Ok I went into this Walmart today and omg the bathrooms were so clean! Further more I called 3 hours later over a shoe my daughter dropped out of my car and a manager by the name of Matthew went above and beyond to look over the parking lot for it for me🙏 by far my best Walmart experience EVER! Do you NEED to have a USA ID to be able go buy alcohol because that’s exactly how this one lady there told me. She said “USA, you don’t have a USA Id?” I said no but my id was issued in Springdale even tho it’s from another country.

I’ve been accused of stealing from this store 3 times, I finally had had enough and called the manager and explained my grievance. I was told that a manager from loss prevention would be contacting me that was Saturday it’s now Friday and nothing. It all started because of their employees and management incompetence. It’s been several times that I’ve found merchandise that is miss priced and most of the time they refuse to honor it. It’s not my responsibility to price their products. They are trash and scum! It shames to say that I worked for this company once, but that was before all this self checkout nonsense.

Y’all need to get rid of the deli-worker Alex that’s there in the mornings. He is incredibly rude and disrespectful. It’s very clear he hates his job and probably has some home issues that he’s bringing into the workplace. Not to mention the fact that every time I have seen him he’s got that phone pressed to his eyeballs. I have never seen an employee so bad that I’ve taken to leaving a review, but Alex is that bad that I felt the need for this.

It was a good trip no issues and we even found a product misplaced that they even honored. The pharmacy was excellent and very honest when they called to tell me that I left my debit card in the drop box.

I shop here alot the year has been fine, better. I was discriminated against once there by a training cashier her trainee had to follow me out to tell me my money was not put back on my card and I needed to get my items and she would do what her trainer wouldn't and finish the check out situation. I hate going there because no one can tell me I was discriminated against but it is the only one I know by heart. And closet. For that day I swore I'd never go back to today it is much better, but I'll never forget that day.

Order two tires online they came in, I want to have the tires on. And their impacts are not strong enough to bust the lug nuts loose on my truck so they wouldn't put the tires on it. So I had to leave with one new tire and 1 old tire on my truck. Go down the street. I gotta use the little cordless 3H impact invested in the lug nuts loose but Walmart doesn't have the stuff to finish the job apparently. So I will not ever have Walmart Install tires for me ever again.

It's Walmart. 20-30 years ago it would have been a five-star rating. Now, it's just a shadow of its former self. It's all about the money and no one cares about the customer. Customer service is practically nonexistent. Remember when you went to the jewelry counter and there was someone there to wait on you? Now you have to track someone down to find someone else who really doesn't want to help you and only does because it's part of the job.

They made my daughter's 16th birthday cake to perfection. For my other daughter's it was perfect. My own birthday cake was beautiful and perfect. I can not complain about anything. Please go by and have them make your birthday cakes. You will not regret it.

Nov. 2022-I took my Dad and he needs a motorized cart, sadly they didn't have any. My son seen one and went to get it and a Walmart employee got to it before my son could and he told my son it was reserved. I do not think that should be allowed. This store is a big store and it needs more motorized carts to accommodate their shoppers.I do think the Health Care Clinic is awesome though.2021-I did the Pick Up, the guy who brought out our stuff was nice, friendly, and quick.Then I had to go in store, they had everything I was looking for. The lines for self checkout was looking, but moved smoothly and quickly.

Same Walmart experience as about anywhere else, my problem was finding someone to actually help me find what I was looking for without telling me to download the Walmart app on my phone to locate an item. GRRRRRR if I wanted the Walmart app I would GET IT. So frustrating

Hate the self checkout. The electric carts don't work. The place is falling apart and losing its charm. Its no longer the Walmart I grew up knowing. I actually injured myself at the Rogers Avenue Walmart and they said it wasn't their fault. I'm trying to be nice by giving it the rating that I did. This place is horrible. I really hope they go out of business and so do a lot of people that I was standing in line with. I'm definitely going to spread the word. Especially about the injury they said wasn't their fault. Oh, I had to find a working cart and take it to a man who could t walk. I have a video of that as well.

BAYLEE in bakery for the win!!! I was looking for some cupcakes for my daughter's preschool class this evening and they were down to the 6 packs. Baylee happened to be standing there and overheard my disappointment and my daughter's disappointment in what was left. She came to the rescue. She went back and made her a 24 pack of really cute cupcakes. She was a Rockstar. Thank you so much for your help.

This is absolutely the same as every other Walmart. Walmart always offers low prices and great deals in their clearance section. if you're looking for a great buy check out their clearance section usually the prices are even lower than marked. Customer service is average. If you can find someone to help you they're usually moderately knowledgeable.

I often swing by this store on my way home. I've always had a pleasant experience. The employees are helpful, and the store is clean.However, the reason for my visit was for the Maternity section. It's practically non-existent. It wasn't signed, so it was hard to find. It was ONE-HALF to ONE aisle COMBINED. It doesn't have to be a large section, but Walmart CAN DO MUCH BETTER than this!!!

The worst pick up experience ever. I came during my alloted time at 720 checked in and noticed one other car. Walmart employee comes to that car gives them there bags, meantime 3 other cars pull in. Walmart employee goes back inside and comes back out to another car , and then another. This happens 5 cars now I am still sitting here it's been 35 min so far I talked to one of the employees. I was the only one here checked in first and still after he said he was going to get my order here comes another employee for another car. I am still waiting . This is the worst.

WALMART, YOU NEED TO DO IT BETTER, NOT US..Horrible experiences. This is not the first time it happens. I tried to get some baby formula. The price when I looked in my app is different from in store price. I understand that you are wanting shoppers to do online shopping/pickup. But it's not fair and inconvenient to have the price different. It's even more inconvenient and such waste time when I have to explain and prove to self-checkout person so the price can be adjusted. Felt like I am being treated like a liar.Used my Walmart app to hit pay and walked away, then 3 minutes later when I leave, the guy by the door stopped me for checking my receipt, the app didn't load it fast enough, I showed him my credit card is having a pending purchase (1 min ago showed) but I had to spend my time walk back to the counter to have them print the receipt before they believe it. it still wasn't able to load up on the app when I got into my car either. (what a joke)DISAPPOINTED HOW MUCH WALMART INVESTED INTO TECHNOLOGIES, INFRASTRUCTURE, AND DEVELOPMENTS BUT CAN'T DO BASIC THINGS LIKE THIS.MY FUTURE FORMULA PURCHASE WILL BE TARGET. PERIOD.
