We tried to send an order back which was not ours and for some reason whoever was on the intercom kept thinking that we were trying to order another meal when we clearly explained that we were trying to return somebody's meal for a child that they did not receive. I suppose miscommunication either that they shouldn't be engaging the intercom.

So, we went to sonic today to grab a drink before heading home. When someone answered to take the order, as soon as we started placing our order the girl tells us that they are no longer taking orders at this time since they are super busy. We counted the cars and they had about 10 cars and it was only 6 pm. She didn't say we are going to take longer since we are busy. She said no more orders so we went home without our drinks.

Passing through this small town on a road trip when I decided to stop and get my classic powerade with nerds. When I got to the window to pay, I thought no one was there. All of a sudden this small girl who looks like she is twelve opens the window. I thought to myself there is no way this kid is old enough to work, so naturally I asked her how old she was. She smiled and laughed and was very friendly. She said she was almost 17 and told me her name. Well, Morgan, you made my day a little brighter and I appreciate you being kind. Thank you. BTW, my powerade nerd drink was awesome! Don't take my word for it. Try it.

Was in a hurry this morning so I ordered 3 drinks on the app 10mins before I got there and had to leave my order 20mins later after being told that I had a couple still ahead of me. There was 2 people there when I pulled in:.now I’m thirsty , late , and out the money for the drinks. This sonic needs better management before I’ll return

People here are always extremely fast and polite, so I can’t give this Sonic a bad rating. BUT the owner seriously needs to reinvest. This location has had multiple broken stalls for well over a year, there’s so much run-down stuff at this location.

I go here a lot. I also visit the Sonic in Centerton regularly. Gentry Sonic always serves overcooked hamburger patties. It doesn’t matter if it’s morning, noon, or night. Always burnt. Centerton always has freshly cooked, moist hamburger patties. Can you guys teach your cooks the proper way to cook hamburger meat? Thanks!

In the drive-through after paying for a shake that I ordered. And people were getting served behind me with full food orders and I said there for over 15 minutes. I tried to get there attention and was ignored. So I just left. Horrible service. May have been worth the six dollars spent just to know not to go back

I went to this sonic drive threw yesterday and ordered a sweet tea with little on ice and got tea with no ice at all ! Had to go back and ordered it again and got a tea with no sugar ! That's twice back to back ! I went inside and I asked for store manager and got nothing but lies and run around. I told them to keep the dang money and the tea . I left and told them that's pretty bad can't even make a drink . U all need to do ur jobs and stop playing with people's food and drinks , you lucky I'm not the owner because I'd fire all of you!

Easy to get to, ordering was simple, food was out in less than 5 minutes. Got a toaster sandwich & sonic blast. Everything was great except the hash browns, which should prob have been swapped out for a fresh batch. But all in all, I would recommend. Had a drive thru but I pulled into a bay.

I stopped by on my way home from work and ordered a hamburger and tots. The tots tasted stale and the burger actually surprised me! I have never in my life eaten a burger with so little flavor! The patty was massively thin, the tomatoes and onion had absolutely no flavor, and it had WAY too much lettuce!! I wouldn't be so mad except I paid $10 for this slop!! I don't recommend going here!!!

I didn't go to the Gentry Sonic for a very long time due to poor customer service. I am accustomed to ordering at a stall due to driving a dually truck. My wife and I recently ordered two route 44 drinks. The stalls were empty but people were going to the drive-up to order. We waited ten minutes until all of the drive-up customers had ordered (after we placed our order) and received their orders, before our order was finally brought out. I would have rated it zero stars if it were possible. This will be the last time I ever patronize the Gentry Sonic.

I had to wait for employees to refill the new "Big Red" soda. I'm easy going and didn't mind waiting. They surprised me and upgraded my drink to Rt 44. Great customer service! Thank you!

I normally like the Gentry Sonic. But not today. The app wasn’t working so I asked if they would honor the half price drink. Amber acted completely put out by that, and assured me the app was working so it was on my end. (Said I needed to update it). I use the app on the regular, no it doesn’t need to update. It was just the way she responded... no apology for the trouble, no appreciation for my business. I mean, it’s $1.50. Not a lot of money to me or Sonic ... So why act like that? (I got food, too) And when the guy brought my stuff he says, “here’s that.” No thank you, have a good day. Nothing. Just a poor service experience, overall.

They have always been quick to deliver my food and have always been really nice. A couple of the spots are a little tight if you have anything other than a "regular" sized car, but otherwise, no complaints.

We couldn't get the app to work at this location idk if it was our phone or the location anyways we didn't get to place an order but they looked very busy and parking lot was clean. No over full trash cans. And drive thru line was moving along at a good pace.

Lately I've been ordering my drinks without ice. For some reason the ice makes it taste like dirt. I'm guessing its the local tap water that is causing the ice to taste nasty.

They all had headsets and not a one used them... We pressed the button, only car in the whole lot and sat for 15 mins with no answer. Went to the drive threw and they answered us. After that the shake and sweet peach tea was one of the best at any Sonic I had been to.
