Ordered online arrived to pick it up and they acted like it didn’t exist then tells who I sent to get it that it wasn’t payed for which isn’t even possible. I worked their and it was a horribleWork environment I left willingly after they allowed other employees to bullyPeople and now I can’t even buy fromTheir without jumping through hoops to get what I PAYED FOR! I trulyLoved Buchhiets products the price and quality is great but if they don’t do something about their customer service that store won’t make it in a city like Paragould. I’ll be spending more at my local feed store for my needs from now on.

I have been doing business with them since they took over. I am also a vendor for them. They treat the customers well and are always helpful. I buy all my feed from them. They are a great group of people

They have a good variety of animal food, treats, ect. Also, at times carry some small live animals, farming needs, all kinds of tools, hardware, and clothing! I love my rain boots from there!

Went in to buy two pair of bibs and while we were looking a sales girl came over and was telling us the ones with blue tags were half price . She even scanned the two pair we were getting and told us they were $42.50 (it was black Friday) so we got them and several other items and went to CK out. They rang the bibs up one at 85 the other with same blue tags showed 164. We told cashier what sales girl told us and how she scanned them. The cashier asked 3 other very young sales ppl about it . They all treated us like we were liarers and theives. Then a girl came over who looked all of 16 and we repeated it all to her she literally rolled her eyes at us and told cashier well I guess we have to give it to them for that since she told them the price. By this time there were two lines of ppl and those coming in doors so about 30-40 ppl starring at us like we done something wrong. It was embarrassing humiliating and it was all I could do to not blow up on them . I got the money out paid for little over 600 for things I bought and walked out without a word. I wish I had let her stand there with her hand out waiting for my money and told her to go to blank keep the blank and walked out.. if we were told wrong by sales girl they could have simply told us so and we could have put items bk or agreed to pay the higher price then corrected their co worker. There was no need to treat us so rudely for no reason. I won't ever go bk and I will pass along this info when I tell every one I can about it when I tell them I wouldn't go there if I were you.

Formally Orscheln Farm & Home of Paragould AR. has been been purchased by the Buchheit franchise. Unlike some other local stores I can normally always find what I am looking for and if not the friendly staff is always is always willing to take the time to help me find it. Thumbs up all the way.
