Store is very dirty. Milk cooler has spilled milk dryed on the doors. Floors are horrible. But the cashier was really pleasant . But I don't think I will go back

This place should be shut down, it's dirty and looks like a junkyard. The employees are lazy and extremely rude. It is unsafe shopping condition. One star is definitely to many.

I am a long time customer probably 20 years and always happy with customer service and cleanliness. However tonight was a little different. As I was walking in the store I noticed a very small baby cat that someone had hit with their car. Being a animal lover it broke my heart and didn't want to just leave it. I told cashier Jody and she got some bags without hesitation walked out with me to remove the kitty. Jody has waited on me before always friendly and professional. What she did tonight shows she also has compassion and just want to say thank you Jody!

Very friendly an helpful staff. Amazing prices. Need to give much needed raises an more hours to employees as they work very hard to please customers. Busy hours are 2pm to 4pm. Most people spend about 15 to 20 mins. I spend up to an hour as there are a lot of new items.

The staff is always helpful. Also, this particular store is always stocked. They do get a little behind on their delivery days but it is put up quickly and you never have to step around boxes and items that are needing to be shelved

Not all dollar stores are the same. Never before have I had to walk through so much stuff in my life. Boxes of product everywhere. Having said that, not much on the shelves. When I went to check out there were 12 or more people in line. The line was to the wall and back towards the back of the store. My friend had to go tell the other person working but I am not sure why because the lady saw it was wrapped around and she kept be-bopping with her headset and music. I get to the checkout and couldn't use my coupons on the app because I didn't put my number in properly or at the proper time and was told sorry maybe next time. That was my first and last visit ever to this location. My friends and I were severely disappointed.

Would give 5 stars. Its the cleanest store in my area. But I rarely can use my cards here as their machines are down a lot. Also some items aren't stocked that I go for.So take cash and hope they have what you need stocked.

This location has cleaned up their interior design from a year or two ago. They now offer plenty of space to move around and still have well stocked shelves.

The cashier had no problem taking advantage of a young woman who only spoke Spanish. She told the lady one total and when she paid with a$100 bill the cashier said oh that will be $2 higher. This makes me angry 😡😠

Worked here twice 4 years apart. 4 years ago it was organized and clean. Now it's always trashed and cluttered. They used to have rules that needed to be followed... now.. Not so much

Actually this dollar store has tried to turn it around..they have been alot better after new management came...but there seems to be alot of employees coming and going..not too stable when it comes to that..but they are pleasent..

I went here looking for a couple of items that were on sale in their ad. The employees were helpful and friendly. The store seemed to be fairly well maintained.

They need to hire stockers and quit having their cashiers stock the shelves. The lines are way too long they don't have enough cashiers and most of the time the cashiers are smoking or I'm break and they only have one at the register and when they're not on break their stocking the shelves and they have to have that done before they leave so therefore they still only have one checker even with three in the store that's any of the Dollar Generals about the only time you can go there and get checked out quickly it's when there's no one in the store. I think the cashiers are overworked and underpaid Dollar General needs to quit being such Cheapskates and hire some damn stockers.

There are not a lot of bad thoughts that come to my mind usually but the customer service sucks the management is great get a better team and you'll be better and I'm not talking for every worker because you have some great ones but there's just a couple that are not check your employees and you'll have a better store

I come here to shop alot and it's been good , untill today a Very Rude employee an older skinny lady with black hair threw my money at me as I was cashing out for no reason what so ever. What ever she was mad at , or whatever I don't care she does not need to take it out on customers . Throwing my money at me was really damn unessesary . I work with people too and that's one thing you dont do ! Very rude of her.

Overall better than the dollar general on Grand, also smells much better and shelves are maintained. I went here looking for an item but unfortunately they do not have much peppa pig merchandise, but many places dont. Overall good experience...

Good store with friendly staff. Very Clean with aisles kept clear which is nice. Staff has even helped me take things to my car since I am disabled.

Need more staff due to long wait times in check out. I watched someone steal from the ice cream freezer and due to understaffing no one had time to care when I told them. Very friendly staff, otherwise.

As with all dollar stores they're pretty well stocked. But there's no customer service whatsoever so I have to go in the middle ground for this store and always will I like. I like it but with no customer service it can never be higher than three.

For whatever reason the people who work there allow drinks and tweekers to hang out front of the store asking for change and scaring the my kids. I'm gonna keep a spray bottle with water in it so next time I go I can spray the crack head like you spray a stray cat

My favorite dollar store! The district manager is going to do whatever it takes to make sure you are a life long customer! Trust me when I say customer service beyond belief! My favorite dollar store with so many choices from the children's books to Lysol, you can get it here!

one reason why I like Dollar general it's easier to get in and out than to walk into a Walmart supercenter takes forever to walk all the way to the back to get some milk Dollar general it's easier quicker and more convenient
