The rudest employees. We came in looking for Santa hats for the downtown parade and not even one minute in the employees were accusing us of stealing and claiming we were on drugs. I’m not sure if we were being racially profiled for being Hispanic but this is absolutely ridiculous. Never coming back.

They have always been good with me. But on February 1st everything goes to a buck and a quarter at least. They are going to call the store dollar tree plus. So I'm not sure if they are going to charge more on certain items or if everything is $1.25

I frequent this location & most of the staff recognize me due to my service dog. I am a disabled veteran. On my last trip the incompetent, disrespect & downright ignorant MANAGER made fun of me as I was leaving. When I questioned her at the door she said for me to not come back. There's nothing else for me to say.

Always excellent service. Clean store and great atmosphere. I love the staff here. I shop here regularly and am comfortable and relaxed each time. This store is clean and the workers here make sure that I have what I need. Very seldom are they out of what I'm after. They keep shelves stocked and i recommend this store to all. Thanks for m as king my shopping experience good on a regular basis.

Extremely cluttered and chaotic !! Stock filled up the aisles so badly that you couldn't get to the shelves save pushing the carts of stock this way then that way. The staff were nice but I was there at least an HR or more and only saw 1 young lady running around putting up stock plus returning items back to their appropriate places that customers either didn't want or just laid down anyplace.. I wish I'd gotten her name !!

I came to get some Happy Birthday balloons and the manager said that I could take the one design that was already blown up and that they weren't going to blow up any more since there was one. She wouldn't let me purchase a different design. I visit Fort Smith often (I'm from Oklahoma) and I am definitely never coming here again. (Dollar Tree on Grand Ave.)

1 checkout open, kid slower that molasses. Manager came out, said she was going to have another employee come open another register. Like 10 mins later, the kid was still working on the lady's items in front of me, no additional lanes open. Put all my items back and left.

I have always loved all the Dollar Trees. What's not to love? Great products at unbelievable prices! But this store has gone so downhill over the past year or so due to hiring unbelievably lazy and RUDEanagers and cashier's. If it weren't for the two part time cashier's (that seem to work maybe one day a week), I would never step foot in there again. I avoid it as it is. There's a middle aged black manager (a man) who has made the place a total mess (always carts with supplies with product ready to stock) in the middle of every single aisle while him and the more fulltime cashiers do nothing but stay on constant break and be so blatantly rude to customers. I'm truly disgusted with what this store has become. Avoid it, if possible!!!!

I really like the dollar tree on Rogers they have such a better selection then the one I live buy. Its bigger maybe construction going on there now but it wont last forever.

The store manger likes gossiping about other store customers and their employees! Prank calls customers! Never leave your real name or number with them on returns! Store is very messy!

The only problem that I have EVER HAD WAS JUST A FEW MOMENTS AGO AND SHES THE 1ST RUDE EMPLOYEE IVE MET HERE NAMED PATTI I THINK SO SHE SAID RUDELY WITHOUT NANE TAG. i had unfortunately had to put back items and i sometimes do because i have to budget..well. Normally the person at the register isnt rude about it at all ..they understand we are trying to get all that we can. I have not ever felt so humiliated with her acting like im some awful beast fpr asking my total amd having to remove some items. I keot trying to 1st ( as any other cashier has one do) give her What i wanna ring up while setting aside back of line what i didn't include to hand at the emd. Despite my.APPARENT NEED FOR USE 9F THE CART TO CARRY WHAT I GOT...SHE RUDELY AND LOUDLY SAYS" U NEED TO PUT WHAT U R NPT GETTING INTO THAT CART ANX LEAVE IT SO I CAN PIT IT ALL UP. " I SAID MY CART? SHE FOES" UMMM YUPPP." IVE NEVER FELT TREATED SO RUDE. she really took thiz place that 9s blessed with wonderful women and gave me my 1sr awful time here..the other women are angels. She was mean and not at all polite. I offered to put things back to appease her and she RUDELY said i don't want ypur help

Photo shows Dollar General. DG moved 2 blocks down the street. Dollar Tree moved in. Really great place to shop. There is a larger DT on Rogers Ave close to St. Edwards/Mercy Hospital.

This Dollar Tree is not very clean and the store is not very organized. The picture that y'all show here has clothes but I have never seen any in any of your stores.

The food is awesome. However avoid the Thursday morning religious group, unless you are into that.
