Sat in line yesterday for 5 mins it did not move… I walked to the counter there was two employees talking back n forth neither were ringing up customers just talking… I sat my basket on the counter and left… decided if I was gunna wait I’d rather go to ed walkers to eat

This place needs some math education. COCA-COLA is on sale here at 2 for 4.00 , but when rang up according to them is 5.48. I will never visit here again because they also treat you stupid if you point this out. I realize it is just a dollar but given the location they are cheating people out of thousands of dollars weekly and that is just on this one product.

Store is very cluttered and dirty. For some reason there were lots of cigarette butts inside the store. Tags for discounts that ended 3 weeks ago still on display.

I would love to give them a minus ten rating for seriously failing big time .My daughter placed an order there at 4 pm . Pick up time was between 7-8 . She was never informed if the order was ready in track order . I have been calling the store continuously for almost an hour to see what's up and it's been busy the whole time .The track order now says it's been cancelled . Now she is out of food . She has nothing to eat and she's hungry . Her paypal card has been stolen so ordering online was her only option . I live across country from her and I can't help.So wish that your phone wasn't busy , I would really give them a piece of my mind and have them correct their mistakes .Her only option is to go to bed hungry because people there can't do there job

This location is close to my house and I was able to find the items I needed however the store is an absolute mess!! They must be very short-handed or they just don't care. Several shelves were empty, various items were strewn all over. A couple aisles were completely blocked with what I can only assume was stock ready to be put out. Obviously this store is under very, very poor management. I have worked in retail for 20 years, and from my experience, this is unacceptable!

I normally love dollar general, however this experience was not the greatest. everyone was polite enough but the store was a mess and the employees could use a bit more training from a manager who isn't yelling how to do something from across the store. however, there is one closer to my home i visit frequently and I absolutly adore. so I gave it a 3. love the company, just not that store

Great for grabbing the Birthday card you forgot to get when shopping. Simple grocery items that you run out of. I live out in the country, going shopping requires a 45 to 50 minute drive for me. When a Dollar Store cane to our small town, it was a major blessing!

Complete and utter catastrophe! Incredibly rude staff. The manager STACY is just FOUL. Store is deplorable. Items always out of stock. Carts obstructing most isles with products falling off the racks creating a HAZARD for most people to maneuver much less anyone of any size or handicap such as poor eyesight or a wheelchair. It would be impossible terrain. The store itself and the workers are trashy! Not to mention that as I left the store empty handed the manager STACY asked me what was in my purse. As if I were stealing. UNBELIEVABLE! I plan on letting corporate know next. I was literally shocked! It is the messiest most unorganized and overall general disorder I have ever seen, yet, that comment by the manager will not be overlooked.

More friendly employees than previous visits. But store is still a mess with product on carts instead of put away on shelves (doesn't matter what day it is or whether they have just gotten a delivery or not), and it's very difficult to navigate through with a cart.

They need more workers just like everywhere else across the 🌎... #SadTruth the lady working was very upbeat&nice but my heart went out to her when she said "I worked 48 hrs yesterday..." I replied "isn't that illegal?" She said it was overtime 🤔 as a veteran I thought this 🌎 gonna get worse before it gets better😕 Yet I loooove& appreciate that only at DG can you get 3for$1 snack size chocolates for folks like me, watching my portions to lose weight: these are very satisfyingfor a sweet tooth late at nite💯👍🏾

Love this store. Not the kind of place you want to do your full on grocery shopping, but great place to get a bit of this and that.Staff are more like friends that employees, very warm, very friendly, very polit, helpdul, informativeThe staff really make this place a pleasure to shop at.Very easy to find, HUGE parking lot, the place even has a bus stop right in front.

I'm sorry that I can't give a better review, but this DG is one of the worst I have been to. There are boxes everywhere, all the time. Sometimes blocking items I need to get to. I understand that it could be delivery day on certain days, but when it's every single time I stop in? It just isn't very well maintained. This one happens to be close to my work, and sometimes there are things I need, or we need for work, and it's my only option. I always weigh whether or not I really need them, so as to avoid stopping in. I will say, though, that the staff are always friendly to me, so no complaints there. Maybe the store just needs a few extra employees to lighten the load a little?

