So today I went through the drive thru and got the Roast Turkey Ranch and Bacon Wrap and instead I get the sandwich version of it. I've ordered this multiple times and never had this problem until now. They're even saying that it's my fault because I didn't ask for the wrap and can't do anything about it 🤬

Used the on line app, was early waited for the food to be prepared received it on time. The Curley fries had been sitting under the light for a while and they where given to me warm not hot. The sandwiches were Philly cheese, very disappointed, way to much sauce and not much of anything else. Like Arby’s and particularly this one, just not this time.

Traveling thru to Arkansas and stopped in for Lunch because my husband had a coupon for 2 dine $9.99. This Arby’s restrooms were spotless. Walking up to the counter we noticed that the tables that were empty were very clean as well as the floors and most importantly the area around the soda dispensers. The cashier was very polite and patient with me ordering. When the manager step up to help the cashier with the register he was so patient to the cashier and you could tell he was very good with his staff. While we were eating I commented to my husband that the manager was wiping down the soda area and cleaning tables of customers that had just left. You would think he was the owner. I have put this restaurant in my phone to make sure that we come back when traveling thru Paragould Ark.Parking: This is a small restaurant but when we went there was plenty of parking.

Big Herb The Destroyer

The place that Big Herb goes for all of his meat fantasies! Truly a meatastic adventure every time! Update: Slid up in here today. Had to repeat order three times. Order wasn’t correct. The wife’s samich had a freaky bun with random lettuce pieces on it. Was let down. Hopefully next time is better. Usually is a good experience.

Went in to have dinner with my wife, drink machine not operational and the condiments station was partly disassemble but not recognizable to a non employee. With that being said my wife tried to use it, resulting in her getting covered in sauce... The employee working didn't even apologize only stated that she had not had an inside customer in over two hours.... Purely rude....

The service was pretty good but had a few flaws. The food took a decent time to come out, the soda machine was not working for the front and back, and they almost forgot a part of the order. They were apologetic for the forgetting of the food and time waiting. The area was pretty clean and quiet. I would recommend this place if you need to get a bite to eat while travelling.

Nasty curly fries didn't eat. Disgusting saturated through the bun Buffalo chicken sliders. Didn't take a bite at all. Complete waste of $25 just thrown in the trash. Will never go back probably not to any location but definitely not Paragould, ARDietary restrictions: Nothing dietary about it. 1Star is too generous. Food is barely warm no matter what time of day you go, everything including fries seem to have set in the warmers way way past their prime. I'd rather eat somewhere anywhere else.

I'm unfair when it comes to Arby's. It's one of my favorite places to eat. I've never had any kind of bad experience really?The staff does need to learn how to put the meat between the bread though

Quick service and they've never gotten my order wrong. Everything always taste good but the food here can be messy. Thats not really this restaurants fault a lot of the sandwiches can just be messy by nature
