I really enjoy Harps grocery stores. No matter which location you might find yourself at...always good clean facility with the best products. Meats are especially a consideration these days and Harps outshines it's competitors.

This is a nice little grocery store that is very convenient for small shopping trips. Please put in a self check out (as much as I hate them) if your managers are not going to do a better job of making sure there are enough checkers when it gets busy. I have watched a young manager sit there and talk to her buddies and not do anything about an extra long checkout line. Even when the person running the checkout line is asking for help over the intercom.

Nice store, however the deli was a little short on prepared food for lunch. Probably a rare occasion because I had stopped by one other time when I was in town and it was fine then. Most Harps stores have a great deli, just a little disappointed on this one visit.

Steaks are terrible. Last two ribeye were so tough dog ate them. Today I bought two t bones that were on sale. Dog got most of them also. Done buying steaks from harps in gentry. Think they are more worried about money than quality

Always love Harp's for the friendly service and clean store. It has a nice variety of items that I don't see at Wal-Mart too. It deserves a 5 star rating but I give it 4.5 stars because it's always so expensive.

I enjoy going to Harps. Regardless of which store they always have what I need, at a good price with great service! And the best part of all about Harps is I don't have to go to Walmart. Thank you Harps!

Would leave zero stars if that was an option, last time, will shop in this store! $30 I spent for 4 items, highway robbery, compared to competitors, then they shorted me one of my items and required me to pay for it a second timeAbsolutely unacceptable- never shop Harps!!

It's nice having a store that is on the way home, pretty well kept, most of the employees are nice. I say most because of what I saw the other day, one of the managers, I think, was going off on another employee. I don't really know what it was about, but she was raising her voice, and just berating this poor fellow. This is the type of stuff that will make people shop elsewhere.

I absolutely love the deli/bakery in this Harps location. They go above and beyond to make sure I have the proper deserts for all our special occasions. Their bakers have on several occasions made me unique cakes that weren’t on their menu. You just don’t seem to get service like that these days and I’m so thankful to have found a place that still makes the customer feel special and not just like another customer. Honestly if I could give them 100 stars I would 💯⭐️’s

Single greatest shopping experience of my entire life. The frozen food selection is exquisite. The fresh produce is ✨ immaculate✨ The cashiers are amazing, especially the one named Kade. Not all superheros wear capes. Some wear black button up shirts. Life changed.

My husband and I are very big on customer service. We believe that anymore many places lack it dearly. But my husband went to harps today and was so happy with his experience. He said that every employee that walked by him said hello to him and that's very much a big deal for us. The cashier was very nice as well. Not sure who was working today but thank you for giving my husband a good experience today. We will be shopping there more often. Thank you.

I ordered a birthday cake last week, from the bakry at the gentry in harps, and when I picked it up last Wednesday morning I had asked the nice lady that waited on me if they made ice cream cakes and she asked the other lady that was working if they did and the lady said yes that they did but you would have to pre-order the ice cream cake, no big deal so, I called today to see if I could get a ice cream cake for Friday, and the lady that answered the phone said they didn't make ice cream cakes, so I think that they probably do but, the lady that makes cakes just didn't really want to mess with it. Thats okay I will try some place else. The ice cream cake was for my son his been really sick this week and he does not like cake but, since the lady at the bakry doesn't want to make him one it will have to be okay.

Usually nicely stocked. Since last Jan shelves have been a bit bare. Specifically bread, gold peak diet tea and some canned goods. Clean store and friendly employees.

Great selection, super friendly service, unlike some "big box stores" you probably have visited already. The employees seem to care and you and take pride in their jobs.

Before the virus, the store was normally a pretty decent place to shop. But today we went to the store, and found a male cashier wearing a mask, but it was hanging half off his face! As a person with severe anxiety, and who takes this pandemic very seriously, I found it extremely unsanitary, how he was handling everybody’s goods like that throughout the day. I decided to confront him and say “you know, it won’t help if you wear your mask like that” and he had the audacity to say, “I know” and look me straight in the eyes. As soon as I got home, we had to sanitize our groceries. Absolutely disgusting. You figure that it would just be common sense to wear a mask while a national pandemic is going on, but I suppose for people like him it isn’t. He had short brown hair, he appeared to be in high school, and he had hazel-ish eyes. Won’t be coming back for a long time after that. Please urge your employees to wear masks more! Thanks!

I just want to take a minute, and thank Esther. What a wonderful job she did, on the baby shower cake. I just can't think her enough, and to all that made sure I received the cake on time for the shower. If you need a cake done go to Esther.

The store is very clean, neat and well organized . The staff is courteous, helpful and open. I love the meat counter, the produce section, as well as the selection of kitchen gadgets! A great store ... I'll be back 😀

We were waiting in a long checkout line and the checker called for help. "John W. walked up and says "you paying with a card?" No, hi how are you I can check you out over here or anything polite like that...you paying with a card? Then we noticed his name tag says "assistant team leader". If he's a leader I don't wanna know how the rest of the team is. Terrible demeanor.

Was the first time going in and I really loved that they carried veggies local farmers. Their basil is better than the quantities and prices at Walmart.
