This is a 10 Star store. The manager and staff assisted me 100 %. I am a handicapped / vision impaired person. They provided transportation to and from the store for this old blind guy. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The young lady helping me was knowledgeable and escorted me throughout my visit. It was so wonderful to experience so much courtesy and positive attitude. not a good experience. me and my boyfriend were walking around with my family and a man told my boyfriend he couldn’t walk around the store without buying something then followed him around the store until we reached my family. everyone else were so nice and asking if we needed help and etc.

Got help fabri-cobbling a leak finder! They actually had the tool I needed, except it wouldn't have maintained a constant air pressure as the one we put together will.

Very helpful and friendly! I couldn't remember the name of the gadget I was needing to purchase, and by very briefly describing it,Kyle I believe his name was, knew exactly what I was looking for.. and helped me find it.. They made me want to come back again. Oh, and they had free popcorn;)

This store is actually a short drive out of my hometown (meaning,nothing to speak of) but I go there, instead of here in Siloam Springs, because of their stock AND FOR THEIR SERVICE... They have awesome attitudes every time!!

Issues with an order and didn’t receive everything at pick up. I had to return to the store 3 times before I had everything I bought and needed for the weed eater that run. The manager was helpful the 3rd time around and got me Everything I was suppose to have in the first place and apologized for their mistake.

I love going to this place. Everyone of the employees knows what's in the store and they know the details of the product. If they don't they get help. They all want to help you from the time you enter the store. Ace had become my go to store for many of my needs.

I had done a post about a year ago, I prefer to support small businesses.. unfortunately I went in 8/15 to return a hose end that my GF got for me, she said I can only refund one cuz you don't have the other, I said I only bought one.. looking at the receipt I have been charged for two, no she did not buy one for herself, after explaining I had only bought one but been charged for two.. I would still only be refunded for one.. I said well that's okay I don't need to come in here anymore I guess, the red-headed older lady said we can afford to lose a customer... I know dirtbags have a million tricks but I'm not one of them, but double charge me for something, and then make an insulting comment?? It's a shame what people are becoming

Came in today 9/4/22 to purchase a weed eater and when I found the one I wanted the sales man tried to argue with me and told me I didn't need that one,that I needed to go to Walmart. I bought the weed eater but I won't be back if that's the kind of service one is to expect.

The staff/workers are little pushy for you to buy their stuff when you ask for help, but they are friendly and helpful. The store is very cluttered and a little disorganized. But what is mostly inconvenient, is three times in a row, I’ve had to wait on a cashier for at least five minuets. Which I understand isn’t an extremely long time, but all three times it wasn’t busy at all, and there were at least two of us standing in line waiting on the cashier. I understand if you’re very busy, but three times in a row with the store not being busy, it should be something that needs to be addressed. I like this place and will recommend it, but the clutter and cashier situation is something I suggest needs to be improved.

Large store has everything you could possibly need only store around that had lamp oil none of the bigger stores Walmart Dollar store big box stores nobody had lamp oil but this hardware store had the lamp oil employees were very polite and professional made you feel welcomed they appreciated your business I would definitely drive the distance to go back there when I need something from a hardware store

Great service. I was looking for a particular brand of charcoal and could not find it anywhere. Spoke with Randy at ACE and he indicated he could usually get it but, for some reason, was unable to at the time. He told me he would keep me in mind and let me know if he's ever able to get it again. I figured that would be the last I heard from him. Fast forward a year later - I got a call from Randy indicating he could now get the brand I wanted; I placed the order and it was there in a couple of days. Amazing that he remembered. Even more amazing that he followed up. Great job!

Great store, great people! Easy to see why they've been in business for 114 years. Great product knowledge and service you don't get from the big-box stores. Highly recommend. So nice to do business with the owner and his wife.

I had to make an early morning trip all the way from Springdale, since this store carries the only color paint available in Northwest Arkansas for me to finish my project. The associates working there are very kind and accommodating. I will always remember these stores when I need to find something that's a little bit more difficult to find.

Good local place to pick up hardware supplies. Surprisingly extensive selection. Hours are not always the most convenient and staff levels are low during the day. Still much better service than a big box retailer.

If you need something for home or ranch this us place to go. Only thing this ACE doesn't give a veteran discount like the one in Centerton Arkansas does , you do have to show your Veteran ID or your Veteran status on your licenses.
