Has pretty much everything you need for the home and what you would expect from a typical hardware store. It's easy to get in and out of the store relatively quickly. It is also located in the center of town so if there are other stores you need to go to, you should not be too far away. The staff is always friendly and helpful, when needed. Overall, a good store with good people working at it.

Pros: everything was tidy and clean. Multiple employees offered assistance.Cons: prices a little more than other places. One item we were looking for was in an odd area and shelved where we had to ask for its location.

Easy in and out. Great customer service. They have everything you might need to complete your home improvement project at a great price. Use their products exclusively to built the new deck on the front of our new home.

Usually a huge fan, and do recommend this business. ⚠️ The cabinets I ordered weren't in store. Asked if they could order from a neighboring Lowe's, and the employee said that he could, but "their internet was slow, so it'd be faster if I ordered myself using my phone. Btw.. my phones internet was ALSO SLOW! No help.

Workers aren't much help in the paint aisles, literally asked for something to be gotten off a shelf, I'm short, and they just kept going said they had to go to another aisle, so I climbed the shelf, a couple more people passed, but I guess they seen nothing out of the ordinary because they to kept on going. But the rest of the store is amazing. Kudos to the elder worker I believe his name was Jerry. Thank you for being kind and helping

It's Lowe's...you can't go wrong with it! I went with a friend recently, he took his dog in as well. Every single employee was so nice and many of them were feeding treats to Bear. It was an awesome experience!

The folks at Paragould Lowe's are generally super helpful compared to some other locations. We were purchasing a refrigerator and the gentleman who help us was extremely polite. He was expedient with our transaction and loaded the fridge into our vehicle without complaint.

The employees just stand around doing nothing, they are of no help when I ask them a question, they won't even help find the product I'm looking for. They are also WAY over priced. Ace Hardware is a much better place to go to

As for this specific location; it's a Lowe's. Nothing great, nothing horrible, it's Lowe's.As for the company, they've started using Angie's (aka Angie's List) for their home installs. This may not be for all, but for ours, we purchased an item from the Lowe's website and opted to have them install it. We thought that a Lowe's rep would be by to do it; but here's what happened. The installation was scheduled, the install date came and was rescheduled. The next install date came and the install was cancelled. (Keep in mind there is at least a week between the scheduled install dates.) We called Lowe's and was told to contact Angie's after we confirmed that our purhcased product had arrived to our local Lowe's and was waiting for installation. We contacted Angie's and was not able to get any information about why our installation was rescheduled twice then cancelled and were told that our only recourse was to fill out a form online to schedule another installation date; which we did.So, new install date comes and guess what? We were rescheduled. Then that day came and we were cancelled again! This time the cancellation happened on a Friday. The next day, we decided to go to our local Lowe's and pick up our item and find someone ourselves to install it, since apparently Lowe's doesn't care and Angie's is too incompetent to schedule things.No joke, on our way to Lowe's, we get an email from Lowe's saying that our installation was completed and asked for survey about our experience. Upon checking our credit card, we found that we were actually charged for this mysterious phantom work. We get to the store and spend about 45 minutes trying to work with a pleasant cashier lead who was trying to get corporate to resolve it but was instead referred to call Angie's. After the Lowe's lead guy explaining that we were trying to cancel and get a refund they (Angie's) insisted on rescheduling which we kept rebutting but guess what? We got a text with a new installation date! :DEventually, an assistant store manager is involved who was able to retrieve our item from the back and proceeded to spend about another 20 minutes or so trying to get their system to just give us our money back. Apparently their system was convinced that our item was installed (not sitting on a cart next to me :P) and therefore the installation labor could not be refunded. The manager apologized for the system issue (not for the weeks we were yanked around and made fools of), said he had to "call IT" to fix the issue which would take longer and wanted us to leave and go about our day until they resolved it and were able to refund this installation of an item they had sitting in the back.I am rating them 1 star because a company (Lowe's) should bend over backwards to rectify undue hardships that they themselves have caused. Lowe's tried to save a buck and outsource the install project stuff to a third party who is apparently not up to the task. It's also apparent they went with Angie's because they're the cheapest; they're the cheapest because they don't actually do anything.This whole time we were without a toilet. Yes, a simple toilet install was beyond the capabilities of Lowe's and Angie's. Not once did the lead cashier or the assistant manager apologize for the awful experience or offer anything to compensate. We were simply given our boxed up toilet and eventually a cash refund of the install fee once we came back to the store after "IT" fixed the issue.Edit:I'm not sure why Lowe's thinks I'm going to call their general customer service number and waste more of my time on this. They wouldn't help before why would they help after I have my product and a labor refund?

How nice it is to have knowledgeable paint help here in this store! Tim, the customer service supervisor made sure we had everything we needed too! When my designer told me to choose certain types of paint for each element of the room, I was in much need of assistance! I can pick colors for the kitchen but I needed help with the glosses verses semi-gloss versus flat…… and Lowe’s guided me and my husband through the selections. Overall attitude of the employees is wonderful! Time for a raise! ❤️

My brother met me there to help me find a new commode. The store is always clean, neat and organized. On this particular day, not one employee approached us, which is highly unusual, but we found what we wanted, loaded it up and at checkout the cashier offered assistance in loading our purchase.

Great place to get all of your home improvement needs. Had to fix our fence after the storms and was able to easily get all the supplies we needed. Also pets are allowed and all the employees love all over our puppy and give her treats. Great chance for her to socialize.

A sales associate (Suzie) took time out of her busy day, to help set up a veterans discount for me. I have been impressed by most of the staff that works here, they are friendly, genuinely want to help you get what you need, and all I have asked questions of; if they did not know the answer for certain - they found the answer usually by asking a co-worker. In this age of Google it and get the wrong stuff that would be correct if Google knew that what you are working on has had a few modifications, and if you could list them all (the modifications that is), it is refreshing to have someone look you in the eye and share their knowledge......A good place with good people!Once again Lowe's in Paragould shows strength in it's people. I was running late on Sunday, place closes at 8pm. Had phone, not tablet so no app to help find stuff, yet a little help from those I am sure were ready to get home, and everything found. Those working there could not have been more pleasant. Got to truck to leave with almost 2 whole minutes left 7:58. To return favors tried to return cart from parking lot, to late, but did leave it by door. Good place - Good people

Employees are always friendly but there was one young man this time we asked for help and he couldn't be bothered. He seemed so disinterested in his job and he hated being there. I didn't get his name but he was in the lumber area about 6 pm!
