I ordered a drink online checked in and from the moment I checked in to getting my drink took 17 mins. I watched them make the drink and just leave it there sitting the whole time. No orders were coming out nothing finally after 15 mins the carhop brings out a cpl drinks to one car then goes back and a couple of mins later brings out the drink. The food is always good here but the service has went downhill terribly

The carhop was very friendly. Our food was hot & fresh but they need to clean their drink machine. The dr pepper my friend got was nasty & said it tasted like it had mold in it. Would have been 5 stars had the drink been good.Parking: Plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: Kid's meals available along with drinks that aren't soda.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for wheelchair.

It appears that low star reviews date back over a year ago. Our experience was definitely positive! The service was quick, especially for a family of five. The food was all so hot and the order was completely accurate. It's too bad we don't live in the area, otherwise I would make this a regular stop for me and my family.

They didn't include the onion rings (part of a meal specifications) or the sauces we requested in our order. When we asked for the onion rings, the server replied that most customers complain about not getting a couple of onion rings with their meal and that she thinks they should be removed from the description.In general, the service was slow. I don't think Sonic is ever a great place to stop in the middle of a road trip.Because of the problem with our order, this turned into a 30 minute stop.

I’m 26 weeks pregnant and came to get a coke ( I only allow myself one or two a week because I’m trying to be good but it’s my BIGGEST craving ) and they gave me Dr Pepper ☹️ I cried for 20 minutes . Y’all couldn’t have even given me diet ?? Why y’all had to do me like that…

This was bad. I came right before the closing and food was cold! Sonic should treat their last customer at closing the same way than the first customer at opening!Before I could call out on the microphone to tell them my food was cold they shut down the lights, while still parked.The lady that brought the food was really nice though.I was tired and didn’t want to fight it! This was really bad food.

Sweetest car hop service ever - Gracie! It was her very first day on the job and she was amazing. Food is consistently good. It's Sonic, I know what I'm going to get and look forward to it every time at this location. Where I lived before, not so much. I will keep coming back for sure! Good luck Gracie!

I have been there many of times. I will continue to go. I like the carhops. They do their job the way they are spost to. They don't deserve the harassment that they get.One complaint I have, the customers need to shut off their headlights. They don't realize they are blinding the customers across from them.🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

Food is ok.Funny though, their sofy drinks taste funny. To me tastes like water is run over corn husk. COME to find outThere is a WATER BOIL ORDER going on in Glenwood.Guess what... no telling what we are consuming in the drinks. Afterall,cannot boil water then chill quick enough for mass amounts of soft drinks.

Service is pretty good. 70/30 on if your order will be correct. Sometimes the wait times are crazy. Sometimes your carhop will greet you will a hell and say thank you and sometimes they act like you are harshing their mellow by even existing. Good luck.

Got there at 8:45pm They close at 9. We one milkshake and 2 sundaes. We receive our order at 9:05pm. This probably doesn't happen often but this is night a good first impression for this location.

I love going to Sonic especially on Thursday when they have their special. But last time they didn't have one ?? I absolutely love the big pretzels they are my favorite. Just wish they would take cash on orders from app.Thanks Elaine

Always satisfied with Sonic. No matter the location, my food is always good and it can be purchased at an affordable price. When I place my order, I always check the bag to make sure my order is correct. At Sonic, it always has been right! However, I will keep checking; been burned too many times at other establishments. Sonic is good!!!

Very friendly, courteous and customer-service-oriented staff who strictly follow pandemic prevention procedures. Great server who quickly came out to our car to take our order after her headset malfunctioned. The kids' meals (Wacky Packs) are the perfect size to avoid wasted food and still ensure room in a kid's tummy for ice cream later. Wonderful ice cream "blast" options (will pass on the Red Bull dessert option, however :). This Sonic is really on the ball. Will always come back whenever am in the area again.
