This store is so cluttered you can’t get through the aisles without moving ladders, carts, boxes or product just laying in the floor. I used to love coming here as an alternative to Walmart, but this is getting ridiculous. I’m thinking even if I have to pay to drive to Siloam, it’s better than dealing with this mess.

This dollar g is going down hill there’s hiring signs all over the place. And I swear there’s only one worker every time I go in there . I walked up to the self checkout since no one is ever there in the front for at least 5 mins. The self checkout legit said amount due 20$ and some odd cent. Money spent 0 money due still 20 continue to pay. Someone straight up scanned their stuff and left. I’m sure it’s not the first time. I waited and it’s like the dude didn’t even know there was even a line of people waiting. This was at 10:30am. I don’t see them being open for long cause when I go in there it’s like a ghost town of workers. Lack of workers that care.

I went to the DG in Gentry, Arkansas and the isles were so full of carts to restock. I wasnt even able to get to items i had stopped in to pick up. Usually, i like to look around. I just grabbed the items i had and left. So disappointed. I wish i could.share pics.

This Dollar General is THE BEST! They have a great produce/grocery selection and usually always have what I need on hand. And they are absolutely killing it on the home decor! Bought some great stuff for great prices! Keep it up DG! And they aren’t strict on mask! That gets a 5star rating from me anytime! 👏🏼👏🏼

Only giving 3 stars because the daytime workers are always pleasant and the convenience of the store being close to home. I also enjoy shopping the new home items they have stocked. But.... the last couple of visits have been completely frustrating! The checkout lines all the way down the medication isle. At least 15 minutes of standing in line while the employees scramble from one register to the next trying to get one to work to get customers checked out. There were several people that dropped their items where they stood and walked out in frustration. One last thing the evening shift employees need to learn customer service because as a frustrated customer these employees are completely rude. I'd rather take my business elsewhere then be around people that can't even put a smile on their face and say hello. Dollar General you'll be loosing a whole lot of business if this is the way this store continues to run.

They have a mask policy but do not enforce it at all. The majority of shoppers were not wearing masks. In addition, the employee was wearing her mask under her nose. When a maskless customer checked out, the employee didn't disinfect until I requested it. I will not be using this store again. I hope actions will be taken to correct this issue.

Zero stars. Rats, roaches, rotten/expired product, the place is a mess, it is not wheelchair accessible and there is only one good employee who is quitting soon. The general manager sleeps in her car while on the job and no one there is trained to do their job correctly.Trust me I was just working there. Shut it down immediately

I wish I had thought to take pics. They have so much stuff blocking the aisles I needed to get to. Also right when you walk in, there's over ripe bananas and veggies... Very unpleasant to see and smell. I don't know why the manager let them stay like that unless there wasn't anything better than what I saw... Yuk, what a thought! 🤔

Had a complaint, asked for help in store multiple times without resolve, I involved corporate with my grievance hoping for a solution, however instead the store employees must have been scolded as they were rude and unwelcoming when I came back to the store, clearly unwilling to solve the problem. The general tone was aggressive so I discontinued my patronage of the Store completely. Such a disappointment because I loved all the deals and products offered through them.

Excellent hours, service and well stocked shelves. I was able to get three items that Walmart had out of stock. The nice employee working tonight knew where everything I needed, was located, and I was amazed how fast I was able to get home.

Needed some inexpensive party supplies and they had everything I need for fraction of cost elsewhere. I also go here for seasonal items like door wreathes or hanging seasonal signs & such. I like to replace things on my Mother's Door at long term facility she is in. It keeps her happy and didn't break my wallet.

I've never been treated more rudely in my life. It's not my fault that your store sale signs are misleading. Throwing my receipt in the trash instead of handing it back with the change or put it in the bag was just childish.After I went back for my receipt I was attacked by the other patrons and called horrible names and told that the cashier and everyone in the store thinks I'm a stupid f@:king wh@&e! Seriously! Nothing I said was personal or unkind in any way what so ever. Why talk about me to the other customers after I left are you in grade school? If you're short handed ask them to hire more employees and if your being paid to do a job don't complain about doing it that's just common sense. We will drive to Siloam to the Dollar general before we ever step back in this store again.

I generally don't like to stop here as they either have a long line to cash out or nobody in line. It's a 50/50 chance. I've only seen two cashiers a handful of times. Other than that the store is good.

This store is in my home town. It is my go to. It isn't perfect but they have upgraded the store in the last couple years. Also, the store always seems to have what I need. I wish they had more clothing. But recommend to the locals.

Dollar General has came up! They have a great selection of household items, I especially like their seasonal decor! I strongly suggest downloading the DG app to clip the digital coupons! Saves. You. A. Ton!

It is a dollar store. Cluttered store, some unfriendly staff, very poor selection and high-priced food. If you want to find what you're looking for and not feel like you're paying for already prepared food just go to Walmart. Better prices better people better selection simply just better.

This location is no different than any other dollar general. Small place. Tight asiles. Packed with stuff in the asiles. Hard to get around. But the process are good. Wish they would have a second register opened when it is rush hour, after work, as the line gets about 15 people deep.

I needed to send some money to Kenya Africa on very short notice and I arrived at 10:49pm. On a Wednesday night with an 11:00 pm closing time.The 2 ladies working helped me get the transfer accomplished. I an so grated for the fact they went beyond their expected duties as Dillar General employees.I live in Bentonville near XNA Airport and traveled to Gentry due to their later closing time.Excellent staff!

They've made some good improvements here in the last few years, expanded selection and products. Only downfall is typically one cashier, so it can get backed up.

It's great when it's not busy.. lots and lots of customers during certain hours. Friendly staff and have everything you could possibly need sort of groceries which is across the road

The store is completely hectic and everything is everywhere. TWELVE people in line and the cashier was not even trying to speed it up. Pretty ridiculous.

Aisles are too cluttered and you can't look for something without DG's inventory everywhere in the way of your shopping. I personally get claustrophobic and rarely go to this store anymore.
