I truly enjoy shopping with these gals! The new store manager has improved the store wonderfully and added helpful and happy staff members. I would love to be able to get a job here! Got this bluetooth portable speaker at the Family Dollar on Grand Ave in Fort Smith Arkansas and love it. Has awesome sound is lightweight and lights have movement to the music. Has radio too. Pretty sure it's cool.

Wow, this has to be the absolute worst family dollar. Aisles are impossible to get down, blocked with boxes and carts. Oh, and they hardly have ANYTHING in stock...

Went multiple times yesterday and the check-out clerk was efficient and quick . Not to organized with layout, but finally made the purchases with a pleasant smile and services.

I went in to buy a zip up sweater. While looking around I saw there was a sign that said 25% of athletic wear. So I selected a sweater, thinking I'm going to get 25% off cause there were multiple signs about it. When I got to the register it rang up at normal price. I asked if I was going to get the 25% off as the sign said. The lady asked where I say the sign. I walked her over to the sign. In a irritated voice she said the sale ended 2/29 and proceeded to RIP the sign of where it hung, along with another sign. I asked if she was going to honor the sign since it was still up. She said "No, Are you going to still buy the sweater or what?" Irritated I still bought the sweater cause I needed it. I purchased other items as well. Then left very disappointed.

I bought a Whal fade cut haircut kit on March 3rd. A week later I opened the clippers and there were long grey curly hair in the clipper teeth and greasy finger prints. I cleaned the clippers and tried to use them anyway. The clippers were pulling at the hair and not cutting. I went back to exchange them on March 16 and the manager gave me an attitude, said that they don't return this type of item. However the return policy online says with original receipt I have 30 days. The store needs a manager that doesn't make their up own policy's. I was a shopper of Family Dollar as long as I can remember but not anymore.

I will never shop at this location again. I said "Good morning" to a female employee, she just rolled her eyes. Then the cashier didn't know how to use the P.O.S. system he asked for her help but she kept stocking the shelves, I decided to leave. Very rude woman! I will just shop at Dollar General from now on. Family Dollar lost my business.

Didn't have anything I need for my 18 month old son no shoes no teething medicine no nipples for his bottles I'm not sure but the family dollar might not like babies. It's cool I won't go there again.

Seems like a good little store. Went here because I heard they had cheap baby diapers, but unfortunately they were the same as most other places. The gentleman who checked us out was very nice.

I shop here all the time! It is cleaner than most of the other Family Dollars in town. They are sometimes short staffed, but generally friendly. It a good place for quick trips

They are racists working there, as I was leaving the store I overheard the workers making racial comments about my particular ethnicity. Needless to say I will never enter another family dollar unless it's an absolute emergency. Also I wish I could give this store a 0 star rating considering their rudeness.

This store is very is in a unsafe area. They never have good stuff. Walmart is cheaper
