This location’s pharmacy has gone downhill since the pandemic. They refused to let me transfer an RX to them from another pharmacy (supply issues at my preferred pharmacy) and said they would only allow it if I called my doctor for a new RX. That was unacceptable since I didn’t need a new one, only a transfer so I could get the medication. Pharmacist was incredibly rude, and when asked why it couldn’t be transferred, he said they were simply too busy with the “buyout” (referring to a local pharmacy they bought out). This response doesn’t make much sense since they were willing to accept an escript. This location consistently disappoints, and generally speaking, I don’t use Walgreens anymore unless absolutely necessary.

Pharmacy closes randomly. I’ve been trying to get my medicine for the last two days and they just have a note in the window that the pharmacy is closed for unforeseen circumstances. It’s happened the last two days. Incredibly frustrating!

My review is towards Colt in the pharmacy section. I called because I ordered for a refill on the app and he processed it for it to be sent off to request another refill and if needed I could pick up an emergency refill tomorrow evening. Customer service was A+! Friendly, professional and quick. Thank you 👏🏼👍🏼

I made an online order, and the next day, this store cancelled my order. Item shows IN STOCK. It has for days. So, I called the Manager, who sounds no older then 18. I had asked about my order, and all she did was want to argue. This store needs to keep up on their inventory if all of their Toilet Paper is really out of stock. No need to argue with a customer over toilet paper.

Very friendly staff. They're extremely busy due to other stores being closed down so they are doing the best they can. All the negative reviews are probably from people that didn't get their way or didn't get their hand held. If anyone thinks they can do it better, why don't you apply for job and go show them how it's done. There are also other pharmacies in town. So instead of standing there holding up the line by ranting and raving, you could always just go somewhere else.

Just moved to the town and this is the absolute worst Walgreens we have ever been to. As well as the worst customer service ever seen. I manage a customer service line for one of the biggest Corporations in NWA and the USA and I give the customer service skills we receive here a 0/10.

Don’t get photos developed here.Took 2 rolls from my disposal cameras to be developed in September and was told it would be done in the next 2 weeks, they didn’t get back to me till about a month later saying one of my rolls got lost in transit. I had to call back multiple times to check up on my second roll which wasn’t developed till November.

I arrived at 6:40 and sat in the drive thru for 18 minutes (waiting on one vehicle.) I pulled up to the window at 6:58, and the woman made sure she didn’t answer me until 7:00 so she would tell me they were closed. They have lazy, inconsiderate pharmacy workers.

Good convenience store stop , but TERRIBLE pharmacy. I was in town for a wedding and had forgotten my antidepressant. Let me emphasize, it was an antidepressant that I forgot. Missing a dosage is not an option. I waited in line for 45 minutes. The tech was super helpful and friendly. He advised that it should not be a problem since my prescription was written “as needed.” Pharmacist denied my request for a single pill to get me through until I returned home the next day. She did not even bother to come explain her reasoning to me herself. She simply denied the request. As a PharmD, you would hope she had sense enough to understand the importance of not missing a dose of antidepressant and the low risk that it would be abused for recreational purposes. However, she either did not have said sense, or she did not care. I am not sure which is worse, but highly disappointed with my pharmacy experience here, especially for a company that prides itself on great pharmaceutical experiences.

I'm a big fan of this Walgreens. They have all the basics, and the cashiers are also nice. If I was to have any complaint it is just they tend to be a bit more pricey than other places. However, if you don't mind paying just a little more to avoid going to Wal-Mart for some basics, this is a great place to go. Also, their house brand "Nice" is a really good house brand. Highly recommended.

Can’t leave a half star or no star. My son is 10 and in need of heart medication and these jokers with degrees can’t figure out what form to fill out ( though they were told specifically) or how to use a fax machine. No one seems concerned either. I’m literally about to drive up there myself to get it done. SMMFH

The worst. Laziness run rampant. Website says walk-ins welcome for flu shots. I get there..a fat guy behind the counter tells me I have to make an appointment, I show them the website says: "Walk Ins Welcome". Though every seat in the waiting area is empty...he's unmoved. Anyway, I tell him..fine I can work with you... let's make an appointment. He says he can't do it and I'll have to call an 800 number to schedule one. Ugh.

I have never had a good shoppint experience at any walgreens, but this one is close to my house and i have had to stop there in emergencies more than once. Checking out always takes longer than shopping. Almost always a line. Customers are checked out extra slow no matter who checks out. Only ever one casheir. Dairy products always at or past expiration. No self checkouts

The customer service at this location is horrible. I was told my perscriptions were at another store, so I drive 15 minutes to the store the tech told me it was at only to be told my prescription wasn't at that store and it was at a different store. Drive 20 minutes to that store only for it to be closed, no one bothered to mention that location was closed on weekends. Now back at this store for another script, came last night & they said they would have to transfer it. It would be reay in the morning, here it is 5 in the evening & my script is not ready!

No staff horrible experience it takes 24 hours to fill just about any prescription lines stretch down the aisles only have 2 pharmacist on staff at any given time and their more concerned about having conversations with their customers then filling their orders quickly.

Traveling across the US, stopped to get our pain medications filled. We were told they are allotted a certain number of pills and they save them for their local customers only. We chose Walgreens in the first place so we can have our prescriptions filled no matter where we are. Tried another Walgreens in Ft. Smith and they told us the same thing. Traveled across the state to Jonesboro and our prescriptions were filled with no problems. The pharmacist in the Jonesboro store commented they didn't know why the Ft. Smith stores wouldn't help us, especially since we are Walgreens customers and are in the system. To tell a customer, yes we have the medicine you need, but you can't have any because we're saving it for just the people around here isn't right.

The pharmacy lies every single time you call about their hours the staff is completely rude and the pharmacist shows up whenever they want. If you have medications you need on a regular basis DO NOT GO HERE!!!

They are the only store we could find open on Christmas day! I've been there many times and they're the only ones who care a certain soap that we find as the healthiest option. They sell beer, cigarettes and have a pharmacy! It's absolutely genius.

I alway's have a great experience in the Pharmacy! I used to get my med's filled at Wal-Mart and had horrible issues every single month, but since moving all my medication's to your Walgreen's Pharmacy, I have NEVER had anymore issues! Your Pharmacist Jeff is by far one of the absolute BEST pharmacist I have had! Your Pharmacy Tech's Danielle & Britney are so nice and professional and are very informative, which I really appreciate! Considering your Pharmacy is by far the busyiest in the Fort Smith area, it is the BEST I have been to and I will not be going anywhere else! Jeff, Danielle & Britney, you guy's are AWESOME! Thank You for solving every issue Wal-Mart couldn't!😊

I am on currently on hold for another hour or so for a prescription that I was told would be filled Sunday. A lot of confusion goes on here to fill a prescription because nobody can answer the phone. Maybe Walgreens needs to pay their staff and get it together!

Worst pharmacy in Ft Smith. Multiple times My girlfriend received texts informing her her prescription was ready, we drove 45 minutes into town to pick it up only to find they did not even have it in stock because they never even ordered it.

Locking yours doors @ 11:50pm on Thursday 1/13/22 is for the birds. Google says.."closing soon." - No Google...they've ALREADY closed. It's currently 11:56pm. That's okay though...I like wasting my fuel.
