Walked in here this afternoon and the heavy set girl with the long brown hair, making popcorn, wouldn't even look up to greet me ... in fact no one would. I walked around the store looking for an item I couldn't find. Not one time did anyone ask if I needed assistance, however, a man walked in behind me and he was asked by a few different employees if he needed any help finding something. Maybe because I'm am woman, I don't know, but I walked out and the people in the front of the store still didn't say a word or acknowledge me. Hey, thanks for letting me come into your establishment today and you have a nice day, too 😉

I haven't been there but my husband has. He said they are amazing. Will drop whst the are doing, if not with a customer, to help you. I called and they were great. Very knowledgeable and I seemed to be able to hear the smile on the other end of the phone. They do not disappear when you think you will need help. They seem to sense when someone needs help and they will pop up right next to you.

Usually really helpful. I saw they had something online I was looking for. Went to the store and was told they didn't have it that it would be next week before they got anymore. Went home, ordered it online and picked it up the next morning. They were just too lazy or busy to look for me.

I was just checking on prices for a shed. But I've been there many times. They have a great quality of service. Anyone there will help anyone with any project. They also know what they're talking about...which is a big plus.I know some of the people there. I have only had good experiences when deal with them.

I had a situation that took extra time due to my own circumstances and David the counter sales person as well as others helped me and made me feel like I was welcome and absolutely the most important customer in the store. We shop here often. They always have what we need. Misty knows a lot about the Paint Dept. Tommy helps us out with any flooring needs. David C. makes my Special Needs daughter feel right at home. But most of all that Trish lady knows her stuff. She helps us all the time. We see her working at the front and back counters, with keys, in the clothing section but mostly with the elderly and contractors. They all seem to depend on her like a mother hen. I sure wish I had a mama like her. A gentleman named Maude used to sit in the break room up stairs with some of the retired contractors. I miss his kindness the most. He would holler down. Have a good day girls. That made our day!
