This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They have delivered my prescription to the wrong address twice I called to verify my address two times before I asked them to deliver it and they still delivered it to the wrong address I called and they said that they were going to figure something out so I gave them a couple hours I called back, and the man on the phone had the nerve to yell at me and tell me to find a different pharmacy, and that he wasn’t going to fix it or fill my prescription he told me to call the cops and make a report and find a different pharmacy. I could not believe how rude this man was this pharmacy is trash and if I could sue them, I definitely would.

I have been going to Prince on and off since 1985. Back when you could charge your prescriptions and sold cigarettes. Long time ago. They are professional and they get concerned about their clients well being. They have great hours. Prescriptions prices are reasonable. They deliver. They are also fast in filling prescriptions

Most of the people here are really nice and they work very quickly. I"ve wondered often why there seemed to be a preconceived opinion of chronic pain patients. While I was waiting for my blood pressure medication and I waited only a short few minutes, they had 3 calls in less than 5 minutes all from people calling about their pain medication and what seemed to be multiple calls. The lady that answered the phone had apparently spoken with each one of these people at least once or twice before and begin chuckling and making jokes when she hung up. They were laughing at the desperation of these folks. I can kind of understand why but I felt bad for those people. But I guess I would not appreciate getting 10 calls about a prescription either so it's six of one and half a dozen of the other. I recommend this place. it is a small place perhaps they should joke and make fun of these people more quietly although it did not apply to me I was embarrassed for them.

This is a story that you were going to like back in the 1950s you walk in there you got the old soda fountain in there past friendly courteous service and the staff in there oh my God they are the best people ever if you don't shop at this drugstore you're not getting the experience from the 50s taking a trip back in time check out Prince drugs

They are awesome ....I have stage 4 cancer and had so much trouble getting my medication through Walgreens but Prince Drug store has restored my faith.

I drive across town to prince. I love that they are a bit old fashioned..in a good way!! They have ice cream. A dollar isle with household stuff like for cleaning or laundry etc..they have items most pharmacies locally owned don't like cool things for kids and purses even sometimes. Everyone is friendly there except one YOUNG lady!! I would really like to experience this younger lady who is probably around 21 give or take..id like to see her smile!! Also when i try to make small talk she just looks at me like im an idiot..its uncomfortable. The other staff is extremely kind. Look. Im not trying to pick at this girl. I don't know why she will not laugh or smile or act happy on the job...but everyone else there is really friendly. It would b great to see her learn to be more friendly also. I have no complaints about prince.both pharmasists go above n beyond to help. The ladies care and the other pharmacy techs. ...kindness does go a very long way with people especially with those in that line of work..its so important when dealing with sick or elderly who need a smile. Like i said a kind gesture may make all the difference in the world. So be cheary like your peeries..and i appreciate this place alot!!!
