I was just now looking back at my camera roll & I was so OBSESSED with my valentines boutique my Boyfriend bought for me from here. I can just remember they were 50 roses they smelled so wonderful and they lasted me 2 weeks. Such a beautiful thought of him I also do not know the price, but even if it was pricey it was so worth it , because every morning I’d smile waking up to them. 🥀 👑✨

My family has loved Johnston's for as long as I can remember. I finally had a reason to use them myself and could not be more impressed. I did the "designer's choice" on a Saturday to be delivered to the hospital & it was to the room within 2 hours!!

Customer service is 5 star! I gave them the wrong address for delivery. They were so kind to deliver to the corrected address even after the driver had already been out for delivery. They refused to let me pay them extra or tip them. AND on top of that they still delivered a GORGEOUS bouquet in under 2 hours from my original order. This is the only floral company I will use in AK! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Honestly, this place was such a rip off. The flowers aren't arranged optimally. I've gone to multiple florist and given them a budget and ask them to make me an appropriate bouquet. No one has ever disappointed me so deeply. These bunches were done so carelessly. The smaller bouquet costed me nearly thirty dollars and literally only has two single carnations one branch of red hypericum berries and some leaves. I would never come back or recommend this place. The only positive thing I have to say is that at least the flowers themselves were fresh. It's pretty embarrassing when I spend twice as much for two bouquets as a friend who went to Walmart did, and theirs are clearly twice the size and much more beautiful.Edit: It's clear from the response to my review that this location holds themselves to a lower standard than any other of the many florist I've visited.

My daughter was sick in the hospital and I live states away. 😥 I looked online who would be close for delivery, you feel like your taking a stab in the dark when you really don't know the area well.Ended up I picked the Best!! I called and explained the situation on the phone. I wish I would have gotten the ladies name. She was Sooo helpful and offered suggestions.My daughter Loved the planter and vase of flowers!!They were beautiful! Better then expected!Thank you for helping a rough situation feel so much better!It is nice to have a business you can trust states away to take care of such a special need!