I used to love this store. Quite obviously it is under new management. This used to be the best well kept store. It is awful!!!!!! I couldn't even walk down several aisles because they had carts full of items that needed to be shelved. The store was in such disarray and was such a disappointment. I got frustrated when I couldn't walk down the aisles, so left.

I like all Dollar General Stores. They stock most everything I might need at a reasonably cheap price. It ussually doesn't take very long if I am in a hurry. But sometimes I like to just cruise the aisles for something to catch my eye.

every time is good and fair, although its about $50 for like what used to be $30 or $35 of items because of the recent , noticeable hikes in NW Ark. grocery prices

Worst experience ever today here😔😒😞 I believe I was racially profiled.. I was told that I cld not enter the store with my book bag. Even though it was a lady in front of us with a huge 👛 👜 purse, like a beach bag, while I was being refused entry. I just ask her name and left. Her name was Bianca. I pointed Out the lady with the huge purse.. And asked: why was she able to come in and shop.. and I wasn’t?? I just got off work and only wanted to purchase some water before the bus came.. I was so humiliated 😖😖😢 I called corporate and they had the district manager (pat) call me and fix the problem. But people like her ARE! the problem😔Now I have to tell my Five sons this story one day.. and she’ll probably never feel comfortable around another black/Latino man ever again. All because of her ways.. I pray that she changes, because things will never get better with ppl like her in America. Have a blessed day everyone and I pray no one ever experience the humiliation I did today at this store ever.. ever again.

Its always a pleasant trip when I go to this location. They always seem to have the right number of people working & theres never to long of a wait to cash out. Any employee that I have met, had always been friendly & helpful !!

Dollar General has got to be #1 on my top 10 places to bargain shop..they have everything I need and then some..one of my most favorite things about dg is how each store has a little bit different items than the other..making dollar general hopping extremely fun and interesting

Some of their staff are great but some are not and they usually only have 1 person working registers so you'll probably have to wait for a lil bit depending on what time you go in there.

Couldn't find what we needed so we ended up having to go to Walmart ugh. We needed a white shirt for a boy and white pants for boy and girl couldn't find the kind we needed at this store. But it is still a great store!

Its okay but I guess they have alot of theft, they didn't have any type C chargers at all and the employee said that people steal or buy them all🤷🤦 So I had to go somewhere else to get one but did find other things I needed from here for good prices.

Don't dare plan a quick trip in at Dollar General because you'll be highly upset. You'll search for an item only to find the shelves empty. You'll find yourself waiting in line for 30 mins bc the employees are stocking them shelves😂

U can fine stuff there u cant at wal-mart are price cutters..And the prices are reasonable 4 ppl onDisability . ....I just wish there was a Real Santa....Cause i could Use him Now...I wrote a letter to Santa...So far no luck.....I am 58 yrs old...on Oxgen..Get a SSI CHECK OF 771.00I FELL LIKE THE MEAN GREENCH...CAUSE I CANT AFFORD TO DO CHRISTMAS DINNER ARE BUY MY GRANDBABIES A GIFT...I DIDNT DO THANKSGIVING..IT ALL ABOUT GIVING...I DID..I GAVE AND MADE SURE MY NEIGHBOR HAD A TURKEY FOR HER 3 KIDS....AND NEEDLESS TO SAY..FEW DAYS LATER THEY.(KIDS) KNOCK ON MY DOOR AND GAVE ME BOX OF CHOCOLATES....MADE MY DAY...GOD BLESS U ALL...

Rude, unfriendly staff. Will be calling corporate tomorrow! Store is trashed, cant get down half the isles, nothing is where it should be so prices are all wrong. THAN the old man managaer gets mad and rolls his eyes because you want to return somwthing because the price is not what it was listed under! I will not be shopping there again!
