Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They treated one of my two dogs for an eye infection and both dogs got an exam. Very happy and will be back when the time comes.

Took out German Shepard Hanah there for pain in her elbow. One Vetranarian wanted to amputate. They said she had a fungus or something. Took hwr to gentry. Dr said she thought was arthritis. And treated her with inflammation meds n pain med. she’s playful as a puppy now. Great place to take your pets. Thanks Dr.

Our 5 animal family really love Dr.Self and her staff! They are always helpful, accommodating, and loving to our pets! I also appreciate how Dr.Self doesn't just shove things at you and actually explains what's going on with your pets health and what is going to help them become well. All of our visits, even when our pets are sick, have gone super smooth and we fully entrust them in her and her techs care!

I have a pitbull puppy that I brought in for vaccines, he was playfully barking and wagging his tail to which the Vet replied that my dog is the reason pitbulls have a bad name and it was an overall negative experience for us. I could tell she was judging him for the breed he is even before she did the job I was paying her to do. I will not go back to this vet clinic. Highly recommend All Creatures Vet in Siloam though!

I'd actually say no stars. Our dog started stumbling. We took her to this vet and the veterinarian insisted that she had rabies. She wanted to put her down and test the remains. It was not rabies, but Lyme disease. Our rescue pup died due to her total ignorance. It's been a couple of years, but I have PTSD over the episode. Worst of the worst.

I called early in the morning to schedule a appointment only to be told they would be in surgery all day. Later in the afternoon I received a call from them saying they had an appointment available in 40 minutes if I could make it. I said yes and thank you because my dog needed to be seen that day. They are a great place, been going to them for years.

They're fantastic! I called the day before Thanksgiving when my cat came home hurt and they were able to see her immediately. They were gentle and soothing to my cat,answered my questions, and were very reasonably priced.

I have taken my last three dogs there to Desiree at Gentry Veterinary Clinic and a very well please she is a very caring and considerate person she will take very good care of your animals to the best of her ability which is very substantial. I do not think you'll be disappointed about the care for your animals I give her five stars anytime

The care they give your pet is like it's their own. The office visit was only $35 not including procedures or medications. Other vets charge $55. They also take vouchers from Arkansas Humane society towards getting your pet fixed. I would definitely recommend!

The staff is very caring and sweet. The doctor did everything she could, trying to save my cat. But she was just too sick. There was nothing short of a blood transfusion that would help her. She was truthful with me, and that in itself was a big plus. The staff even went so far as to send a sympathy card after it was all over. I would recommend anyone take their pets to this clinic.

I am always very pleased when we go to the Gentry Vet. We found them when we adopted our dog from the Gentry pound. I drive 40 mins from Bentonville when our pets need to see a vet. They are kind and compassionate and frank about pricing, possible outcomes of treatment, and just generally awesome. I will likely only use this veterinarian as long as we have animals. Thanks so much to the staff for your excellent work.

Gentry Veterinary clinic took extremely good care of our dog! We did not know if he was going to make it. They continualy worked with him until they new what was wrong. He is now back home Happy as ever. Thank you for all your hard work and care for our dog.

This was the worst experience I've had there. Secretary very rude . I've been there many tkme had 3 dog spade there. I will never be back again. The vet is awesome but the rudeness was unbearable. Would not even let me talk to the vet. Hope things get better

We use to take our dog there. She said our dog needed a couple of teeth pulled, she pulled 10 without letting us know and we had to pay for all that. She's a money grubber.

Rude- plenty of Vets in NWA! Should have better quality friendly people answering your phones, not ones that say “we’re not accepting new patients at this time” and immediately hang up! Very unprofessional

Let me tell them all the updated stuff I needed for my dog, only to be told, were not taking anymore clients, didn't care if my dog got updated or not. No recommendations for another vet or anything. Don't waste your time

Took a dog that i recently rescued there to be fixed because we suspected she was pregnant. They refused to do the surgery because they suspected she had heartworms, but assured me TWICE that I didn't need to worry about it, because she wasn't pregnant. Puppies were born this morning. Appreciate the incompetence, and the headache.

I had a cat named Bert who was in alot of pain and was very very sick. So I called the clinic to get him in to be seen. The receptionist told me that they had 12 surgerys to do and could not see him at all!! By the way I had multiple animals they had looked at before. I pleated with them to see him!! Plus I only live 3 miles from them!! The sad thing is buy the time I had gotten to another vet he passed away!! You would think it was an emergency!! I will never go to this vet every again!! What is sad is the other vet could if saved him if I went there first!!! Thank you gentry veterinary clinic. So.... what is an emergency to them? Complete let downs.

This really is the very best veterinary clinic, ever!! Dr. Desirae Self has been our family's veterinarian for almost 20 years and she has always cared for our animals with exemplary skill and knowledge. Today I brought my sick kitty in and was seen by a new Veterinarian, Stacey Rodine, DVM. Saying, "I was very happy" with Dr. Rodine would be an understatement!!!
