I was in the bakery department looking for sliced whole wheat French bread, I asked the woman behind the counter if there was any of that product. She very kindly sliced and packaged a fresh one for me. Great customer service, I only wish I had her name, I was in the store between 9 and 9:30a.m. if that helps.

Someway I left my house towards the Pharmacy and suddenly I realized I didn't pick my pain meds.I call this Walmart and the lady on the phone was not understanding of my sudden forgetfulness.I race with 5 minutes before closed. I arrived @ 2 minutes before shut down and Ms Karla was so kind and understanding of my situation.For that understanding I give her 5 Gold 🌟.

The only thing I don’t like about this location is that it it’s not a TRUE Neighborhood Market. The only way in and out is Rogers (by car). If it were a true NHMarket, they would have access via the street to the south and avoid the main road. Other than that, it’s just like every other one (except the color - 2022)

The pharmacist was so helpful. They didn't have the prescription i needed so he offered to call other pharmacies until he found it. Fortunately another local Walmart had the antibiotics i needed he sent my prescription to them and I was able to get what I needed quickly and with no stress. I appreciate really good customer service. I don't find it very often but when I do I like to let them know how much it means.Way to go Walmart Neighborhood Market on Rogers. Your pharmacy staff was outstanding, they took what could have been a negative experience and saved the day. Thank you.

Usually love going here because I’m in & out. Plus there’s usually not too many people there. I will not be going back & wouldn’t recommend going there if you would like to avoid being embarrassed & accused of stealing. Ive shopped here for years & never had a situation like this happen to me. The “manager” Summer watched me & my mother check out the whole time, still stopped us to check my receipt for 2 items I added on (wanted to make sure I had the money for it), said the items weren’t on the receipt (they were), & when I tried to show her where they were at the bottom she snatched it away & started calling someone over. This all happened in front of the store. When she finally took a minute I was able to show her that I had in fact scanned them. I then told her to give me my stuff & that she had embarrassed me. I headed for the door. My mom stopped to say something & as she was getting rude w/ my mother I asked my mom what her name was. The “manager” then yelled “Summer, it’s Summer” while poking her chest out to show her name tag, she then yelled “leave the store & don’t come back.” Didn’t realize I had done anything to warrant that. Me & my mother weren’t even the only customers to be upset by this. There was a woman that said she’d also be calling to complain (I have called) & there was a man that said he wouldn’t be back in. Which also goes to show not only how loud she was with this matter but also how unprofessional. Not surprised to see she’s had a complaint on here before.I hope whatever it is in her life, that has her so bitter, gets resolved. Couldn’t imagine living life like that.

This is hands down my favorite Walmart location, and I’ve shopped in countless Walmart stores in dozens of states. The employees are friendly and helpful, and the store is always clean and well organized. It is apparent that the management team is professional, that they value great customer service, and that they instill that value in their staff. Keep up the great work!

Very convenient and close to home. There are 2 very sweet pharmacy technicians that I love seeing every month when I go. Don't know their names but will update when I get them. Always so nice and so helpful and make my visit easy and fast! The Pharmacist Shane is also very nice and helpful as well. Every time I see him there, he explains everything and answers all of my questions 😊 My favorite wal mart neighborhood market

I have never had a bad experience there . I go almost every day so that says a lot. All the employees are very friendly and I enjoy interacting with them. They all remember who I am when I go in and always make friendly conversation . My only complaint is I wish the store had more space to walk in because alot of people go in there and sometimes it's hard to get around them . Other than that I really enjoy going there.

This Neighborhood Market is really well stocked for the size of the store. The employees are always friendly and very helpful. The prices seem to be the same as the much bigger Walmart. I definitely recommend this store especially if you're in a hurry, just need a few items or even for your weekly grocery needs. The convenience and ease of driving in and out make it my go to store unless I'm needing particular brands like Duncan Hines cake mix or fresh baked goods.

Easy accessibility small enough to get around but has everything you need at good prices! Bathrooms available up front, lots of self checkout Lane's and friendly employees always willing to help out. Pharmacy services available as well and this has a drive-thru Lane!😁💕

I realize it's just after Christmas and before new years eve, the shelves in the grocery department were empty, no single bottles of water except the $2 bottles up by the registers. We came in just to get a couple of great value waters. Employees didn't know where any would be except the ones by the registers. Ended up grabbing a sprite from the machines outside.

My favorite store to get my grocery shopping done. It is a lot less crowded than other grocery stores and self check out lanes are readily available, so no long wait. Customer service is excellent as well and the store is always clean. I did take away one star because there have been times that a favorite dessert or frozen food item has been out of stock and I miss that they are no longer open 24 hours.

This is the best most awesomest Walmart owned store I have ever been in! It wasn’t hard to wheel my wheelchair into the store the threshold was solidly in place and my casters didn’t get stuck . The merchandise was easily within reach and the cold cases opened smoothly. I will be returning to this store.

I frequently go to Wal Mart in a different segment of town but I decided to visit this one a while back instead. The store was clean but beyond that I have to say it's the best grocery store experience I've ever had. Whilst browsing the isles the manager came up to me and asked if I was finding everything okay. While I was checking out I got distracted with the card machine and trying to get my chip to scan without inserting it and during this my cashier, without a smirk or complaint, had bagged and put all my groceries in my cart. When I went into the parking lot and had put my groceries into the back of the suv, the employee in the lot came up to me and offered to take my cart for me and put it away so I wouldn't have to on such a hot day. What great service. I left here with such a positive feeling and I just wanted to let them know, "Thanks".
