Calling during "open" hours is the same as calling when closed. In 2 weeks I have attempted to call once a day when open and there hasn't been one person answer the phone. Leave a message and apparently it also means very little because they do not in fact call you back. We had a female cat show up at our house and we were hoping to get her on the list to be neutered or simply take her in to the shelter. You must make an appointment to do either. 3 of our pets came from PAWS under the previous ownership and we never had an issue contacting them before. If you're looking to set up an appointment, going up there may be the only way.

They have been closed for 4 years were going to be a low cost spay and neuter but guess it fell through

They wouldn't take my bobtailed kitty not even with the $10 cash and a large bag of cat food. They gave me a sheet of crumpled up paper where one of the attendants haphazardly wrote some numbers I "should call and fund out where they're taking kitties in" . A big ZERO for this outfit.

Beehive of activity; people & pets going & coming. Attentive staff, obviously care a great deal about their animals and each other. Helped me find a dog and made sure all was well with the animal. Kept their promises, gave meaningful answers to questions and prompted me with answers to questions I should have asked. All in all, an A+ experience.
