Worst place ever ! 0 stars!!!!!!!do not ask for extra bread sticks she will tell u it already comes with some then 5 employees will jump in the window laughing and hollering at you I won't be back ! Don't understand why we can't have extra bread sticks if we are willing to pay for them and it shows u can buy them! She horrible manager!!!!

The food and services here are great. The interior design and presentation of the food is top notch. My only complaint comes in the serving-size ratio. Generally you receive far more pasta than you do sauce when it comes to spaghetti and that can leave the flavor lacking. You can always order more sauce but you shouldn't have to in order to get the full experience. All in all a wonderful place for a couple or an entire family to eat.

Everything was hot and delicious.Muranda R did a great job taking our order. Friendly and helpful. As was the lady who quickly brought the food to us.Best breadsticks ever.The restaurant and the restrooms were spotlessly clean.Perfect.

It was okay. They didn't have any of the new stuff they advertised but I found something delicious.The food was hot and fresh. The only reason I gave this 3 stars is because they only have plastic cutlery (that was warping from the hot food), the workers mainly just stood around and we had to flag someone down for breadsticks.

Don't go here today, they are short staffed. Although people were inside, eating inside. We got locked inside because they decided to shut the lobby down after we were inside washing our hands in the restroom. Walked up to the counter and were told we could not eat there. While being escorted to the door, we inquired about the other people eating inside. They stated they were here before we decided to shut the lobby down. Escorted out to a locked door like they were security for the lobby.Strange experience, so moral of the story is they are short staffed today so don't bother them today, and go somewhere else.

Little overpriced for what you get. Service was quick and staff was friendly. My 8 yr old loves the atmosphere of the place and thinks it's fancy. Bread sticks was less salty this time so nice improvement. Clean environmentVegetarian options: Salad is your only option and little options.

Young girl at the register knew nothing about the menu. Asked if they had meat sauce she said she didn't know but had marinara. She later told another customer they have meat sauce. They didn't have signs up or tell us their drink machines were broke. Gave us canned soda only after we went up to ask how to get a drink. Manager didn't seem to care when we told her the young lady needed trained. This is the last time going to this location complete garbage. For the price and type of food stop being cheap and give metal silverware so people can eatParking: Horrible parkingKid-friendliness: Lousy for kidsWheelchair accessibility: Doors are wide enough but didn't see a way to get over the sidewalk

Ordered the baked combo and a salad to take home. Fast friendly staff and food was very good. Only wish there was a way to keep the bread sticks hot and soft, like what's served with dine in. I guess I should eat them on the way home, kind of like when you snack on the french fries on the way home from McDonald's.

The customer service rep at the drive thru was incredible. It was mine and my sons first time eating at this place. I had a coupon, and she was so thorough, kind, and patient with me, about what best adult entree to get, with a kids free meal. The food was amazing, and delicious. Thank you, and will be there again.

We've been here about 3 times. The first 2 times was terrific. The girl that waited on us was bubbly and sweet. The lasagna was phenomenal!! However, the third time was NOT a charm. It seemed like the lasagna was heated up leftovers!! Dried out, hard and nasty!! The girl at the window was even different!!

My mother kids and I stopped by after a memorial/funeral the customer service is BEYOND excellent..Greeted with warm smiles right from the start😊 the pasta and bread sticks are AMAZING and my kids enjoyed their pizza!! 1000% recommend to anyone wanting to try!! We will definitely be back!!

I won't eat here again. The salad had a chunk of lettuce that was the core with a dark brown stuffed on it. Ishowed it to the staff and she brought me another salad and said this one was made this morning and it was 4pm. The spaghetti sauce was so sour I put sugar in it to eat it. I ordered 6 wings never got them. I heard another customer complained. I wonder how fresh is the food.

Staff is generally friendly. Food is always hot and restaurant pretty clean. Only problem is the sauce tastes horrible. It's the entire chain just way to much tomato and small chunks

Paragould location: This is the worst. I have only eaten here a few times, and this is the second time that I received a Coke that tasted like straight seltzer water. The chicken in the Chicken cabanara lunch "deal" ($14 dollars) was undercooked with a rubbery texture. I picked it out and just ate the noodles. Also, the tomatoes in the house salad were absolutely tasteless. The only reason I am giving it two stars is that the girl at the window was really nice and the breadsticks were good as usual.
