We stopped for beer, and they have a nice selection. The real star is the RIBS. We had just had breakfast, but they smelled so good we got some anyway. They were falling off the bone and didn't even need sauce. The sauce that came on the side was really good, and sweet, so I ate about half with and half without.

Their ribs are AMAZING!! The catfish would be better if there were no gray running through it, and all four of us got sick from it. I have eaten there for years, and it is my only complaint. Friendly and quick!!

Awesome! Very much worth the stop. Store was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Most important, we stopped to get some food and drinks. I watched the cook James...%change his gloves multiple times in between tasks. He cleaned every surface, removed the rubber mat and cleaned the floor. He offerred to make fresh potato logs and they were the best! I'm telling you...light, crispy and big! He came out to talk to us several times. The best customer service! Ribs out of this world! Get the ribs!!! The lady knows how to cook! I'm kicking myself for not getting sides too. And you can just bet the livers and gizzards are the best as well. We eat alot of BBQ and her ribs are some of the best ever! Thank you. And thanks for the great hospitality. Oh and the sauce has a nice spicy kick. We'll be back!

The BEST fish and Cajun Fries!!! Others had hamburgers and said they were very good. Staff SUPER friendly. Don't judge a book by its cover when you pull up!! It was also very clean

We stopped for ice, as it is a beer store. Standing in the parking lot the distinct smell of hickory smoke got me to think BBQ. Next caught the scent of catfish! I asked a lady where the restaurant was. She stated inside. Lo and behold it is a deli. The corn meal crusted catfish is the best I have ever had. The catfish was mild. The tartar sauce was the bomb. No overwhelming flavor, just the basic. It was the most memorable food experience in a long time.

I don't go there to buy alcohol. I don't drink but they have the absolute best fried catfish there. It's a little pricey but that is why I go there. I heard the chicken livers and the ribs were good to but I have not tried them.

Drove from Hope JUST for fish and they had none and didn't offer to cook any. That dump is NOT the same as when Ken Cox owned it.

Good selection and prices on vodka. Carries tito's which is probably my favorite. They have a drive thru window which is super nice for grab and go.Also carries several different varieties of guiness

It's the only option within driving distance of Hope. In my opinion they could use a few more ipas. A good option would be hoppadillo from Texas. Other than that they have everything you're looking for.
