My wife and I had just had dinner and I decided I needed new work shoes. When we got there, I didn't realize they were closing. I didn't even put two and two together when I heard 2 employees talking about how they got in trouble for telling customers that they were closing. I have a crippling disease and it's hard for me to get footwear and Jennifer was really patient and helpful. I didn't realize that they were closed until the cashier told me and said they don't get overtime pay. I felt terrible. But the staff was super friendly and even sold my wife a pair of custom insoles at 50 percent off. Will shop their again

Monday, March 18th. We just came out of Gellco at 5:55 in Fort Smith Arkansas. At checkout was informed of a $5 surcharge for using a card, which they didn't disclaim before they rang the boots up.You eat the cost , because it's your cost and don't pass it in to us!! When asked if we could run to the bank they said no, they're pretty adamant on all the employees to leave at the same time since they all started at the same time. I asked if I can stay and my wife run to the bank, 5 minutes, they again wouldn't work with us. All this after driving over a an hour to get here. They missed out on a couple hundred dollar purchase for today and years to come. I've been buying boots here for 7 years, but I'm done . On Tuesday March 19th, found out that the employee that waited on us in the boot department yesterday, is not telling the truth about the Fort Smith Red wing store closing. We talked with them today and found out they are not closing. Spreading rumors to make sales. Disgusting customer service!!

I recently purchased a Matthew's Phase 4 here and I couldn't have be happier with the entire experience. I will never shop anywhere else again for archery equipment. They are the best in the business

Gotta say they don’t have the sharpest tools working the gun bar, asked the guy for a 7mm rem mag rifle sub 1000$, dude asked me what caliber I want, and comes back with a box of bullets and says there 50$….

Every time I've been here, I've been pleased with the customer service. They often have good clearance items as well as difficult to find items. That said, I'm happy to support brick and mortar stores, but I feel like this business is awful greedy as the mark-up is considerable. To add insult to injury they have started charging card transaction fees directly to the customer. I hate to break it to you but that is the cost of doing business. It is unconscionable to pass these normal fees to the customer. We already have enough extra to pay for. Now you want us to pay that too? Passing on normal "cost of business" fees to the customer is a no-go for me. I'll be taking my business back online and to other stores that don't do that. A certain blue and white sporting goods chain has started allowing military discounts all year. But you guys want to cost us more money? C'mon now.

Kirkland brand meeseeks customer service.They have okay selection. Customer service is very lacking. I had a pewpew (Google won't let me type the g word) FFL transferred to them when I went in to pick it up they said their system was down and they weren't able to give me something that I paid for. I understand that these things happen because of the federal system.However they were very irritated behind the counter not amicable at all. One person behind the counter was acting like a Kirkland brand meeseeks. Hey what do you want attitude. The other person expressed that not everyone should have a pewpew.I only really interacted with the pewpew Department I can't speak to the rest of the store. I will never be transferring a pewpew to this location ever again. And I won't be purchasing anyting because I don't want to support a store that has this kind of customer service.EDIT Came back on Monday. They were rude. Acted like I should be lucky to be there with them. I was told to stay behind the tape even when I'm filling out the paper work for the FFL transfer. Dustin was very indifferent. Never coming back. Changed from 2 star to 1 star.EDIT 2 after being asked for my phone number I said I wasn't coming back. Dustin for seeds to interrogate me to figure out why takes no responsibility for anything. I expressed I wasn't happy he continued to say it wasn't his fault. He apologized but in a way missing very insincere. If a manager reads this he should not be a public-facing employee.Edit 3 On Friday I asked to see the pewpew I was buying on Friday and it was in a plastic bag. I opened my box today with my pewpew and it appears that Dustin was too lazy to put it back in the bag. Worst customer service ever. Never shopping there again.

I've been doing business here for around 2 years. Made about 10 purchases. Everytime I've been, especially here lately, the female at the front gives you side eye as you walk in. The store employees act like they are being bothered. Always leave thinking how do they stay in business. This is my last transaction with them.I'll just order on-line instead of giving them my hard earned money in exchange for high priced goods and attitude.

Placed an order with them for online purchase and get a call to verify the order. I thought great that they we’re concerned, but after confirming who I am and that the order was correct and being sent to my personal residence the guy just acted like he was going to prove I wasn’t who I said I was and canceled my order that I’ve been waiting for. Won’t use them again which is what it is. As for future thought though if your going to have a website your going to get orders from other places in the country. Any case I’ll just use google search for another vendor

If you can get them to open the store on time. Then wait for the clearance items to be brought out. You will find all the item's have about a 15% mark-up. Then when you find the three things you want they are of low quality. An expensive name does not mean quality.

Let me start by saying, Gellco is a very nice store. They carry quality products. Prices are competitive, and there is no shortage of friendly sales people......... Short story. I called to inquire about a particular service they offer. Price, ect. A few days later, I went in. Because I live so far away, they performed the service while I waited. During my inspection, I commented to a staff member that did not.......do the work, that something had been done I didn't remember asking for and it was going to cost an extra $100.00. I then said" oh well, it probably needed to be done anyway". The guy that did..... do the work, overheard me and knocked off the hundred bucks on the spot! That, is old school, red blooded, American service! As nice and unusual of an experience as that was, it got to bugging me. I went back in a few weeks later and tried to pay at least half of the hundred. They finally took twenty. That was the first time I had been to that store. Hasn't been, and won't be the last.

I give them 2 stars. I Purchased a new bow... they were fast and build it and got it done I loved what I got for the price... but once it was buld they Rushed me out and did not give me no helpful information... Acted like it was the inconvenience to Tune the bow. So if you and looking for a good friendly family place to buy a bow and shot and tune and keep going back this is not the place... they are just a walk in buy and walk out

They need kids stuff! I love stores like.this. But more.importantly, my husband found several shirts and two pairs of shoes he loves here. They were on sale too. It was a good experience. I felt safe and loved talking and looking around here

Shop was neat and orderly, what you expect from a country store. Prices were decent. Customer service was touchy. Not as welcoming as I've always known out of country stores, but I guess that could just be the difference in local cultures.

Well don't go to get work boots when OSU is playing. The lady cared more about watching the game than she did her job. She got me 3 different pair of boots and seemed frustrated about having to leave the television. I got a pair of Tony Lama work boots and they are Chinese boots. I guess American boots would cost $800

Horribly overpriced and never have my size in stock. Size 12 is pretty common. Priced the same workboots online for nearly $80 less and they are always in stock.

They sell just about everything for your outdoor needs. I love the beef jerky they sell it has no soy(I'm allergic) and it's soft and chewy. Try the peppered, very good!!
