Came in today 5/11/24.Husband got catch fish which you’d think it would come with fries.. Nope that’s extra charge. I wanted the country fried steak. Was told y’all don’t do that dinner today but was on the wall to order.. so instead I got the patty melt. Wasn’t impressed at all. Tiny little burger on a huge piece of bread. No flavor. Fries were horrible also no flavor at all. The only thing that we walked out happy with the shakes they got.Waste of money in my opinion. We won’t be back

This place is really cute and I was super excited to try a specialty burger, but I was sorely disappointed.The people are really nice, the service fast and the place was clean even if it did smell a bit like feet. My problem was the burgers, my sole purpose for entering this place. The selection held very little variety or imagination, so I finally settled on "Between the Sheets. "This is 2 grilled cheese sandwiches with a burger and bacon in between, for $13 all by itself.Let's start with the sandwiches.. no love is put into these. I would make a better sandwich for a 2 year old. Could ya at least use some herb butter for the price, I mean.. come on... Now while the burger itself did taste good (once I found it) the size of it and my single piece of bacon would've been more suitable in a slider bun. They could've saved a couple slices of bread and just cut one sandwich in half!Overall, this whole experience has left me feeling duped, underwhelmed, ripped off... I won't waste my money again.

*update. Went back today and got their basic cheeseburger with all the trimmings and it was awesome!- Fun local burger diner. Burgers were good, priced as expected, food served hot. Burger would be tastier with a "special sauce" or something to make it stand out, but overall we enjoyed this place. Maybe I just need to try one of their various other burger options. Staff was friendly. Wide menu selection. Fries were good and hot!

Freez King has had the same jalapeno poppers ever since I was a kid. They were the only place you could get them with diced jalapenos and they were so good. Recently, they randomly switched to a different brand with the full jalapeno. They're not even good. They don't even bother to inform people who order those that they changed to something completely different. Very disappointing. I hope they fix this mistake.UPDATE: Freez King blocked me from their Facebook page for giving constructive criticism. They told me on the phone the poppers were frozen while simultaneously having a misleading post about house made poppers. So they will randomly change items with no warning. Inconsistent, and unprofessional for blocking a customer who isn't giving rave reviews.

Great burger place. I've been. Many times, and it's always very good. The people are nice, the service is pretty quick considering it is not a fast food place.They have awesome options if burgers aren't your thing. My last outing I had their BLT, really filling and delicious.The dinning area is nice and cozy like a mom n pop diner.Their bathrooms have been clean every time I've gone.

Ordered the fish. Heard the cook in back yell "I've only got one fish and it's old". Told the kid behind the desk I didn't want the fish and said I'd take a cheeseburger with everything on it instead. It was the WORST CHEESEBURGER EVER. When I got home it had nothing on it, NOTHING. And it was way overcooked. Another friend told me she had a bad experience there last week. Management needs to step up and do something to correct these issues or this place is not going to make it.

9/3/23 Had to read some reviews before I took the time to leave my own. I clearly don't understand how you have a 4.5 star rating. Maybe it was a off team day and we got the fourth string, I don't know. We ordered our food and drinks and sat down and waited, and waited, and waited and waited. after a hour we started asking questions as to what's up. The very unresponsive skinny blonde girl replied, soon and then we waited some more. After another 10 minutes goes by, I went to the counter and asked the pregnant cashier what was up and where is our food? She starts looking around and asking the kids who were preparing food and they replied, they remember seeing the order but they don't know where the ticket is. At that point I said never mind I would like a refund, we are not hanging around anymore. She refunded my money, gave us some dole whips and we left.I was out, our time and a $6 tip that I regretted giving in advance. Once upon a time, I frequently came here and all was well.A little advice to the owner is, I understand that good help is hard to find these days with a very limited pool of qualified people to choose from. Especially, when your working with children who don't have any manors or the skills to act professional. We have our schools and some parents to thank for that. Take a look at all the closed food service businesses on the side of the road and think, you may soon follow them. We won't be back!!Good Luck!!

Didn't have what we ordered twice. Ordered the taco salad, there was nothing on it just watered down beef and cheese, the drinks were nasty. Service plain sucked as well as the food. It's good food for the price unless you're used to fresh made like some other favorites of mine. Took about 40 minutes to get the order and the burger patties seem like store bought frozen patties. 🤷‍♀️ Wasn't worth the wait in my opinion.
