My dogs were super happy and healthy when I picked them up. Pat is a dog person and not a people person though. Which is why she is good at her job! Price is great, grooming is great, however when you book an appointment and show up early and are told you have been replaced because they wrote the wrong time for you, thats bad business. A 15 year old that is in high school can only bring their animal on a Saturday.
