Walked in, stood at counter for a good 6-7 with no employees in the area by the registers. Had to go around to where they were making food to request to be waited on. Only two employees in sight. One of them came and took my order. After same guy went back to finished cooking and then he finally starting to make my concrete, employees just started coming out of everywhere. Not sure if they were hiding or shift change or what. It was 3:50-4pm. But the Turtle Concrete was awesome as always!

Normally I’m not one to make a bad review, but the service received tonight was worth it. We ordered 2 meals and it showed 9-14 minute wait. While my husband was inside waiting they were just goofing around. We were there for 35 minutes and left with cold fries and the wrong sandwich. We went back and I’ve never gone in so I was at the wrong counter. There was an employee two feet from me but let me stand there for about 2 minutes before ever saying a word to me. I go to the next counter and told the guy my order was wrong. Then I proceeded to watch them take two more orders then make both of those orders before my replacement. Letting me sit there for another 15 minutes. I’ve never had a fast food order take nearly an hour to make. It was just ridiculous and a lack of customer service

Okay first of all I would like to say that I come to this location often and normally it isn't this busy, but today was packed. One thing I noticed that the staff was understaffed and some of the customers are being very rude, even though you can clearly see that those young guys were working really hard to get those orders out. I had to wait 10 minutes on my meal, yeah I didn't mind because they were very polite about it and even gave me a comp card to make up for it. The lady at the register said it was her second day, you can tell she was clearly overwhelmed but she was so sweet. Every time I come the staff is so sweet and friendly so it hurt me when I came across these negative reviews today. Patience is a virtue that is truly lost, because people can be very rude. I got my food and it was still delicious my double California Burger what exactly how I always get it, my fries were fresh and as I said the staff is very friendly and apologetic. That's all you can really ask for when you go get a burger. I will be coming back as I always do and I will be bringing my family as I do every Sunday.

First of all, I've never heard of Freddy's until i came to Arkansas, so this was a first for me. i was in Paragould shopping and i decided to stop by there on my way back to Osceola. I ordered a #3 double California burger and let me tell you, it was AMAZING! i don't know what sauce they put on their but oh heavens, it was GOOD! the service was fast and friendly, they have some funny people there. the establishment was overall clean and i really enjoyed the experience. i will be back with my family next time.

I’m giving the food five stars we love Freddy’s and eat at the Paragould location often. Last night was a huge disappointment, we arrived at 8:55 pm at the drive-through, order was taken, we were only ones in the line, we watched from outside as people were playing around, laughing and talking, some standing around, order took a long time, we watched employees and manager eating fries w their hands, the employee dropped our bag for the food on the floor, left it, then picked it up and put our order inside. The person handling the sandwiches did have gloves on but others did not including the French Fry young man. Our order set for 8 minutes (I timed it) at the window w manager and employees walking by it never was delivered, we ended up driving off, really disappointing visit, we ended up going down the street to another establishment. Your service is really bad, I hate giving a bad review but you need to checkIn perhaps on cameras what was going on last night.

Stopped here for a late lunch.Food was decent but unfortunately the cost for the 4 of us was quite pricy for the quality and quantity of food.It was nice to give the place a try but it's not a place any of us would ever choose to eat at again. We all thought that our fries were over seasoned and just too salty....which was disheartening because shoestring fries are my absolute favorite.

I won’t waste any more money a Freddy’s. I had to wait more than 10 minutes 🤷🏻‍♀️My bacon double cheeseburger was not tasty. Our tray sat on the counter so long I asked for fresh fries.🚫🚫🚫My advice is to stay away from Freddy’s food

The food at Freddy's in Paragould is pretty good, but their workers mess up our orders at least 90% of the time. If it's not the entire order that's wrong it's a wrong side, wrong toppings, some items missing. They are the only store we have this problem with when we order from there on Doordash, so it can't be mostly Doordash's fault, and their drivethru service is almost as inconsistent (add when you get a pint you didn't order because the worker doesn't know the difference between a pint and a quart). We keep ordering from them because they're the only custard place in Paragould, but I wouldn't if there was another, unless they just threw the custard in your face when you ordered it.I usually don't leave bad reviews for much, but the consistently bad service from Freddy's is noteworthy.

TL;DR: Service was excellent. As usual for Freddy's the must try is Cheese Curds with hot caramel.We stopped in when some family was visiting. My daughter ordered chicken tenders, which she liked, but not nearly as much as she liked the cheese curds she upgraded her side to.My wife had a burger. She swears they are good, but to me they seem like a lesser clone of other steak burgers.I as always ordered cheese curds and hot caramel. It's like fair food and it's addictive.

Burgers were great, onion rings were only half full, but good. Custard was great. The people working the drive through were short tempered and didn't listen and when our food was done the young man opened the window and all but threw it at my husband. It's a new restaurant in our town. I hope they were just having a bad day and this is not the norm.

Service was great and staff was friendly. I don't want to write this review, but feel I have to. The burger was just "ok" but it didn't help that I had not 1 but 2 long black hairs cooked into my burger. If I wasn't with company I would have been livid. It was bad. I couldn't eat it. Not one single hair net on the staff didn't help. Guys, you have to do better than this! This location just opened and it's not a good start for me. I probably won't be able to return to this location.

Freddy's in Paragould, Arkansas, supplied us with a nice fulfilling lunch, and a good time to get away together!!! The employees seemed eager to wait on us and to make good on my food. I had ordered onion rings with my cheeseburger, and they misread the screen to give me French Fries, which my husband adores!!! The yummy food was so hot, we had to wait for it to cool a bit!!! The place was clean and I spoke to one of the employees who was cleaning when we arrived...she was doing a great job, too!!! I really love the town of Paragould, and how they have maintained so many stores which have been in business for many years, and combined those with the ultra modern businesses, also!!!Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs

1st people in line. Young girl who management clearly failed. Took over 15 minutes to order. Having to correct each item multiple times. She was either not listening or poorly untrained. Most likely both. Easy job but some people aren't cut out for simple service industry. Manager was extremely rude and condescending. Food sat the entire 15 minutes trying to complete the order and pay. Fries served ice cold manager wasn't pleased with being asked to provide hot fries. For $42 it was absolutely horribleShame this is a franchise. They are making Freddy's look like one of the worst food places ever.
