Sarah grooms my dog Louie. I just love her. She does exactly what I request. He always looks perfect when I pick him up. She is such a sweet person. If Sarah is off I will wait till she is. Nothing against the other groomers I am certain they are all great. Sarah is a big asset for Petco. And Louie loves her too💙

When I took my dogs in, I was already aware that they had matting and that there would be some shaving. I asked them to try NOT to shave the dogs completely as this breed is a fluffy fur breed. I told them to do what they could to get the mats out and I understood that they had to shave that part out. There were small areas that were bad, not their whole body. When I picked them up they both had been completely shaved. I mentioned that the patches would only be under belly or on bottom and I wasn't worried about it and I wanted fur left on top. Also, when telling them to leave the face fluffy, they did trim it but it was uneven. For $160 I am def not happy and am currently looking for a new groomer.

Well I didn’t get to schedule my other dogs for the following month when she was finished with my dog. I would’ve liked to have scheduled the other dogs as well. She could’ve also told me that I didn’t need an appointment and I could do a walk in which I read on the app when I tried to make the appointment through the app.

So I been taking my coby there for over a year now and there was 1 issue before of doing a bad job on the haircut I let that go but this time as well as last time his nails were not cut I didn't say anything last time but sense this has happened again I'm not going to be quiet he gets groomed about every 4 weeks and last time Sarah did it and she did not do his nails this time it was Jordan listen I pay for a full groom not for half of one his nails are super long and that is redicouls they should check and make sure everything was done the way it should be not just a bad and poor grooming job I pay a lot of money for grooming I always tip so for these ladies to do such a poor job is not ok
