Staying near town and we made a few stops at this location on our trip. Nice staff. Had what we needed during our stay. Google Maps directions will take you to the back of the store though. Not the front. So those directions aren’t the best.

Our car had just broke down so we were on foot, my fiance said we will just have to borrow a cart. We weren't going to say it tho expected a no. The cashier ended up being so nice tho he asked her if we could and she said no problem. Then recommended we get the app for coupons and pointed out the $5 coupon to help us out

I had cashier come to me to let me know they were closed. I had only been in the store for 2-3 minutes top and was still looking for one more item. After she said they were closed I wasn’t even sure if they were going to let me purchase the items I had. I felt rushed and thought I didn’t look at the time and it was later than I thought. When we left I realized it was only 8 pm. Dollar general closes at 9. If you wanna close early that’s ok but don’t let someone go in and shop then rush me out. You could have told me you were close the moment I walked in

We just moved to Garfield late last year. This has become our goto store. I have always found Dollar General staff to be very friendly and helpful but somehow this store seems a step above. Great hometown convenience.

The associates are friendly and polite, they always have what I'm looking for, and the prices are great. Convienent.? They are right on the way home and close enough that the icecream won't get melted.

Went in to find a cheap cooler they did not have any coolers and every pair of sun glasses were covered in dust.. but other than that everything else was fine

Nice little Dollar General Store definitely a breath of fresh air after visiting some of the other local Dollar Generals in the area most of them are in such disarray you can barely get down the aisles this particular one is very nicely organized.

Always great to find a Dollar General store in an area, and the ove near Garfield, AR it's no exception. Fast, courteous employees and pretty much every basic essential you will need, and at a reasonable price.While on vacation we have used this one to purchase paper towels, bleach, ice cream, canned food, etc.. As an example on pricing, the local gas station/convenience store has canned Spaghettios for $2.69 a can--- Dollar General sells it for same $1.00 a can you would find out for at large grocery stores.

all their sell items for actually marked as price and the cashier had no problem with actually bring the extra 50% off on to the purchase price which is amazing cuz Dollar general is notorious for not having the price is right thank you

It's dollar general... Nothing is actually a dollar and unless it's basic potato chips or countertop appliance, they probably don't have it... But for a quick pit stop all in one, it works.

Things are different than other stores. A little less in each soda bottle. Smaller packages to make it look like a good deal, it's the same ounce for ounce.

Horrible customer service today and lately as well. You answered your cell phone while waiting on a customer, dropped one of our bags in the floor which went everywhere.. I wont be shopping at this location anymore..
