Excellent service. After my beloved 17 year old cat, Shiloh, passed, I looked up a couple places to have a private cremation done for her and after reading reviews for the closest one in Fort Smith, I decided on here even though it was an hour and half drive away. I was able to drop her off and pick her back up in 2 days. The staff was kind and caring and could tell they put a lot of care into their service. Thank you for giving me something to remember her by.

My daughter is 18 and got a big job offer in Bentonville 2 weeks after moving her beloved bearded dragon got really ill and passed away. It's been her best friend since she was 14/15 so it was a hard loss for her. They were so kind and allowed me to pay the cost over the phone so my girl could have her baby cremated. The whole process was effortless and she got her baby back in a beautiful box with her name on it. I highly recommend them. Wonderful people.

I cannot say enough good things about these folks. Absolutely amazing people. They went above and beyond in helping me and my pet Elsinore. I was layed up with a shattered leg and my dearest ever so sweet puparoo of 15 plus years was having a hard time and she decided to go home and be with God. Upon calling these folks and explaining very little they were at my house picking her up within an hour. The compassion they have is unreal. I requested a private cremation and they called 3 days later and had her remains ready in a beautiful urn and lovely notes. If you ever have a need for a service of this kind please do yourself a huge favor and stress relief by selecting Arkansas Pet Services! You will not be disappointed! We lost our Holly and we brought her to Arkansas pet services for a private cremation. We looked at other places but saw this facility cremates service animals for free and we felt like that was a good thing to support. They gave us a free wood urn and the price was great.

On a very difficult day we were so grateful for this business and the services they provide. After calling the vet and animal hospital and not being overly happy with the response, I googled on my own and landed on this page. It was quickly apparent that this is the option we would choose, largely due to the excellent reviews. So I wanted to leave my own review and just say everyone else is right. If you find yourself looking for someone that you can trust with your best friend, you’ve found it. The owner was so kind and compassionate, easy to get on the phone, amendable to a time that would work for us for drop off, had beautiful options for her remains, faster than expected service, very reasonable prices, and returned her personal items we dropped her off with. Paul is exactly the kind of person a grieving pet owner needs. He is compassionate & kind. We have used his services via our vet, but when we lost one at home, we learned that we could contact him directly & arrange drop-off. We’ve had 3 losses in the last 7 years: a 12 yr old Pug w/sinus cancer, a 15 yr old Dachshund that passed in her sleep at home, & a 6 yr old Tabby that unexpectedly hemorrhaged & emergency care couldn’t save her. Paul has given us comforting words & professional service each time.The boxes for our pet’s remains are beautiful & cherished.

We just had one of the hardest moments of our life with our cat who was only 2 years old. We searched and searched and was so scared to try anyone to go to but this place is very welcoming and sweet. Louis he is just amazing such a sweet guy and made us feel much better. They give you a note and all. Though I would rather not be going through this I know my baby was taken care of and was given back very quickly. I appreciate everything you guys did and do!

These are good people !!!My Abby passed away around 9pm and they were open and able to take her that night. We did the private service with her.This is one of those places you hope you never have to recommend to anyone but if you have to, this is the one I would.Thank y’all for taking care of Abby and helping me thru a tough time with her passing.

The staff was very kind in the handling of our beloved pet Lily. Lily was returned to us in a very nice wooden urn with a plaque with her name engraved on it. We appreciate the way they understood this wasn’t just a pet but a member of our family. Unlike burying her, we can now take her with us when we move.

Paul was prompt, responsive, and extremely caring with my beloved Lily. She was “privately” cremated and available the following day. The cremains were returned in a beautiful hardwood box with a placard at a very reasonable rate with a heartwarming card/poem.
