Went there today for the first time to have a key made it was alot cheaper than a kiosk that may or may not work. They were really friendly and provided great customer service. They have some awesome furniture at great prices as well. They do delivery on all appliances and furniture. The appliances are delivered in 1 day. Definitely will be shopping there now.

Their flowers and gardening plants were outrageous in price. What they did have was either dead or dying. The sad part of all of this is 95% of all of these items will be thrown away within the next one to two months. If I were in business selling seasonal plants, the ones they have priced for just under 5.00 each, I would rather sell them for 3.00 rather than see them thrown away. Course, that's just me.

They didn't have what we needed but that was ok...other places didn't have it either...so can't fault them there. But, I was a little disappointed that we weren't helped better. We asked someone for assistance and they just told us to go somewhere else in the store instead of actually showing us where and helping us further. But it's still a good store. Just need to work on customer service a little.

This is where I buy all of my plants! They have always helped me with any information I've needed in reference to plants!! I have shopped with them for years. And Lord willing, (James 4:14-17), many more years to come!! They are great people!! A great company!

Where to begin... I signed up for the Garden Club and went in Saturday for the Cleveland Pear Tree's for $19.99, I was told by an employee they weren't outside with the rest of the special price trees but in the garden center. I was even shown by another employee where they were. Both employees denied even talking to me when I went to the register and they rang up $37.99. I was given a slight discount to $29 each; I shouldn't have bought them after the cashier argued with saying yes they were the same exact tree but because they were in the garden center and not in the front of the store the price was different. I was also informed the Saturday soil special price was sold out, the store had just opened. I also bought $150 in lumber and asked for help loading it, no one ever showed up... Lastly, all employees need a name badge or Sutherland's branded shirt. You couldn't tell customers from employees.3 registers open, extremely long lines, 4 different customers around us had items that rang up wrong price... The gentleman in front of me had a plant with a $15 price sticker on it that rang up $50. The cashier argued with him saying he had to charge what the register told him, I believe he walked out leaving all his stuff.

I did love this place, until today. I’m in their Garden Club, and their plants are all mixed up and not priced accordingly which is fine-I asked a Manager to check prices for me and he told me the regular prices and then said they’d be 40% off. I wait in line for awhile (they are busy) and get to the front to be told no they aren’t and they cashier didn’t even check with the guy who told me, so I put most of them back. The fact that they don’t honor prices that a Manager says they are isn’t right. I will be going to Lowe’s from now on.

I want to talk about the flooring department. My wife and I are beyond happy with the installation of our new vinyl flooring. We have alot of stuff. I have to admit that to say that the installer, Adam, was amazing to work with. We would empty a room or two and then he would show up and knock it out quickly and it looks great. Room by room, week by week he was outstanding. Don't hesitate to use Adam as an installer! He also is the guy to buy from at Southerlands. He got us the best deal on the flooring we wanted.

Upset about ferns 17% off on St. Patrick's day and was told they would be in the afternoon. I checked back at 5 only to find they close 2 hours before the coupon expires. Really wanted ferns but guess I will have to find elsewhere.

Last year I wanted a specific plant and you could not find it anywhere! I told Vicki and she not only found it this spring but she ordered it and had it delivered to her store and so now I have it!!! She is amazing and will go out of her way to help you with whatever your needs are.

Very helpful, courteous, polite, and seemed to sincerely appreciate serving the customer. Went there after doing online price and product research for my 10x12 storage bilding, chose Sutherland over 2 other big stores in town. They had everything I needed. No regrets, highly recommend.

Bought 15 boxes of the 23 boxes of tile they showed they had on site. Receive an email the following day saying my order was ready to be picked up. Drove 2 hours several days later to pick it up and they tell me they don’t have it!! I know you’re sorry but if you don’t have it then why email me and tell me my order is ready for pick up?!

The normal lumber store but also has a good garden selection. This time we went the plants didn't look as healthy as in the past. Could be because of the lack of staff due to the pandemic?I do enjoy the odd ball stuff they carry from garden trinkets to the different toys like the pencil stick helicopters that fly when you rub between your hands! I will go back.

I frequently go into Sutherlands to get garden, yard, and things to improve my house, but about a month ago I went in there to look for a Japanese Maple tree and this gentleman tall skinny grey hair (sorry I forgotten his name) but lead me to a great tree! Exactly what I wanted and 40% off! It beautiful and looks amazing in my back yard! Thank you so much for your help and kindness. I recommend Sutherlands for all your home needs!
