are asked to pull forward to wait. We were second in the wait line and there ended up being 2 cars behind us. After exactly 15 minutes, me and the car in front are still sitting there. I go in to see what's going on and find that the boxes are ready and they just tossed a biscuit in and handed me the bag. After returning to my car they bring out the meals for everyone else that was waiting. I guess they'd forgotten about all the people waiting on the side since the drive thru timer wasn't showing anyone waiting at the window. When I finally get to eat my food I find that the chicken is dry enough to become paste while trying to chew and the breading was soggy from sitting in so much grease for so long.TLDR food is dry and nasty most of the time. Staff is not attentive and more worried about gaming their metrics.

Popeyes does have the best chicken sandwich, they beat everyone else in town. The only thing I do not like about them is they do not have any cheese in the place. I know I'm not the only person who eats cheese on a chicken sandwich. So really just for that reason right there, I'd rather go get a chicken sandwich from ANYWHERE else bc ALL of the other restaurants have cheese and will make my sandwich like I like it.

Do not, under any circumstances, expect to get your food hot, or in a timely manner. The store focuses on the drive through....but all that means is you're getting food a little faster. It won't be right, it won't be hot, and they'll treat you like "the problem".Going in is worse, much worse.Wednesday night, I waited fifteen minutes AT THE COUNTER before anyone even spoke to me.The lady who has ordered before me was there at least twenty minutes (that I witnessed) and was then told "we don't have any legs.". Her order has been in for twenty minutes and they were just finding this out?They don't care, about the business, the customers, the food....you're a complication they have to deal with until they get to clock out.If you want chicken go anywhere else.For any manager reading this, check video for Wednesday May 4th 7:50pm to 8:30pm.

When the food is good, it's really good, but when it's bad, it borders on inedible. Often times chicken comes out overcooked and tough, and the spicy sandwiches have WAY too much mayo on them to the point where they are salty. Service is sometimes an issue as well, there's no reason 7+ people should be in the kitchen and half of them standing around while people are waiting in line.

The food is excellent. 5 stars all the way. But check your bag before you leave the window. They almost always leave something out. At my last visit Friday, they left out my 12 piece chicken strips. I tried to call up there to let them know because it was getting late and the roads might get slick, but they only have an answering machine and never called me back. I thought I was just unlucky as that was my 6th time to have something left out (normally it's my chicken livers, but I catch those in the parking lot). I was telling a friend yesterday about the strips, he said he's had something missing every time he's ordered. Now he checks at the window before pulling away. Like I said, the food is excellent and the employees are nice as well, but they don't pay attention to what they're handing out. Check your food before pulling away and you should be fine.

Was my favorite place to stop in Paragould but today I have been completely let down. Ordered the 8 peice meal. Got no wings or breast. Also, ended up eating a peice that ended up being raw inside. I really hope the raw chicken doesn't make me sick! Also check your food before you leave.Do better Popeye's!
