So I went here yesterday and I saw a fat guy named caseoh and he tried to eat me but I through a honey bun the other way and then he chased that and ate it and that’s why I rate it a 1 star

My family was stopping through on a road trip. We needed several supplies, but when my daughter asked staff to use the bathroom the staff was rude and acted they didn’t know where it was, we decided to spend our money elsewhere. They could’ve politely said their bathroom wasn’t open to the public instead of lying and being so ugly to a 12 year old girl and her family.

Went in the other day and grabbed some ice cream. The entire bottom section said 3$ so I grabbed 2. When I got up to register it was 11$ for 2. I told the lady they were marked 3$ so she went back there and said " they're marked 5.50". I go back there, she moved all of the ice cream to one section and all of the ice cream that was marked 3$ was now gone. I told her " she moved them " she denied moving them and told me I was a liar. I told her " lady this entire section was full of ice cream, I know you moved them" . Asked to speak to the manager she said she was the manager. She moved ice cream then denies it, wouldn't honor the price and called me a liar when I told her I knew she moved them because the entire bottom shelf was full when I got them. I have not been in there since.

Most of the staff was very helpful and friendly esp the cashier I think her name was Donna jonn ? She was extremely helpful and polite. The place was clean, and easy to find what was needed.

This is the first time I have been in a family dollar since they reset the stores from the buy out. (Dollar tree)I was very pleased. They still carry clothes (unlike dg) and some shoesPrices were super reasonable.Very good selection on summer clothes. Tank tops. Nice food section. They even sell beer and wine now.The frozen food section was impressive for a dollar store.The candy and snack section is exceptional. The variety and pricing is the best I have seen in a long time.Employees were friendly.And I was NOT pushed and or forced to use a self check out register.Well done! Highly recommend for dollar store shopping.

Went to buy 1 icecream cake for my husband's birthday and one of the female workers was trying to take my purse from me. I told her she can't steal my purse from me so she followed me from cake to checkout.

I took a pair of pants in there to return them and they refused to because they smelt funny...they have been in a bag in my truck for a week because a cashier wasn't authorized to do returns the day after I put hased them. I haven't worn them...the fact that I couldn't get my feet thru the cuffs is the reason I was taking them back so BOO!on you family dollar BOO!

I went there because it was the closest store to the Pharmacy.My Daughter and 2 Grandbabies have the flu and they Needed a few things...Like cough drops, children's cold and flu medication, Tylenol, Pedialyte, COOKIES...Only the Necessities. ;)I Ended up with a Whole cart load of Items; Most of which was for My Darlings, But there was a few things for Me as well...Like COOKIES. :)The Cashier was so Nice and Understanding about Me keeping the Items Separated and Organized by Household; Especially After I told Her about the Flu Hitting My Daughter's Household. She was so Helpful to Me with the Bags. I Really appreciate such a Wonderful person Providing such Great Customer service!

So much better than before, not only the remodel but the staff is very polite and helpful, and that goes a long way. Shelves fully stocked and responsible prices as well. I'll be a regular customer like I use to be years ago! Thank you for our New Family Dollar store! 5☆'s!!!!!!!!

Lots of items with money saving digital coupons. Staff was pleasant and helpful. This is an older store, but well stocked. Aisles are a bit narrow. Overall the shopping experience was good, and I will return to this store.

Went earlier, and not only did I have to wait at the counter several minutes for a worker in a basically empty store, but the prices didn't ring up as they were labled in the aisle. Neither of the drinks I wanted to get were in stock, so I went for another that was only a little bit more.. instead, it rung up as a lot higher, had I known that, I would have just gone somewhere else, instead of wasting my money, but after waiting so long to check out, I didn't feel like just putting them back. When I got home, I opened a bag of the chips I bought, and they were stale, and had clumbs of chips just stuck together. Extremely unappatizing.I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon.

My second time ever being in this store. The store manager was off stocking shelves and i asked if someone could check a price for me. He said if you ring tue bell she will hear it. (Very Rude) The little girl came up and tried to check the price and he was standing there just eyeing me down hard like i was gonna steal what I had. It didnt ring up i was like ok and turned to the dude and he yanked it out my hands. I said come on to my wife we are getting out of here. He said gladly. Then i yelled and said im reporting you to corporate he said do it i dont care. Dont go there people are rude.

It was horrible. Cashier was rude condescending when I asked to see the manager he said he was the manager. I said how do I know that you re not wearing a name tag. He said he was running late today. I ll not be shopping there anymore. There is no zero star or that's what I d rate it!!! The store in jonesboro on Gee street is great the paragould store could learn some manners from them!!!

The people are friendly and selection is typical of a family dollar. The staff treats every customer as if they are potential shoplifters, which is a little annoying when you've done nothing wrong, but I understand the need for this.

Its ok, but a bit pricey. Several times Ive been in and the store is a mess, but you can get in/out pretty fast. Its more expensive than walmart on some items,so I guess it really comes down to what you are shopping for.

The day time manager is not a very good manager she is very rude and she curses to much and she does not need to be let talk to someone the way she did when that girl cut herself because that was not the proper way to handle the situation
