Everytime i go in there i am greeted by every employee I pass by with a good morning or can i help you. This is a very clean store and the best customer service i have received in years. Have to say I love my harps ppl at this location. Great job yall keep up the great work.

Went in for a few things and wasn't sure what it was gonna be like inside. Very clean and organized. Food in the deli smelled really good. Selection and prices were similar or better than others. Good job on the employees there.

The employees are very friendly and helpful. The only problem there is they only have one electric shopping card. So when i go there i have to wait until its available. Which is usually an hour or longer. I think the store should buy 3 more so you dont have to wait for the one to use it.

This is the absolute WORST birthday cake I have ever ordered. Do not order your cake here. This was supposed to be Encanto/Fiesta birthday cake. The colors are awful and don’t match. The flowers and border are not in proportion to the cake size. The cake is also uneven. This cost me $45. A professional cake from Confectionately Yours cost $60. Spend the extra money for a cake you know will come out wonderfully. It makes me sick knowing a company feels confident in producing such junk!

Went to the Harps on Jenny Lynn today first time at this location, the 5 for $25 was fantastic I got 5 pkg of cube steaks that had three each in them and the price on pkg was in the $8.59

Some stuff is really cheap, a lot is more expensive than Walmart though. The produce are always bad or close to going bad so I wouldn't recommend trying to get fruits or vegetables here. The bakery is nice and they make custom desserts 🎂!!!

My favorite grocery store in town. They seem to have a much wider selection since they became a Harps. A fairly large selection of alcohol compared to other places. Both wine and beer. The staff is always super friendly. If you don't want to support the "Wal-Companies" I recommend you shop here. Lastly Harps branded milk is actually really good. I like it more than Hiland milk.

I shop here all the time because it's conveniently located right across from the street from my apartment a little overpriced but well worth the convenience best darn fried Chicken in town on Monday night specials thank you Ms Dorothy we're always having a smile and by the way y'all talk to Dorothy she'll take good care of you make sure you get what you want and your order to always be right if you don't check out the chicken you messing around on my best chicken and stick in your mouth

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They also didn't mind when I find them on several trips to the bank to see if they had product that wasn't stocked on the shelves. I was so impressed with the service in fact then I tried to tip him but he smiled and said that he couldn't accept the chip and he was just doing his job. Customer service outstanding plus you save a lot of money way cheaper than Walmart and a whole lot better.

So glad it's back to CV's!! I stopped shopping here when it was shoppers value. Place wasn't as clean and the staff was rude. Now, it looks cleaner and the workers are friendly and helping people to their car if they need it. I appreciate them instilling values in their staff, makes for better people who are members of our community

Newly changed ownership for this store. High rating is due to their very good discounts on everything. They sell or say they sell at 10% above their cost. The selections are pretty good, except for produce which seems limited. They have a prepared food section for hot items. It is worth going out of your way to even buy the greatly reduced dairy products.

I am changing my previous rating from several years ago to one star. The reason why is because of rude employees. There was a gentleman using a ride on cart. A lady working in the deli took it upon herself to ask him if something was wrong with him. Claiming he seemed to walk fine before he got the cart. She then proceeded to tell him how he needed to save them for older customers. When he asked if she was a doctor she said yes. In my personal opinion she had no business saying anything to him. Just because he walked fine doesn't mean he is fine. Just because he was younger didn't mean he didn't need the cart. He could have heart issues. He could have only a single lung. He could be going through treatments that exhaust him and his body if he walks for long periods. A million things could be one of his issues and not a single one of them would have justified how she spoke to him. Not all issues are visible. Not all issues are noticeable. Just because you don't see whats wrong with a person doesn't mean you get to police them and share your two cents worth. This employee needs to be taught to respect people. The fact none of her fellow employees said anything makes it that much more disappointing.

Yeah definitely wot be going here. They didnt even have what i needed to begin with but had to use the restroom. It was disgusting. Definitely not clean. No toiletries. No garbage bag in garbage can, no seat coverings. Just disgusting.

The cashier was rude and intimidating not enough experience with customers. Prices are not marked correct at the register or children that run the registers add extra merchandise or overcharge sale items.We need family stores like this but we need good customer relations and experienced help they don’t try to overcharge people who already don’t have enough money 💵 🙏🇮🇱🇺🇸🔜🌹😎

I'm really upset on the changes being made at this location. Deli workers are rude and walk around on their cell phones they wear ear buds. I get off work at 545 by the time I get their I can't even get my lunch meat I need for work. I worked their I was told it dont matter if u close in 5 minutes if a customer wants meat or cheese cut it shouldn't be a problem. It doesn't take no time at all to wipe down the meat cutter. Oh I also noticed they are still not where safety gloves

It's an ok store. I would not recommend getting cigarettes here if you are a smoker, though. Even the staff that works that section were honest and said that they would recommend Family Dollar down the street to get your smokes.Management is somewhat decent, staff is friendly and welcome you with a smile, and they usually have some stellar deals on food (especially in their 88 cent aisle.The main reason I didn't give this store 5 stars is because they add 10% to your entire purchase price. Other than that, it's reasonable to go to.

New harps store is so much cleaner and we'll stocked with fresh meat and veggies. Little pricey but if you shop responsible you can get deals. PAY ATTENTION to buying END CAP items be sure of what you are buying.They use all kinds of tricks to get you to buy the expensive one

This is hands down a MAJOR improvement from it's former self!!! It's actually affordable now!!!! I just wish they had more products to chose from!!! When it was CV's I almost never shopped there, but now I often stop through for quick items. Next will be me trying the deals on their meat. Great job. Many items less than a dollar. 👍
